Walked to Metro Motor and the gentleman there was nice enough to loan me the battery charger/jumper thingy. I went back to my car and realized the problem was that the battery was simply loose. I tightened it by hand and got the car started. While returning the charger, the same guy told me I should bring it in for them to tighten it with a wrench to make sure it didn't jar loose again. Please, please avoid going here at all costs. I brought my car in with a flat tire hoping to get it…read morereplaced. The person working at the counter took a look at the car and told me that all my tires needed to be replaced and they were all from 2011. I knew this was a lie as I had gotten the tires changed more recently, but it had been a number of years so I still agreed to replacing all four tires. Less than a week after getting the new tires installed, two other tires came up flat (not the original flat tire). I brought the car in and the man working at the desk was extremely patronizing, resistant to answering my questions, and insisted on calling me "honey" and "dear" even after I asked him to stop. They told me that all four tires had issues with the valves and the sensor (which was never an issue before I brought the car into this shop). They tried to charge me, but I insisted I would not be paying to correct their poor installation. We agreed that they would fix the valves, but they would not fix the sensor without charging me. After they fixed the valves I noticed my car was making an extremely loud humming noise. I decided I was not going to return to this shop, so I brought the car into the dealership where they determined that the two front tires have wheel bearing issues and it is likely due to improper installation. Again, do not go here. Especially if you are a woman, I would 10000% avoid.
