I recommend this place if you are in the area and looking for a quick keto meal. They have nekkid burgers- "nekkid" because they do not have the bun. When you order this dish option, you get lettuce on the bottom, the meat and toppings on top of the lettuce, and condiments on the side. It's a good meal if you are looking to skip on the carbs. The waitress who served me was also friendly, and they asked if my party of four all wanted separate bills. This is sometimes a hassle at places, but not at "Rodeo Goat". The ambiance is very casual. Neat place. They have an awesome outdoor dining area and the inside has a great vibe as well. I saw staff getting temperature checks but they weren't doing it for patrons. I did notice a staff member grabbing pickles and tiny burgers with no gloves and not using the tongs and she went from ringing up at the bar without washing her hands. I ordered a Telluride burger with no onion and extra goat cheese with a side of fries. Pretty pricey, as just that was $16.24 before a tip. The burger was good. I'd recommend a double patty but it was cooked perfectly overall. I didn't feel there was enough goat cheese even after requesting extra. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! We showed at 6:30 expecting a nice dinner, and it is currently 8:30. I was really excited to review this food but as of now there it is currently nothing to review. For the food I would have to rate it NA/5 and the service I would have to say I can't imagine it taking any longer. I am closer to dehydration than I am of eating dinner because of my server refusing to come by our tables and refill my drink. At this point ordering an actual I.V would arrive faster than my server refilling my drink. I have to say the food looks amazing on the website, but I doubt I'll see it myself. The only people I would recommend this for, would be a spiritual leader currently fasting. If I didn't pack MRE packs I would have starved to death and died without food on the table. No problem, just tell them what you want from their broad variety of toppings and make your own. The burgers were delicious as were their hand-punched fries. We enjoyed the chips, queso and salsas also and would order again. Very nice selection of local beers too. However, the service was very poor. We had to wait for almost an hour for our food to come and within that time our waitress only stopped by once. Our chips were not refilled and nor were our waters. She never checked in after the meal was delivered either. And, I had to chase her down so that we could pay. Kudos to the manager who tried to keep it all flowing, you could tell she was working very hard to accommodate everyone. This is a unique burger spot with fun menu options. It took forever to actually be waited on and served, which was a little frustrating. Would have been nice to at least get some water off the bat. I had the Nolan Ryan burger, one of the battle burgers, without a bun.... Spinach dip, bacon, fried jalapeños, fried egg.... It was pretty decent. I probably wouldn't order it again, but I might come back to try something else. This would be a fun spot with a group. Lots of noise and open counter-style seating. One of the besr burgers that I have had in a while. We ordered the No.7 and I for sure dont regret it. I'm not a fan of brie cheese so I took that off and had the cranberry sauce served on the side. I tried the sauce on the burger and it was very good on there. My husband switched his cheese to cheddar and he said that it went great on there as well. We also had a couple of drinks (drafts and rattlesnakes) they were pretty good as well. Our only complaint was that the fries were cold but other than that we really enjoyed it and will be back. read more

Royale with Cheese (Ordered without Cheese) | 7/10 We ordered it without cheese due to my gf's lactose intolerance, yet it was smothered in it.. after distinctly asking for no cheese. Hatch Chile Burger | 5.5/10 This felt really weak compared to the photo online. No hatch chiles we're found... you can see in the photo that it looked like tortilla strips and a little melted cheese... not worth the price. So.. we lived across the street from this place and never actually eat here.. so we decided to give em a try! I had gone to the Dallas location once before and enjoyed my experience. Once I moved to Fort Worth, I made sure to bring a friend to try out the food and the ambience. We ended up choosing the Bad Hombre and the Boadacious. A few things came from that decision: 1) very filling burger (alongside cheese fries to supplement) 2) some HEAT from the jalapeños 3) great service and a plan to return on our next "cheat" day! We definitely have to limit ourselves on eating out here, but if we're going to get a burger, this will definitely be our first stop! read more

I really like the interior decor, as it resembles a ranch and sections where cows/bulls would rest. they have egg cartons on the ceilings and metal barricades to simulate the experience. we ended up getting the chaca oaxaca burger, sweet potato fries and Rodeo side salad. Apparently, the burger is what made them famous. its beef and chorizo and avocado and fried egg. It was pretty good! The burgers do not come with sides, so you'll have to order fries if you want. The rodeo side salad came with eggs and bacon as well. i can see how this place is popular at night, as the outside area seems like a chill place to hang out with friends and grab beer. The parking lot is really tiny. We got lucky and found parking while someone was leaving. I believe they share a parking lot with a tattoo studio. read more

I've lived in New Mexico, and green chilies get me every time. The goat cheese was an amazing accompaniment and I put that burger DOWN. The drink were good, but the waitress shouldn't try to carry two in one hand, as a quarter of it ended up on the patio. The service was just ok. The atmosphere was nice.
