This is a gluten-free roll with big pieces of yellowtail, spicy salmon, pico, cucumber, ginger, guacamole, and blazing sauce. It comes with gluten-free soy sauce as well. It was definitely flavorful and spicy. I loved it because it was gluten-free/dairy free and I had no reaction. My boyfriend got the hokey Pokey. He really enjoyed his meal, but I couldn't try it, as it wasn't gluten-free. I believe though, they can make it gluten-free upon request. You always have options here. Overall, if you're really hungry, this is definitely a place to stop. They do have a few drink options available at the truck. I've been looking for a new place to get Poké and I think I might've found it. Rollin' Fresh has a menu with such variety. I ordered the Forbidden City as a Poké bowl over half rice and half salad. I was so wring to be sceptical of sushi burritos. I now know that they are wrapped in nori (seaweed), not tortillas. Wow! They're so good! We tried 2 vegan types, and Forbidden City was our fave, follwed by Secret Garden. Non-vegan Northern Lights (salmon) also got rave reviews. read more

I don't think the rice had any rice vinegar in it or had been prepared in a way that sushi normally has it prepared. I hang out in this part of Sellwood a lot and Rollin' Fresh is the one place I can always count on to be open. I don't think I'd say it's the best food cart on the block (to be fair, there's a lot of strong competition) but it's probably the most consistent. I've never tried a poke bowl or a non-fried burrito, but the Fresh Prince and the Bridgetown burritos are both great. I normally have to be cautious with sushi because the uncooked fish tends to give me stomach problems, but that issue is pretty mild here. I saw some complaints about wait time, but I always show up with approximately fifteen minutes to spare, I eat at Rollin' Fresh more often than anywhere else, and I've never been late. Admittedly, I scarf it down pretty fast, but it couldn't possibly be taking more than ten minutes per order or I wouldn't have time. As far as the food, it's probably not the best sushi I've ever eaten or anything like that, but the preparation is creative and accessible for eating on the run, and the sauce they include is pretty damn bomb if you ask me. I do prefer Matt and Memere's and Taqueria Luna when they're open, but I'm still happy to have a meal at Rollin' Fresh when they're not. read more

However, they were very stingy with the amount of salmon given, so I recommend getting a burrito with three types of fish.
