This is a gluten-free roll with big pieces of yellowtail, spicy salmon, pico, cucumber, ginger, guacamole, and blazing sauce. It comes with gluten-free soy sauce as well. It was definitely flavorful and spicy. I loved it because it was gluten-free/dairy free and I had no reaction. My boyfriend got the hokey Pokey. He really enjoyed his meal, but I couldn't try it, as it wasn't gluten-free. I believe though, they can make it gluten-free upon request. You always have options here. Overall, if you're really hungry, this is definitely a place to stop. They do have a few drink options available at the truck. I don't think the rice had any rice vinegar in it or had been prepared in a way that sushi normally has it prepared. I absolutely love rice and I used to live in Japan so I have a certain expectation about rice especially when it comes to sushi. I know I'm in America now, but the rice had been stirred way too much and had the glutinous sticky feeling that means it was not tasting the best.
