If I didn't know better, I'd swear her sodium levels were hella low or something. But no--she just naturally craves salt for some reason. I, on the other hand, couldn't complain much. According to their site, plus the various images I found, OakCraft cooks their pizzas over a wood fire. And boy does it taste like it! It's basically the next best thing to brick oven pizza. All I know is...it gives the crust a nice smoky flavor my palate finds most divine! This may be the first place where I like both the pepperoni and cheese pizzas equally. Overall, 9 out of 10 for me. And ordering couldn't be more convenient. You can order directly from their site (pickup or take-away) or even right here on Yelp.
