Small classic breakfast joint. Service was great and attentive. Food was delicious and presented perfectly. Came here on Veterans Day and quickly learned why I love Norco and this joint. When I went up to pay another customer had noticed my Marine Corps sweated and paid for me. Thank you to that couple. I'll be paying it forward! read more

Went on a hike and came across this place on Yelp, it was busy but it was worth the wait. I got a chicken club sandwich and it was really good. Definitely recommend. Also fast service, especially for the long line to order. read more

The food was very good, probably the best bacon I've had in a long time I ordered takeout so I didn't spend much time in the cafe, but it seemed like a very cozy area to be in if you ever wanted to sit down to eat. Food was also made very fast, I called in expecting my food to take around 10-15 minutes to make, but it turns out that they only needed 5 minutes to cook it. Very nice place! read more

BE FOREWARNED! We were treated like teenagers sneaking alcohol into a concert. Apparently, the owner has created a policy of no outside drinks, and a half drank Starbucks coffee applies. We were told we had to put the coffee away per owners policy. We respectfully declined to be disciplined and left to another breakfast location. The food is great and a small business hometown spot. This post is not to discourage people from eating at Rodeo Cafe, just don't bring a 1 hour old Starbucks in or you will be doing the walk of shame. Respectfully submitted, Norco resident read more

Great service, good food, great local small town feel. Even though it was really hot out we chose to sit outside. Great little patio. This place is really busy so get there early to get parking and a spot in line. Service was great! Our waitress was super sweet and fast!! Had my coffee refilled quickly before I could tell her I was good with one cup. Food looked just like the photos and tasted great. The pork in the chili Verde is wonderful and has been slow cooked to a very tender bite. I love that each plate comes with a roasted chili. French toast was basic but perfect. The plate didn't have to be fancy to satisfy. If you want a great home town meal that will definitely fill you up, this is the place. We will visit again if we are in the area. read more

I can't say if the food is good or not. I came in at 1:30 and was informed that they were no longer sitting people. Online it notes they close at 2. Maybe it's a good idea to mark that it closes at 1:30 instead. Went to another place nearby that closes at 2 and was sat with no problem. Maybe next time I will comment on the food. Today a negative on the service. read more

Beware: Check your receipt before paying. The food was standard. I ordered 2 combo plates, one with French toast and the other with pancakes both with bacon. My order I asked for egg whites and the other plate we asked if we could get potatoes or anything other than eggs due to allergies, we were told no so we said no eggs. We get to pay and the bill is higher than it should be, we ask for a copy of the receipt and here comes the surprise fee of $3.95 for egg whites. Not once did Adriana say there's an up charge for egg whites I would have been ok with scrambled. What blew my mind more is that we didn't get any eggs for the second combo and I didn't receive a discount for those eggs. I ended up paying for 3 batches of eggs. Transparency with your customers is extremely important, this will be the last time I eat at Rodeo Cafe. read more

Best Chilaquiles anywhere hands-down! At least what I've ever had so far. The chips seem freshly fried, thick and crispy smothered in the verde or rojo sauce with chunks of meat and a whole roasted jalapeño. Both are just as good as the other, super yummy comfort food. Salsa is pretty good. The eggs Benedict I always enjoy. you'll get a good amount of food could probably even share. My favorite thing is definitely the Chilaquiles and that is the main reason to enjoy this wonderful little rustic cafe.part is... only bad thing is they've ruined any other Chilaquiles for me lol read more

My family and I visited Rodeo Cafe this past weekend, and I fell head over heels for this quaint western themed restaurant. While the food definitely deserved five stars, I felt that their service could use a little improvement. With a group of 10 we ended up waiting for over an hour to be seated, which was understandable during the Sunday morning rush. My only complaint was that we had to remind our waiter several times about our ordered bread, ranch, and other small forgotten items. Overall it was a great experience with an amazing burger, fresh avocado, and fries that were beyond crispy! read more

**Rodeo Cafe - Norco, CA** While traveling for work, I decided to skip the typical hotel breakfast and search for something more satisfying that would last me until supper. I stumbled upon the Rodeo Cafe in Norco, CA, and it turned out to be a great find. I arrived around 10:15 AM, and the place was packed with locals, which is always a good sign. Despite the 30-minute wait, I was optimistic. Once seated, I started with a cup of coffee, which was flavorful and just what I needed. The menu had plenty of options, but after a few minutes of deliberation, I decided on the country omelette, packed with ham, bacon, and sausage, all covered in gravy, along with a side of potatoes and a biscuit with more gravy. The portion sizes were huge--so much that I couldn't finish everything. The omelette was generously stuffed with meat, making it hearty and satisfying. The potatoes were cooked to perfection--crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The only minor drawback was that the gravy was a little bland, but I'd rather have it that way than overly seasoned, and a bit of pepper did the trick. I was really disappointed with the service at Rodeo Café in Norco. I waited 45 minutes at my table for my menudo, and I had to ask multiple times about my food. What made it more frustrating is that I was told the menudo was already prepared and available for Saturday and Sunday. When ordering, I specifically asked for mostly hominy and very little meat. The waitress said that would be no problem for both orders. When the food arrived, however, mine was mostly meat with virtually no hominy. I sent it back, and when it came out again, it was the exact same thing--mostly meat and still no hominy. What bothered me just as much as the mistake was the lack of customer service. There was no apology or real attempt to make things right. By the time everything was finally settled, I had wasted nearly an hour of my time and ended up eating nothing (not including the 40 minute wait time to be seated). Totaling a time of 1 hour and 30 minutes, FOR NOTHING! Mistakes happen, but how a restaurant handles those mistakes makes all the difference. Unfortunately, the service I received here was not acceptable, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend Rodeo Café. read more

I went to Rodeo Cafe today after discovering it on Yelp, and I found that I really like my experience there. The moment I went through the door, I was welcomed with a friendly greeting, and I was seated without delay. They provide all of the typical breakfast meals, such as chicken fried steak and eggs, pancakes, and other similar items, in addition to daily specialties, which include chiliquiles and ribeye and eggs. The corned beef hash and eggs, along with an English muffin, were what I consumed. There was a substantial amount of hash and a massive heap of hashbrowns in the plate, which was enormous. The lunch was served on time, and it was both hot and delicious. There was a pleasant and prompt service, and the meal was of high quality. I will most certainly come back to check out more products. When we first walked in, though, the sign was still far away, so I also brought the menu up on my phone. I was glad there was a vegetarian Garden Crepe option and the cashier was accommodating when I asked for even more ingredients to be removed. It was packed inside, so when we were asked we told her we'd prefer to sit outside. Outside, there are small wooden signs with numbers on them and you go to the one you're assigned to. We were sat next to a tree which was appreciated because we got some shade. There's also a table with condiments if you want to grab a bottle of ketchup or anything else you might want. At the time I remembered thinking what a nice day it was to be sitting outside, but later learned the air quality was actually bad that day since there was a fire we didn't know about. Also, summers in general have bad air quality because the heat traps the pollution. Then again, even if we chose to sit inside, the door was open for people to line up, so we couldn't have escaped the bad air either way. Also, Scramblers is on the corner of a busy intersection and I saw one car cutoff another car at the turn and the other driver honk and yell at the other driver, so not exactly the most peaceful place to sit down and eat. Anyway, the food tasted good and I ate everything in one sitting. After being to this plaza a few times now, I've learned that it's best to take whatever parking spot you can get even if it's far from the place you're going to. Scramblers is especially difficult to get to, so it was a bit of a walk to and from our car. I've said it before in other reviews, but I curse whoever planned the layout of this plaza, like what were they thinking? Still, there are enough places for us to want to try out to keep coming back.
