I really didn't know what to expect before heading into Rosa's as it was a random shot in the dark thanks to Yelp. This place has great reviews and I was at a nearby bar so figured, what the heck. The result was astounding. This pizza is super legit and I'm so glad I found it! I had two slices of the sicilian pepperoni and they had just come out of the oven. The pepperoni was curled, the sauce was tangy and the crust was just heavenly. Normally I'm a fan of the NY slice but, this place has it all going on. The staff was super friendly in offering suggestions since my friends and I were so indecisive. I ended up getting the Sicilian with sauce on the top and it was amazing. Classic pizza done right! Rosa's does a good job of puting together a late night full service pizza place. Great location and friendly staff, this is could definitely be a great late night takeout spot. The pizza was hot enough to burn 3 layers of skin off the roof of my mouth. The dough is a bit thick but the sauce and cheese were spot on. One thing that did bother me, it was a bit oilly. But I'll forgive them since they supplied me with fresh and spicy chilli flakes. Underwhelming food. It all looks great in the display case, but then tastes mediocre at best. Had a slice of square pepperoni which was doughy instead of the thick slab having a little crunch to it. Also ordered a meatball parmesan sub which was, simply, boring for my tastebuds. It looked right, but had no flavor or flare whatsoever. Pizza is good but staff was rude. I waited in front of the display and staff member named Craig never addressed me to take my order. Instead I just waited around while he was cutting up pies and putting pepperoni on pizza. He took my order when the cashier asked if I had ordered yet. I was waiting for him to finish up to take my order but he never really did. Communication is shoddy, I almost walked out with the wrong box and seemed annoyed and thats when he finally addressed me and handed me the right box. Terrible customer service. I understand this place must deal with a lot of drunk people open so late but I was not drunk and I was being polite. Also, I had ordered 2 orders off the 2good2go app and made the drive over here from queens but was dismissed by Craig saying "I don't have enough pizza, cancel your order" in a very rude tone and seemed pretty annoyed. So I just called to place an order and I've been ordering for years and was told by some man supposedly name Yaresaf that my order was $14.80 and he couldn't deliver it because it has to be $15.00. I proceeded to ask if he was one of the brothers who owned the restaurant and he said "why" and then I asked him his name and said "why". I'm Just very appalled and turned off he was very obnoxious and rude. I will definitely take my money someplace else. The point that I've been a loyal customer and being rudely told I'm short .20 cent is distasteful and quite ok. Boom shakalaka! That was delicious. We just got an upside down Sicilian and boy are my arms tired from shoveling all that pizza in to my mouth. The pizza was borderline too big so it is safe to say I will be eating pizza for the next six to twelve weeks. My girlfriend loves a good grandma slice and so after a very short deliberation we called in the order. They deliver and that was news to me as we usually use a food delivery app. But all those fees get out of hand sometimes so it was much cheaper to just call them direct and it was way faster. No knowing how large the pizza was we also ordered a spinach and ricotta pin wheel which was ultra garlicky and herbaceous. Loved it all great experience will be ordering again real soon read more

Order the ravioli pizza and Supreme pizza! I love how Rosa adds their unique spin to the Supreme pizza. They use actual sliced sausage (not the crumbly mini meatball kind), broccoli, thick meaty cuts of bell pepper, and add something to the sauce that makes it so addicting. They don't skimp on the toppings either. While pizza crust is an after thought for most spots, I was so pleased that Rosa's crust is just as good as the rest of the pizza slice. Took a long walk with my daughter and it was cold. I also love good pizza and this place just magically called me. Walked in and it was smell at first site. The ultra friendly dude said look and let me know. In about 10 seconds landed on a slice of Grandma's. It's basically a Sicilian tomato pies with some slices of fresh mozzarella. Split it with my daughter (we had breakfast shortly before). When leaving the dude thanked us and said we needed to come back and try the special Sicilian with cheese on the bottom, sauce then shaved parmesan. Why wait? Twist my arm a bit more. (I wish I took the pic before so you can see how much oil and sauce was on the pie. It was like pasta on bread).I even tried to take some oil off before eating and in the pic you can see it's still oily. I do not like this pizza. Best part was the crust. The cheese was falling all over the place once I tried to pick up a slice. This is not the first time ordering from this restaurant. So it's not just a "one bad night thing". I took a break hoping it would get better for my liking but the pizza is not good. Not healthy. I will have heart burn for a month. I for one will not be ordering from here again. We ordered individual slices for delivery so it wasn't surprising they did not arrive hot but it did not matter. My plain cheese slices were huge and phenomenal. My wife had white pizza which she described as "indulgent". I was having drinks across the street and popped in for a slice which ended up turning into a pie. Ordered a pepperoni pie. The cheese ratio was spot on. A bit on the greasy side but at the time that was exactly what I was looking for. A little light on the sauce. Toppings were proportionate to the pie but the pepperoni they use shrivels up a bit and you end up with pepperoni oil bowls on the pie.
