I will preface this was a delivery experience. Not in-house. But. Bc of this delivery experience, I will NEVER go to this restaurant to dine-in. I order pizza via their website. I get an email saying it will take 35-40 minutes. It should be there by 1045. I call at 11:10 when there's no pizza yet. A VERY RUDE foreign woman answers and after i say "hi, just checking on the ETA of my pizza," she says, without ANY other questions at all, "he's on his way!" Hangs up on me. I call back. No answer. I call back at 11:45 when there's STILL NO PIZZA. of course, no answer. I resign myself and say never mind, I'm not getting my food. I go to bed. 2 minutes later, delivery guy calls and says he's here. I ask him why he's over an hour late. "Umm, I'm busy." I get the pizza from the hotel door. it's freezing cold (of course). There's absolutely not double cheese on it like I ordered (for an extra $2.05), and the Alfredo I ordered is a ramekin of ranch. I tried one piece and it was disgusting. The pizza is fine. It isn't artisan or "New York" but it isn't bad. The sauce is a bit weak and our cheese sticks arrived cold probably just due to the time it takes to get any order delivered. I could almost convince myself that the garlic crust was pre-made but I'm not making any judgements on that one as it was tasty enough. Think high-end bake-at-home pizza and you'll get a good feel for what you'll get. You end up paying quite a bit if you are getting it delivered so keep that in mind. read more

Husband and fam came to Seattle for vacation. Stayed at ABnB right down the street from Romeo's. We were exhausted after a day of traveling and visiting Pikes Market and didn't want to go far for dinner. Absolutely best decision according to my hubby. We had their Gorgonzola walnut pizza and their Bianca pizza. Both were fresh and deliciously tasty. We had their thin crust and it had just-right chewiness. Didn't really try any local brews or drinks but it did have a bar area. I also ordered a small dinner salad that came out large for some reason so hubby & I shared it. Nothing special about it but it was a nice fresh start before eating the rich pizza. Hubby is normally hard to please so when he told them that: " the only problem with the place is that it's not in our home time." I knew he was in love with their pizza. Service was fine. It's seat yourself and grab your own menus from the front. Simple nothing fancy. It's kinda got a Greek twist to everything. read more

I went here recently because it was next door to the hotel where I was staying. I don't remember which pizza I ordered, but there were a large amount of toppings. I got too excited and ate the pizza immediately, which I guess meant it was too hot and all the toppings fell off. However, it was still delicious! And once the pizza cooled a bit the toppings stayed put. I also had the hot wings, which were delicious. I didn't think they were spicy enough, but my partner thought they were extremely spicy. read more

Ordered room service at the pioneer square hotel and unknowingly was getting food from here.. didn't know until the charge came up on my bank. Anyways.. terrible cold food. We were so hungry and still didn't want to eat it. Soggy bland chicken parm sandwich, fries that were cold and bland, the strangest mozzarella sticks, and pizza that was terrible was atleast edible. This restaurant is located near many attractions and hotels in the downtown Seattle area. There's plenty of seating and a nice view out the front windows. The staff was super friendly and greeted us as soon as we came in. They have a really good happy hour special where you can get two slices for $5 as well as well drinks and draft beer. My friend and I dined here and we both got the calzones and the cheese sticks. They both were served in a timely manner and used quality ingredients the flavor was phenomenal! We're super grateful that Romio's opened a block from us, super convenient location. This is our first time trying it and it was pretty good. They have more unique flavors than other pizza places. I was staying at the Hilton next door this past weekend and the staff there recommended Romio's stating they had good food and good drink prices for happy hour. My girl and I decided to walk next door and check it out. She got a personal pizza with bellpeppers and chicken I believe it was and said it was amazing. So I absolutely love Romios menu. They have wonderful food but their service is suspicious to say the least. Last time I got the completely wrong order and while they did switch it out and corrected it they offered zero discount or even a damn apology. THIS TIME, about 10 mins ago in fact, I completed an order online that totaled (with all delivery fees, tip(s), and taxes included) $30.47. This is what the restaurants emailed receipt reads. HOWEVER when I log onto my banks app I have been charged BY ROMOIS DOWNTOWN SEATTLE exactly $36.56. There is no extra delivery service fees or anything like that (I even called hunger rush) so THE ONLY THING I CAN COME UP WITH IS THE FACT THAT THEY MUST HAVE ADDED ON THEIR OWN EXTRA TIP. it may only be a little over six bucks, but I can't afford that extra 6 bucks, and the whole issue of ILLEGALITIES here is what makes me IRATE. That and the dirtiness and sneakiness of the employee or employees who do this. SHAME ON YOU and I will be having someone much higher up in power investigating you guys now. read more

I have been enjoying Romios for many years and over the past couple of years have been very disappointed in their choices for cutting corners. They are now using cheap bread, less ingredients in some of the primary dishes that have a history of premium since the original restaurant in Snohomish county. Their people are really great, but the food has really deteriorated in quality which has been a let down on each order over the past several months especially. I will sadly no longer order specific items I've enjoyed for years. The chopped salad, anything with french bread ( they now use very cheap sliced bread), and anything with seafood. Pizza is good and customer service is absolute crap. Their online order system is terrible and they make errors on orders because of it. When we asked for a refund after getting the wrong pizza the manager gave us attitude about why they shouldn't owe us a refund even though we didn't receive the order we paid for and they didn't offer to make us the correct order. Fast, friendly, and delicious! We stayed at the hotel next door and picked Romio's because it was close. It turned out to be a real gem. We had salads, baked pasta, and a cheese pizza. Everything was delicious. The pasta came with 2 pieces of garlic bread, and the server said to just let him know if we wanted more. We were stuffed, but got tiramisu and baklava to go. After many long intense workdays I find Romio's to be a small sanctuary for those who carry a regular pizza need with the benefit of doing it sitting at either a table or even better at the bar unwinding over an array of beer and liquor options. NOTE: If its important for you to choose name and price first to accommodate your insecurities, this place won't do it for you.
