This place is classy AF! Me and my boyfriend had a nice romantic dinner here. It's about 40$ per person. It was priced fairly considering how delicious everything was. First you have a salad bar and a hot side bar and with the pandemic going on they have someone that will serve you instead of helping yourself. They have it all on a menu so it's really easy to order. I recommend trying a little bit of everything as all the hot sides are really good! Then at your table they bring you all the meats. Post quarantine review: last visit June 2020 My friend chose this place to celebrate her birthday and had a group of 11 people come in. Our birthdays are two days apart so she said we can sign up for their promotions and use birthday coupons for our meals and as we had 9 other diners, 6 of whom got the full rodizio, one a salad bar, and 2 just drinks b/c they came in late, we'd be able to get a comp birthday meal since the deal is buy one get one free and we have 6 fully paid rodizios, should be more than enough to cover our two birthday meals right? Sounds good. When we got to the restaurant, the server REFUSED to honor the my birthday coupon. He said he can only comp one birthday meal per table, regardless of whether 11 people sat there or 2. We cannot separate tables. We cannot get separate checks. Why would 11 people be on one check? We are not all paying with the same card. Even Costco lets you separate your purchases onto different receipts. He then broke his own rule when he made an exception for the couple who came late and only ordered drinks by giving them a separate check. It didn't make any sense. So if I came with ONE other person, then I'd get a free dinner. But if I came with a group of 10, I cannot. WHAT?? Okay so I paid $50 for this "birthday meal" and hoped it was worth it. It was not. 1. The AC was on freak blast. My nipples were pointed straight across the table at my friend's fiance the entire evening, with me having to crouch and shrivel and put arms in front of my chest awkwardly. They opened a door for a while to let some warm air in. Such an irresponsible use of energy and degradation to the environment, not to mention customer comfort and health. Appalling. 2. The salad bar sucked. No salmon. No beets. No prosciutto. No lobster bisque. Basically nothing worth eating aside from the fried bananas and the quail eggs. I tried the asparagus and it was inedible. So hard and under-cooked. You cannot see anything by the way. You have to stand outside of the food area and try to tell her what you want without being able to see what's available. The entire setup is terrible. The single server working the saddest Brazilian salad bar did not speak English and when I asked for beets, she gave me a generous helping of beans. No thank you. 3. They did not have beef ribs. That's the only cut of meat I wanted to eat and for dinner price, they didn't have it. But oh, you can have pork ribs. No thank you. 4. My friend ordered the birthday flan. It was a pitiful looking dessert that barely fed one person and was charged $6. I have had much better experiences in Boston and Brazil that costs a fraction of the price. This business does not honor their promotions and the quality of the food and service is beyond subpar. This was my first and last visit and I will be unsubscribing from their email. The server offered for me to come back with the birthday offer and use it next time. What a joke. We came in on Valentine's Day we had a reservation but when we got here they told us it was a 35 min wait EVEN WITH A RESERVATION. We were a little frustrated because of that but we waited. After exactly 35 minutes they sat us down. It looked like they were not prepared for how busy it was going to be on Valentine's Day, maybe they were under staffed. We sat down and from there everything was amazing! Our server Joshua was super nice, attentive and communicative in terms of wait time on drinks etc. He completely made our experience so much better! If you have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse this would be a place to see what it is all about. That's where it stops if you are looking for anything more. The decor looks nice but the temporary/permanent air conditioner in the corner was interesting to see.. The salad bar was basic, nothing to rave about. Traditional cheese bread and bananas were cold and had been sitting for a while it seems. Our server was nice, she explained things even after we said we have been to others before which was fine. The meats lacked seasoning and variety. The quality of meat was not trimmed up enough. Some of the selections that we found odd to serve here as an option, coconut fish (tilapia), glazed ham steak and sweet sour chicken. Basically sauce on meat. The grill flavor and smoke just was not there. My usual drink when frequenting these restaurants is the traditional caipirinha drink which had an aftertaste never experienced before, maybe quality of liquor. Didn't even bother with dessert. Final say is spend the extra $10 and go to one of the other Brazilian steakhouses not in a mall. I would pick one of the 5 others we have been to before returning here. read more

The meats are so good and they'll give you just about as much as you want in one go (currently six months pregnant so I'll eat it all) Not to mention THE PINEAPPLE, you cannot leave this place until you try that sweet warm pineapple goodness. I've always had a good experience here, minus this one time the server we had was rude to me on my birthday and threw me ID back to me and didn't even greet me a happy birthday, I haven't seen her since then I think she might've gotten fired. This place is exceptional!! I've been to a lot of restaurants and the people at Rodizio are what makes the experience so much better! Every single time I come it's always so great! It's really what brings me back here. Also The music isn't too loud and you can actually hear the person you're talking to so it makes a good dining place. This time we had STEPHAN and he was very attentive to all the tables he had, we never had an empty cup and he constantly checked up on us. Really great job to NESTOR as he went above and beyond to ask how we were doing and even have a fun conversation with us about mattresses. Made reservations for 8pm on a Friday night not realizing they closed at 9pm. So I called to see if I should cancel and was told they wait until you're done. The max time you're given to eat is 2hrs. We were there for an hour tops. It was a horrible experience and a lot of money spent for nothing. Our waiter was rushing us. I think his name was Gustavo? And so we just said we were done and we'll take the check. Food was whatever. We were given the last bits of meat they didn't want to make fresh meat they seemed bothered. Delicious like always, meat constantly coming around and you can choose how rare or well done you like your meat. If you want more of one type of meat you can always ask for more or ask the server to bring back a certain type of food out like grilled pineapple. I had high hopes for this place as it was one of the first places my friend and I dined at after the Covid lockdown was lifted. Overall it was a pretty mediocre experience considering the price and the other options for a Brazilian steakhouse. Due to the social-distancing guidelines, there is no self-serve at the salad bar. Instead 2-3 employees will serve the salad and side dishes for you. Only issue is that you have no idea what the options are at the bar since the printed menu doesn't list everything. The side dishes were bland and lukewarm and the salad was drenched in ranch and barely edible. We were promised 18 different cuts of meat for the Rodizio but in-reality only got about 10. Most of the meats were either rare or well-done, very difficult to find a medium. The pichanna and garlic sirloin were delicious and I would definitely recommend those two out of the meats we tried. Lastly, skip the bar, the $11 caipirinha was all ice and probably did not even have a shot of alcohol in it. Overall I am hoping this this experience was just an outlier and not the the new normal. read more

I am full I am stuffed and I will be back :) I don't know if my review will be able to give justice to this place. I love food and even more I love great deals - you get them both here. First impression could be a little deceiving - the place is part of the shopping center here but it has its own entrance. I know that usually the restaurant that are part of the shopping center are just ok, but this place breaks the norm. When you come in you are greeted right away with a smile (I made a reservation so the table was ready right away). Not even 5 seconds at the table the waitress was there to greet us, get our drinks and explain the procedures (I have been to Brazilian steak house before so it was quick) Started at the salad bar and that is a meal on its own - if you are looking for great salads and some hot dishes only (not to go for the meats) this is a great spot. Everything is fresh and kept clean. Set at the table, put the green cube up (you get a cube with red and green color to signal that the meats can start coming your way) and here comes the best part - the meat :) I stopped counting at #10 for the different kinds but each one was superb. Something that I feel I need to point out: we are 3 people at the table and I eat med rear to med and the other 2 eat well done, when the first gentleman with the meats came around we told him this - he made it a point to let all the others know and the grill people because usually they cook everything medium - that show they actually care. The place is still new, everything is clean. They have a private room for big party's and outdoor sitting so that is really nice. This is a great spot for any occasion: date, business, family and friends. I highly recommend to stop here and enjoy the meal. read more

The service was pretty good. They were willing to bring us food! The salad bar was a tad lackluster and the cheesy bread doesn't seem as good as what I've had at other Brazilian Grill. This is not the first Rodizio I've been to. I've also visited them in Salt Lake before they closed down due to the pandemic. The chicken looked yummy but most of the variations weren't actually juicy once you bite down and were rather dry. Most of the beef cuts were good with some being better than others. Rodizio is so good! The staff members are so nice and they keep the meat coming. My wife and I also added the unlimited limeade and tried about half of the what they offered. It was delicious! Both, side dishes and continuous rounds of different meats made my day. They offered well, rare and medium with all beef and I think lamb as well. From front end people to the back end this place is in my recommendation places to have a meal with. Horrendous service It takes a lot for me to complain but honestly a business can't get better without some constructive criticism right? Host was nice, Sat us in the back next to a large party and a smaller group. Our server took 10+ mins to greet us, asked if we'd been there before and we told her yes, it'd just been a while. We wanted a menu of the meat selections but she didn't have any. She got our drinks, left and time passed for a while. We waited forever for refills and when she picked up the glasses to take them back to refill them, she tucked a glass under her arm, which is not sanitary at all. (We saw the manager socializing with other guests but we definitely felt like they were ready for the day to be over and were trying to get employees off the clock because they were getting ready to close.) Then we didn't have anyone bringing drinks, the meat selection was really scared and overall we felt like that they just didn't want our business. Our original server eventually disappeared like left for the night and nobody told us what was going on, we were just looking for our originally waiter. I redeemed a birthday dinner coupon from the e-mail club and the server brought me a piece of flan for my birthday with a candle but it wasn't even lit.. keep in mind the gentleman that brought me my dessert was nice and more attentive than our original server but overall this was a disaster experience and we are very disappointed. read more

One of my favorite types of restaurants is the Brazilian steakhouse -- and Vegas has no shortage of those in town, with Texas de Brazil and Fogo de Chao being among the first two names people think of when they want to satisfy their inner carnivore. Which is why when I heard of a new Brazilian restaurant in Henderson, I was curious about Rodizio Grill... I will be truthful, though. I was here once before, shortly after it opened, and I was not impressed at all. The meat was too under seasoned, the salad bar mediocre... the service was good, though that was all that I thought was noteworthy. I wasn't planning on coming back, but after receiving an e-mail for a discounted meal through their rewards program, I decided to come back and see if they improved in the year or so since I came in. To be fair, Rodizio Grill's location at the Galleria Mall makes for a great view outside of the Sunset Station, and its location at the mall makes it easy to access. The restaurant also has a patio that would be great to sit at during spring or fall. The service here was also great -- I didn't have any problems getting refills of my drinks as needed. My server was close by and would be very good at catering to my whims -- and bringing out whatever meat I wanted from their selection. Unfortunately, that's where my praises end. I got many of their beef cuts, like the filet mignon, tri-tip, and top sirloin -- and they were quite underwhelming still. Some of their meats were good, like the linguisa and their leg of lamb, but overall too many of my personal favorite cuts were not that good for me to comment on them. This same complaint extends to the salad bar, as well -- many of their salad bar offerings are easily found elsewhere, and even their unique salads were not to my personal liking. The hot sides bar was somewhat better -- their polenta, mashed potatoes, and pao de queijo were really good. Of their desserts, I ordered the brigadeiro torta, which was chocolate overload -- I liked it the first few bites I had it, but it was so rich and indulgent enough that I had to take it home to finish it off. At least Rodizio Grill has that going for it! However, if I were to talk about their food overall, it was lackluster and not compelling enough for me to want to return again. It was such a shame, too -- as I said before in the intro I was not impressed the first time, but as they had only just opened I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to come back once they were more established. Perhaps the other reviewers saw something in this place that I failed to see in both visits? Whatever the case, while Rodizio Grill has some good points about it, like their service and location, I just can't really see myself coming back to this restaurant anytime soon. read more

Overall good experience. My husband and I were looking for a Brazilian steakhouse that wasn't Fogo or Texas de Brasil. This place operated the same way as they do, with a walk-up salad bar, and a token that is red and green to say if you wanted more meat to come. Service was great here. Our server was very pleasant and the servers bringing the meats were generous with the portion. However, due to the fact we came when there was no business, the selection was limited, but that was ok. We get the place doesn't want to cook too much and waste food. The actual stuff they had was a hit or miss. All was very flavorful and delicious, but some of the meats were just too tough. All in all, a decent option for a Brazilian steakhouse. read more

I think it's so crazy how many times I will pass by restaurants in my town and not even know how amazing they are. I am doing my very best at trying as many as I can but sometimes good eats will fall through the cracks. Kinda like Rodizio Grill for instance. An absolutely amazing dining experience and a friendly staff. I'm hooked for sure. The sad part is that I wish I came to eat here sooner. I've passed by their place so many damn times. Im actually upset at myself for it. But it's ok cause I've dined here twice this month, so I'm catching up on lost time. The salad bar is so good. I love how many different options there are. They even have my favorite mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Yummy! I also love the chimichurri sauce. Great for the meats. The polenta fries. Also the ceviche and BLT salad. It's all great. The meats are crazy good. Top sirloin, beef ribs, bacon wrapped sirloin, chicken, tri tip, the list goes on! It's such a cool experience of the meats coming to you and being able to try a little bit of everything. I don't know about you but that's my whole daily eating habits, I always want a little bit of everything lol. I give this place a two thumbs up. I will definitely be back again. read more

This is the first time I have ever eaten at a Brazillian steak house. This place is located in the parking lot of the Galleria in Henderson, but you can't access it from inside the mall. I found out the hard way. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. When you are seated, they will gladly explain to you how it works in this restaurant. You have access to a large salad bar, hot foods and of course, proteins and other grilled stuff brought to your table on skewers. The salad bar is laid out very colorful and appealing that you want to try some of each, even you aren't into salads that much. I learned a long time ago that anytime I eat AYCE, I don't eat much starch but this place has the Pao de Queijo or Brazillian cheese bread, which is super good when it comes right out of the kitchen onto the line. When seated at your table, they have a wooden object that is red on one side and green on the other. If the green side is up, each server with the skewers will stop by to ask if you want what they have. If you turn the red side up, they will walk past your table. If you choose to only eat the salad and hot food line, they wooden object will not be placed on your table so you won't be approached at all by the servers with the skewers. The only thing bad I can say is that dessert is not included, but they did look very good. I wasn't hungry enough to pay extra for dessert this was a pass for us. We will definitely be back now that we know how this place operates. They still don't have extensive hours so check often or call to see if they will be open when you want to go. read more
