Never under or overcooked. It's just right! Asada. Again, marinated to perfection. Perfectly cooked. Never over cooked. The flavor is there. They've got a great salsa bar. Onion & cilantro Red and green salsa ( red is the best here ) Plenty of lemons They've even got grilled onions and jalapeños at the salsa bar. Overall would I recommend this place? Absolutely. The food and staff is great here. Th quality is excellent! Give it a try and you won't be disappointed. At least not with the asada or pastor. I have not tried the other things on the menu.

We ordered the agua fresca she had available. 5 minutes later she brings out the horchata. Our food took around 15-20 minutes to be ready. Maybe she had a long day but it doesn't justify the way she treats people. While we were waiting for our food we noticed she picks and chooses who she treats good. The asada was good, but it was not my favorite. I have a thing with chewy fatty pieces and I understand it is common in lower quality cuts of flap meat. This asada had quite a few pieces I had to spit out because it was just too chewy. The refried beans were good, also not my favorite though. The quesadilla was good, I liked the grilled cheese cooked prior to folding it into the tortilla with the meat. Nice touch. That grilled cheese makes a huge difference. The next 3 taco plate had pastor, asada, and shrimp (except they actually gave me fish instead). At least my girlfriend enjoyed the fish taco as well. The tacos were loaded with meat and hard to pick up. That's the best! The pastor was tender and juicy. The fish taco was freshly fried and loaded with toppings and sauce. After paying, I asked for salsa and onions/cilantro cups so I could grab it from the salsa bar before leaving, but the lady turned around and grabbed me prepackaged salsa of each kind, bagged onion and cilantro, and limes.
