I also consider myself a pizza connoisseur, next to ribeyes,barbecue and key lime pie, I'm probably saying my fourth is pizza. It's totally different than Chicago pizza, and I think it's because of the water I really do!!! What separates pizza places are either the ingredients, or in this place, what separates them is their crust. They make everything fresh right in front of you, pictures are below. Jennie took our order and she walked us through the menu. We ended up getting a big margherita pizza. My son got the 2 tomato slices, he isn't a big cheese fan. My wife got pepperoni, they have beef pepperoni or pork pepperoni. Mikey Love was really cool he came out and greeted me. My kids got a drink, and then guess what, their gelato was actually top tier. I went for pizza and found out the Geloto was was awesome. You go to a pizza place and then get gelato. They had vanilla and watermelon, it was so good. I got some for my daughter, I tasted it, and one of my self them one of my sons wanted some as well. Bernadette was making them and having a great time. Looking thru reviews here, I see other people also experienced this, including people in small parties who were locked into the 20% when it should have definitely been 18%. :/ So close to a good experience, but ruined by tricksy billing.

Great!! We walked in at 9pm the sign said they were closing then, they were very obliging to us, let us eat in and we stayed till 9:40pm they kept telling us not to rush. From the moment we stepped in the smell of wonderful pizza was in the air. We could not wait to eat it. I loved it! it was not greasy at all (for us). There was just enough sauce and cheese for the crust and the crust was great!! I am more used to Chicago style pizza and was not sure if I would enjoy this or not but I can't wait to eat my leftovers!!! read more

I just ate my 4000 slice of Roebling Pizza. And I can prove it! I've been enjoying the best made Pizza in NYC since I was a little kid growing up in Williamsburgh in the late 1960's. The freshness and taste is superior to all the other so-called NY style pizza products. The formula has never been compromised in all these past decades since the doors opened in 1959 with the original Pedalino family.
