I moved out of my apartment that I lived in for a very long time with my dog. After moving slowly to my new condo for almost two weeks slowly, just didn't have the energy to clean up for another weekend. I decided to have them help me finish up. The process was transparent, prompt and clear. They have someone on the phone call back ASAP, they send you a link to easily sign and pay, and they have email receipts. They will send reminders via email and they also notify by text, and notifications when they're done. The whole process is very modern. The clean up is great, two ladies came in on time and worked non-stop for a few hours. Only issue is the quote is obviously a little low and ended up paying slightly higher, granted my apartment was not in the best shape so it took an extra hour. I went back to check (I tried to bring back bottles of water because they were sweating in there) but by the time they've already finished. They never used any of the stuff that I left them to use (ie you don't need to give them anything, they have all the stuff with them) and left most of the stuff exactly where I left them. Very thorough clean inside cabinets and my fridge. I was kinda embarrassed about how dirty my fridge was and my floor but they were just professional. They got most of the staining at the tub, and the crusting of the hard water on the faucets off. Also the back part of the toilet that's hard to reach. Jovany then came in and clean up (best he could) what is 15+ year carpet with lots of stains. They did the best they could, certain things are just old and permanent chemical staining on tiles I couldn't possibly fault them on it. Overall, I'd given them 4.5 but because they're a small business, hiring people that need jobs (and does great work) and promptness/easy process/general professionalism, I'll just give them a perfect score. I used this company for my home and business. They accused me of owing$2,000 then $1,700. I requested a statement. It was embarrassing and they are terrible at their bookkeeping. The owner Grace said she was going to have to go back to the beginning and reconcile my account for the last 5 months. I never received that. From Jovany I received ridiculous screen shots of jobber and screen shots of bank accounts. They made no sense. They are not capable of keeping their books. I asked them to help me straighten out the bill. I asked for two months for them to combine my bill prior to this mess and send to my accounts payable at work. I had to call many times to get this fixed(same as when I needed their certificate of insurance)I had to spend hours and had to go to my bank to figure all of this out. I was in arrears and paid. It was an over site on my part for payment on the home. The amount should have been in the combined bill for office and home. I owed 995 far from 1700 or 2,000. They also missed a week at the business that they did not know. I paid all of it. I was totally embarrassed when they said "we are not coming to clean. That I needed to pay the outstanding of 2,000". They also used a cleaner on my bathtub that completely took the finish off the drain. It is bronze. I told Grace the owner and she never addressed. We recently had Roochii Cleaning come out to begin continual cleaning every two weeks. The initial deep clean was done earlier this week, and I can say that the cleaners did a wonderful job. We recently had guests and family stay for the holidays, and when they left you would have had no idea anyone had visited. Baseboards were scrubbed by hand, everything dusted, bathrooms were immaculate. We are already looking forward to the next visit. Highly recommend this company. read more

Update: After posting the review below, Jovany called and responded to each issue to try to correct any lingering dissatisfaction. I updated this to be 3 stars from 2 because they are refunding me the cost of odor treatment and a percentage of the overall cost for the inconvenience. I have set up another cleaning service with Roochii and I hope my next review will be 4 or 5 stars! Scheduling with them was a nightmare - two different people were telling me multiple different dates and times. When they finally locked in a time, they came an hour late which is ok because I know the afternoon times can get shifted based on workload in the morning. However, they sent one person to start cleaning a 6 bedroom house for Move-In Cleaning. Jovany was somewhat patient with my questions and explained their payment method but from a $650 quote, we ended up paying almost $1,000! Also, they had someone come to do a deep cleaning of carpets another day and I asked him about the lack of ventilation in our basement and drying suggestions. He said that it would be dry in 6-8 hours but over 24 hours later it was still damp. I paid an extra 50% for odor removal but the smell of animals was WORSE the next day. I wouldn't give this cleaning company only 1 star because the cleaning agents were polite and efficient and I understand how small businesses are having a tough time right now, but it wasn't a 3-star experience even. They DID walk through the house at the end to make sure it was as clean as we wanted it but it was 10pm and dark and they had worked for 6 hours (it was a move-in clean) so I accepted it as is but found a lot of unfinished areas the next day. I just have to say how wonderful this company is. They were amazing from the first phone call. Very flexible with our schedule since we had construction going on that was supposed to be finished days before and I had painters coming the next morning and they made it work last minute for us. When the contractor was still hours late finishing they were able to come back a few hours later than scheduled which we appreciated so much. Once here they were fast and very thorough. They took so much stress off of me to get all of the dust and dirt out so the painters could come the next morning. I felt like I could breath for the first time in a week. They are really thorough and do a great quality clean! I was very impressed with their level of quality and detail compared to a previous cleaning company I tried. I asked them to touch up a couple spots that were missed and they were very accommodating and nice about it, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend the extra tile and grout cleaning. Roochii was able to schedule a deep cleaning on short notice for my elderly mother. Communication was excellent with Roochii, during scheduling, about instructions for arriving, and following requests on the day. The 2 team members were on time and spent extra time to ensure everything was completed. They were very respectful regarding my mother's specific requests and suggested cleaning methods. They even washed all the blinds and remade all the beds. She was able to feel comfortable in her house right after having been evacuated due to the Marshall fire, thanks to Roochii's attention to detail and completeness.
