This was the worst Brazilian steakhouse I have ever been to. The salad bar and meat selections were about half the typical seen at other locations. The meat lacked flavor, our chicken was raw and we alerted server, drink order was wrong and just lacking any quality. Even the cheesybread was so dry and gross. Sad interior design, felt like I was at an outback steakhouse. Overall disgusting and a waste of a date night from the food and drinks perspective. There are better options out there. After our first time dining in Rodizio, we talked about how much we wish the seasoning of the meat was not overly salty. We looked at other yelp reviews and google reviews and almost everybody else said the meat tastes good. So after a month, here we go again! We returned to give Rodizio another try, hoping last time was just an isolated incident. We came on a Friday night, the restaurant was pretty packed - good sign. We waited about half and hour and got seated, and immediately our attentive waitress took care of our drinks order. After we helped ourselves with the salad and other delicious hot food items, we tried the meat. First bite, meat was cooked perfectly, juicy, tender and SEASONED WITH JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF SALT! We are SO relieved and glad because we know we will have an awesome meal here. So dinner went on with rounds and rounds of delicious meat. All of them are well seasoned but not overly salty. We can't express how happy we are, to have a nice Brazilian barbecue restaurant in Henderson. This time, they definitely won us as their loyal customer. I will recommend anyone to this place only to ensure a meal of good food and good service. ** P.S. What a change new management makes. We ate there about a year ago and the food at that time was lack luster with no flavor, the service couldn't be called that. Under new management the experience was totally different, the food had flavor, the Brazilian potato salad tasted like Brazilian potato salad, and I could just keep on going. I am really disappointed with this restaurant! I have been wanting to try this spot, and I am kind of glad I did. This place is probably perfect if you've never been to a Brazilian restaurant. The quality of the meat doesn't compare to the other spots in town. This spot is perfect for those individuals who want to save that $20, and especially if they don't mind the mediocre experience. My comparison of quality- would be: Eating here is like shopping at Walmart wishing you went to target instead. I have tasted a lot of the meats here and the problems i encountered were: meats were chewy & overcooked* under salted* over salted* meat tasted reheated* and my biggest disappointment is there is no ribeye steak. Now onto the salad bar- I was so grossed out on how many fruit flys were in the area. I literally did not eat my salad or anything that was laying out. I complained to one of the servers and he was so confused on what I was saying and said oh yeah, when they open the door they come in! Absolutely the best Brazilian grill/steakhouse I've been to, including the big names and expensive locations included. That being said, their prices are amazing for the quality and service. Staff are friendly, eager to make your experience excellent, the atmosphere feels upscale without being stuffy or requiring you to dress up (although I personally like to keep my store it neat and put together at all times), and it's consistently like this. The last time we brought co-workers and friends who were with us for a conference and they all said that Rodizio Grill ruined all other Brazilian steakhouses for them! My husband and I have visited locations in both the Salt Lake City as well as Las Vegas areas and if there is a Rodizio Grill in the city that I'm visiting, I'm going to it! I also hope to see one in NYC in the future, as it is the closest major city to me. In the meantime, we are returning to Las Vegas for a conference this summer and we can't wait to go back! We have been to Rodizio over 10 times and they keep impressing us with the service and the quality of the food. It is quite cheaper than other Brazilian steakhouses in town but that doesn't reflect on the food and ambiance. Gauchos are super friendly and accommodating, they are super courteous and patient with our kids. Salad bar is great and drinks are generous and well priced. Picanha is a must and I personally love that they will make a skewer of chicken hearts upon request!!! Please give tire place a try !! read more

Came here on a recommendation of a local. We recently had a great experience at our local Brazilian steakhouse and on our trip to Las Vegas we wanted a dinner outside of the craziness of the strip so Rodizio seemed like a great idea. We made reservations and arrived about 15 minutes early. Despite the restaurant being below capacity we basically got sat on time. No biggie, but it was a sign of things to come. We got sat, our waitress explained how the experience functioned, and explained the salad bar. She took our drink order and disappeared. The steaks and other cuts started flowing immediately. First, was two type of top sirloin which were cooked perfectly but not much on the flavor side of things. I added some salt and pepper and it was good. The next items were chicken and sausage, nothing special except the chicken was on the dry side. Again, the meat kept circling by our table but our drinks were nowhere to be seen. No water was poured. The cuts that we had, none were truly impressive. Most lacked any kind of seasoning or flavor. Most of the beef was cooked medium rare and had a slight chew to it, but was acceptable. But generally we were underwhelmed when compared to our past experiences at other Brazilian steakhouses. After a few rounds of meat, our waitress returned with beverages and then proceeded to pour everyone water from the pitcher at her station. In other words, there was no need for the delay considering we had all requested to start with water in addition to other drinks. We saw our waitress so little that we decided against ordering alcohol, which turned out to be a great choice. After we had our fill we requested the check. Some of us really wanted a cocktail so we left part of our party to pay so we could try and get drinks at the bar. We figured our waitress was the problem. We were wrong. We met another couple who had been waiting to order for a while. We sat at the bar and were never so much as acknowledged. No fault to the bartender as she was making drinks for the dining guests pretty much nonstop. But no one mentioned that they would be with us in a minute or that perhaps that wait would be longer than usual. Nothing. Just ignored us. Avoid this place until they get it together. We'd been to Texas de Brazil several times, but heard good things about the price and food here so we have Rodizio a try for my son's birthday. It did not disappoint!! The staff was incredible and two Gauchos were incredibly kind and patient with our 8 year old as she figured out what she wanted and how to grab the food. They were very attentive when we were ready for more food. The salad bar is top notch as well and I can't say enough good things about the food and the service. Took my friend to her first Brazilian steak house and I can say that this was just an ok experience. I normally do Fogo or Texas but wanted to try this place. The food was amazing but was cold. Majority of everything at the bar was cold. The heaters should have been turned up more. The steak selections weren't fresh either. But once again, flavor was there. The ambiance of the place is more like casual Dining. Not very appealing for what I was expecting but I guess now that I know, it gives almost a Texas Roadhouse feel. Our waiter was very sweet. The restaurant is similar to places like Texas de Brazil. They have a salad bar menu only option as well as the entire "shabang" option which includes the salad bar and unlimited meats. The salad bar had a ton of options and everything that I had was seasoned well and pretty tasty! I loved their soups and their cheeses! As for the unlimited meats, I wish they had more options. I felt like the same meats kept returning to my table and there was a lack of variety. I did love that they offered something unique which was the grilled pineapple! They are absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend it for those hungry meat eaters that don't want to spend their entire paycheck on food at Texas de Brazil. My sister chose Rodizio Grill for my cousin's birthday dinner. We made reservations in advance and were seated promptly upon arrival. Like most Brazilian BBQ places, we were provided an indicator where you flip red to stop or green if you want more meat. One complaint is we only got one indicator for each grouping of 6 or so. Although I was full, I kept getting asked by the servers if I wanted meat when only one person still wanted to eat and he had it on green. I just wanted to enjoy my food in peace! On the bright side, the servers did come often to refill out meats and we were able to specially request well done cut. My ultimate favorite meat was picanha and the pork ribs. The salad bar is extensive. There are pre-made salads or a build your own salad bar, as well as potatoes, palenta, and soup. My favorite part of Brazilian BBQ is the cheese bread. There are pros and cons to having it at the salad bar. Pro: You can get as much as you want. Con: it's not always hot. I was greatly disappointed with the first round of bread I got. It was room temp and dense. Halfway into the meal, my sister and I decided to give it another shot. This time it was freshly refilled and piping hot. They definitely redeemed themselves. Not only was the meats amazing and fresh, the drinks made by Gerald were top notch. I requested a refreshing drink made with cucumber that was alcohol free. Gerald came up with something on the spot that blew me away. I highly recommend Rodrizio for their quality meats and drinks! I've used this service multiple times during the pandemic and they tend to forget items or just not pay attention to the meat temperature selected. Bruno and his crew were beyond professional the entire evening. We had a room all to ourselves and they were very accommodating with rearranging the tables for families and teammates to sit together. We had a combination of two soccer teams (tournaments) and their families attend a delicious dinner from Los Angeles. We were over 70 guests and everyone raved about the food, drinks and the wide variety, not only the meats but the salad bar as well. Very good food, not as many options as I'm used to though. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had a reservation at 7 and called around 6:30 to see if we could move it up and they were able to seat us at 6:45. They had a lot of pork options which was good and bad- I love my steak and didn't seem to get as many steak options as pork. The food was seasoned great and they had plenty of sides to choose from! Went to Rodizio for the second time today because the first time we visited, we had such a great experience. Our first time here, we were taken care of by Julia who was super nice, welcoming and sweet. She explained to us in detail how to use the block with a green color on one end and a red color on the other end. Basically, if we want to eat more meat that comes out of the kitchen, we place the green block on our table so servers stop at our table to give us the all you can eat meat the comes out. If we feel that we have enough meat on our plate or if we simply are full, we place the red block on our table and they will stop serving us meat. The Salad bar is all you can eat and it is served to us by the sweet, Malory. Both times of our visit, she was there to serve us our salad choices and no matter how many times we return for more, she is so patient and always has a ready smile for all of us patrons. Today, we were taken care of by Aline. Not only was she beautiful, she was also kind, sweet and patient. To drink, we ordered the Bottomless Lemoneaid and it comes with different flavors, I recommend the Guava flavor, it's very delicious. It's bottomless so if you want to try all the other flavors they have available, you may choose to do so. Aline was very attentive that we did not ask any one for refills, she automatically knew when to ask us if we want more. There was also Claudia who did not fail to remove used plates on our tables to make room for more food that we wished to eat. It was like a well oiled machine that was working like clock work. Henderson's food scene is doing surprisingly well at catching up. This time, it's with Brazilian steakhouses. Rodizio Grill is a chain that boasts of being the original churrascaria (i.e. Brazilian barbecued meats) in the United States. This spot on the upper plaza of restaurants of the Galleria mall in Henderson is their westernmost restaurant so far, and the first in all of Nevada. It is not the first of its ilk in town though, so I have experience and expectations. How well those expectations were met did vary, enough so that I'm breaking out the ol' list-style review for this. Exceeded: - Variety of beers, both bottled and on draft. I even saw the local Atomic Duck IPA by Able Baker on tap for $6. - Fried polenta (available at table against wall) was crispy and airy. - Lots of variety in salad bar, with unexpected items including shrimp ceviche and a bar of olive oils/vinegars. Marinated mushrooms were especially good. - The salad bar has small shallow plates and the table w/ the side dishes has taller vessels which you might all square bowls. Both are very convenient and useful when/if you want to grab a few more items at a time. - Chicken hearts were tender and delicious. Moreover, they kept coming out. - Service was quite attentive and friendly. Met: - Didn't make a reservation, but still got seated. Did have to wait a few minutes for some reason, although they weren't crowded at all at Sunday brunch. - Full Rodizio pricing ($26.99 brunch, $36.99 dinner) is about on par. As expected, you get all-you-can-eat meats and salad bar / sides; beverages and pastry desserts come at additional cost. - Garlic beef was delicious and mostly tender. It's roughly as good as the better meats elsewhere. They mostly came out rare or medium-rare, which we were able to request for the most part. - Tri-tip is decent. - Glazed ham is nice. - Selection of chicken and pork seemed on par with other places, but I don't eat those meats at this type of place anymore for the most part. The linguica was quite good though. - Bacon was average at best. So-so / lacking: - Low variety of red meat compared to other places. At least for our brunch, there wasn't much beef (4 here + possible specials), and they didn't seem to have any lamb. - I didn't ask for clarification, but I inferred from an employee's wording about the availability of meats that there is less meat available at brunch than at dinner, which is not the case at my favorite churrascaria. - Picanha was particularly disappointing. This round, fat-capped, top sirloin cut is a favorite of mine elsewhere. I tried Rodizio Grill's version multiple times, and they don't seem to add seasonings to flavor it the way that they enhance their garlic beef. - The mashed potatoes were a little grainy. - I would've preferred how my favorite place presents the cheese bread, fried polenta, and caramelized banana. They just bring it to your table, and you can ask for more instead of walking out to the table to retrieve them and finding out that they have run out already due to popularity. I'll probably come back to Rodizio Grill mainly because they're so convenient for me and because I have sufficient meat options to get fat on. That said, they're certainly not the best churrascaria chain, even if they're the oldest. Consider this to be a generously rounded-up 3.5 star review. read more

Visitor from out of town staying in Henderson, so we tried Rodizio. The food was excellent and the service superlative. We went on a Wednesday night so the place wasn't packed, but there were enough customers to indicate that reservations would be a must on weekend nights. I don't go to Brazilian steakhouses for the salad bar, but Rodizio's was exceptional. It wasn't a typical American salad bar but had lots of different experiences up to and including marinated quail eggs. While I live in the Northeast quadrant of Las Vegas, the drive to Henderson to Rodizio's was well worth it. You expect Brazilian steakhouses to be pricey, but I was surprised that Rodizio is quite affordable in comparison with other Brazilian steakhouses I've experienced nationwide. read more

This is a Brazilian Steakhouse where the servers come to your table with different meats. It's all you can eat but that not what it's about. You get to taste the variety of meats and then get seconds for the ones you love. We really enjoyed this place. I can tell they cook small amounts of meats so the seasoning and rotisserie can infuse better than if they were larger chunks. The servers are great and if you like fancy drinks, the Pina Colada served in a whole pineapple helps enhance the taste of the meats. They also have a great salad bar with sides that are well made. It's a great experience. The location can only be accessed from outside so don't wonder the Mall looking for an entrance. read more

Disappointed in this place. We have been wanting to try it for a long time and finally went. The hot food at the salad bar had been sitting for a long time so it was kind of stale. It took a while for meat to come out, and when it finally did, it was so slow. Sometimes it would be five minutes between a selection coming by. Even with that they only came by once and they give you a very small sliver. I don't even think we saw everything that they had. We got the chocolate mousse dessert and you can tell it was fresh out of the fridge and hard as a rock, I spent $250 for a party of four.
