The service here is excellent. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. I ordered takeout but still gave her full attention. The restaurant is nice. Each table has orchids that give a great look. The food was just okay. I thought the rice was a bit dry. And was not a big fan of the enchilada. The taco was good, well made. I did like that the lettuce in the taco had some dressing too. The salsa was excellent and went will with the taco. Overall, it was okay. Was not a big fan of the 3% charge for using a credit card.

What a cute authentic place for homey Mexican food. I had been here once before and forgot to Yelp it. It was unbelieveably open on Christmas Eve after our last minute change in plans. Knowing this, I didn't want them to make it harder for this family run place to stay open but they were so welcoming. Service was great. Food was too. I ordered the Susi Special with Beef! Parking in the rear lot. Will be back again!

Taco Burrito and churros, delivered by DoorDash
    Niks O.

I've been seeing this place pop up on DoorDash and since it had good reviews on Yelp, decided to finally try it. Unfortunately, the taco burrito was SO BLAND - the rice, the shredded beef. It actually tasted like everything was from a can or bag (even the shredded lettuce) and had no seasoning. The churros were good. I love to support a small business, but sadly would not order from here again.

Before and after Saturday brunch :) delish!

Loved our experience here! The vibe is super nice and the server Alex gave us great service from start to finish. The fish tacos were delicious definitely a good recommendation. Will be coming back!

I was looking through the menu and "Rosa's Special" peaked my interest. I called in to order takeout with a few questions and the woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, very helpful, and insured me the food will be done in "five minutes, no more than 10." Well, she was right! By the time I got there a few minutes later, the food came out in a hurry, and she had a big friendly smile on her face. The restaurant was decorated very comfortably and with love. She thanked me on the way out, and even the chef yelled thank you from the back of the kitchen as I made my exit. Quality food, quality service, quality restaurant.

Great food and service. Rosa was very personable. The green jalapeño, guacamole and olive oil sauce was delicious! Cozy and nicely decorated restaurant has ample parking in the lot behind the restaurant.

I've tried their wet burrito de asada with green sauce and today I tried their red tamales. Both were so damn good I'll be coming her more often. I believe every order comes with chips and salsa so that's a plus. Rosa and staff are so nice and welcoming.

Madre Enchiladas: If you can't choose, pick them all! On a platter as wide as a pizza with a low rim, the mole sauces are practically overflowing. It's like an artist's palette board with four earthy mole colors. Mole Rojo, is an auburn blend of chilies, nuts, chocolate, and spices. The enchilada's corn tortilla is wrapped around my favorite filling, tender and juicy carnitas. My favorite mole is the Mole Negro, black as the nighttime sky with a deep smoky and sweet flavors. The dry chilies, sesame seeds, nuts, Oaxacan chocolate, and herbs provide a velvety sauce for the chicken picadillo. The darkly hued Mole Coloraditos has a little bit of a spicy kick from its toasted chilies, nuts, sesame seeds, chocolate, tomatoes, and spices. It's hard not to use the shredded beef enchilada to swab the plate clean. I would seriously lick the plate clean if I was at home. OK, the last one isn't a mole. The Salsa Verde is tangy from its tomatillos, green chilies, onions and garlic. The crumbly chorizo and cheese enchilada is comforting. The enchiladas are topped with queso fresco, onions, and parsley. Parking: There's plenty of street parking, but you may have to walk a couple blocks.

Everything tasted incredibly fresh and perfectly seasoned. We ordered the carne asada and carnitas, and both were amazing. The meat was tender, flavorful, and not fatty at all just perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. My daughter had the bean and cheese burrito with rice and beans and loved it too. They bring out three different salsas with the chips, and each one had its own unique flavor. You can tell the chips are house-made because they're fresh, crisp, and just really good. Some Mexican restaurants can make things overly salty, but everything here tasted balanced and fresh. I also had a Paloma and it was made perfectly. Before we left we decided to try the churros and I'm so glad we did. They were filled with this amazing cream and came with a caramel sauce for dipping. I'm not usually a big dessert person, but these were seriously incredible. Great location, great service, amazing food, and everything tasted fresh and well made. We will definitely be back!

I've been here before, and the birria tacos were exactly what I needed for a late-night craving. Crispy on the outside with a good amount of filling and strong flavor - they really hit the spot. I ended up having four of them. The consomé on the side was really good too - rich and flavorful, almost something I could've just had on its own. The street tacos were solid. The carnitas had that tender, slightly crisp texture, and the al pastor added a bit more seasoning and contrast. Nothing overcomplicated, just straightforward and satisfying. Service was friendly, and the setup is quick and casual. In the South Bay where places tend to close early, it was nice that they were open until around 10pm. Overall, this is a no-frills taco spot where the focus is on the food. Easy choice when you're in the mood for tacos.

They told us we could sit anywhere. It has a modern feel, plus lots of TVs, so maybe also a sports bar-vibe? They had the Olympics on, so I'm not complaining. They provide complimentary chips and salsa. I actually really liked the seasoning on the chips. Salsa was pretty good as well. We ordered a few tacos off the happy hour menu: fish taco, fried shrimp taco, chicken mole, and asada. Did not expect them to be as big as they were! Between two of us, we were stuffed from 4 tacos and could barely finish them. I really liked the chicken mole. I thought that the addition of the slivered almonds, pepitas and radishes was a delicious touch that really enhanced the texture with a bit of crunch. However, I got the scooner of Max's marg and thought that it was sorta of weak. Couldn't taste much tequila. The other downside was that there was a really loud party at the other end of the restaurant and one of them had a really sharp voice. I get that they probably were also enjoying the happy hour, but it really echos throughout the restaurant... and I don't think the servers can do much to quiet down a rowdy table a paying patrons...
