I opted for the 3 rolls, che Thai, and a chicken wing. Loved that you can mix the meat options for the rolls and can adjust the noodle/lettuce amounts. Pork roll 3/5: I wish there would be more pork in the roll but cut into thinner shape vs stick. Lemongrass chicken 3.5/5: good chicken to roll ratio but chicken on the saltier side, not balanced in flavors. Beef bulgogi roll 4/5: good beef to roll ratio and more balanced flavor but nothing wow. Che thai 3.5/4: I was super excited they offered this type of dessert. Good combination of fruits but the syrup was mediocre to me, tasted a little bland and too strong of coconut milk. I would cook that coconut syrup with evaporated milk or half and half to make it less coconuty. Chicken wing 4.5/5: glad I got the wing to try at $1.5 per wing, they did a great job with the batter being thick and stays crunchy. If it had a little more kick then would be a solid 5. I love authentic vietnamese food but also enjoy Vietnamese fusion and this place is more of a fusion spot. With using banh hoi vs bun as for the noodle in the rolls. I went with the orange sauce and found it was just ok... a little on the sweeter side and lacking of that depth flavor in a dipping sauce. Overall it's a decent "healthier" option for a mall food court but don't expect any mind blowing good and not too sure if I'd be paying $13 for 3 mediocre roll again... pricing was a little steep to be honest. Ok I have to rave about this place! The service is so friendly! We were quickly greeted and the staff was so eager to explain their business. It is a clean and upbeat food court vendor. The rolls are absolutely amazing! We got beef bulgogi and pork sausage. We did it with nuoc cham and peanut hoisin sauce. These rolls are incredible! The ingredients are so fresh and flavorful. They do have options other than spring rolls if you wanted to have a different bite to eat. We cannot wait to come back and try some more! This is without a doubt a 5-star place! I tried the Green Thai Tea and the Signature Beef Bulgogi Spring Rolls with orange sauce and honestly, I don't know how they aren't packed just for the drinks alone. This was hands down the best Thai tea I've ever had! The drink was very refreshing and the food was very fresh and absolutely delicious. I didn't get a chance to take pictures this time, but I'll definitely be back! I was so excited to try their rolls here. They were good but thought the filling could slightly use some improvement. Too much lettuce and not enough protein. The veggies overpowered the protein and couldn't really taste it. I do love that they make it and that you can have a sampler of 3 but was disappointed and will not order them again. The food here was delicious and very refreshing compared to the other choices in the food court. My wife and I tried the following: Spring rolls: Custom 3, tried with shrimp and grilled pork sausage. These rolls are big and definitely not like your typical place. Had these with the OG and orange sauce and was delicious. Beef bulgolgi bowl: this was my wife's order and she really liked the flavors and the freshness of the ingredients. Had it with the gochujang sauce that added a nice amount of heat to it. If I didn't feel like having the rolls I would go with this choice. Green Thai tea: would definitely get this again, one of the better green Thai teas I've had. Service was good, timing was expected from a place where you can select your own ingredients. This will probably be my go to choice at the mall! read more

Good taste but can work on portion size. The pork (nem) used in the spring rolls is cut too thin and the dipping sauce is not enough. I barely had enough sauce for two rolls instead of three (I didn't even drench my rolls with each bite either). For the vermicelli, the fish sauce (nuoc cham) wasn't enough for my bowl either. The vermicelli was a bit hard but the meat portion was nice in the bowl. Worker is friendly though and they offer a reward program. read more

I've been wanting to hit up this spot for awhile now especially being obsessed with spring rolls. With seeing multiple reels on IG, I was excited to see it in Brea mall. Staff was friendly and was patient with answering any questions I had. You start with choosing 3 spring rolls of either the same protein or you can mix and match. For an additional $5.50 you can turn it into a combo with a drink and appetizer. I think I'll definitely have to do that next time as I've heard great things about their green thai tea. I chose my 3 spring rolls: shrimp, chicken, and bulgogi. Also, it comes with 1 sauce but I decided to try 2 - the OG and Peanut Hoisin. Over all, the price was pretty steep at $17 with tip. Granted, ordering an extra sauce was an additional fee but it's okay. I enjoyed that all the spring rolls have a crunchy layer inside very reminiscent to Brodard's. The OG sauce was refreshing with a slight kick and the Peanut Hoisin was perfectly creamy. My shrimp roll was a bit bland, but I did enjoy the chicken and bulgogi ones. Next time, would like to try the sausage. Overall, I had a great experience and will be back! I've also heard great things about their soft serve and need to try that next. Wow! This place is delicious!!!! A must if you're at the mall. I don't have high expectations for mall food. I'm usually there with my kids and eat at the food court out of necessity. With the deal you get a choice of which rolls you want (mix it up or get all of the same), then you can either get them made how they suggest or make them your own, and choice of sauce. I chose to get them how they're made and just add some jalapeno. I got 2 shrimp and one lemongrass chicken. I preferred the shrimp over the chicken, but both were delicious. I also got the OG sauce since I was looking for something lighter. There were other choices too. I can only remember the peanut sauce right now..... I will definitely be back.
