New to the Antioch area and looking for a new Pizza place. Tried Rosati's. Ordered a pizza with 4 toppings. Which they have a special price on. They only heard 3 of the toppings I wanted. They charged me about $10 more for 3 items than they would have if they had gotten the order correct with the 4 items I ordered because the pizza did not have aIl 4 items. I mentioned the missing toppings when I picked it up. The young man said he read the order back to me. It was getting late and they were close to closing so I didn't want to make a big deal about it. Checked the web site when I got home and was ticked off was I saw the price difference. Called to check about this unfortunate situation and was told the order taker was new and did not know about the Fab Four deal. But they opted not to do anything about the situation because they read the order back to me. I guess in their mind it was my fault that a first time customer did not know the ins and outs of their ordering system. A real caveat emptor company. Pretty sure it has changed hands. Used to be a 3 Star at best. The pizza is now the real deal. Quality ingredients and the mozz is perfect. Not overly salty as in the past. The dough is perfect. Get a thin crust( not cracker thin), double dough or pan pizza and you'll be delighted. However, if you choose a double or pan they pie cut the pizza............ We admittedly ordered a mere 25 minutes before Corona closing time at 7:45, but I am still a customer. My pizza was undercooked and the box was so so soggy that my delivery driver had to call and warn me to pick it up by the bottom. It was so important to close down that we threw my pizza directly in the box and then into the delivery bag. A waste of $40. I'll stick to Domino's going forward. Due to late time that I ordered I accepted pizza. Called them and they said that they would give me credit which is fine! This franchise's home office is in Chicago and has numerous locations in Illinois and Wisconsin. We decided to dine in. Our food was hot, and delicious. Waiting time minimal. The portion states feeds 1-3, well the size was half of other Rosati's. They are way over priced as well. The nuggets were dry and tasteless and smelled like they were old. As if the oil was old. Twice in a row we've been completely disappointed with their pizza. This time we ordered a 20" with the half off coupons and it seems like they went light on all of the toppings. There's barely any cheese or sauce, and they forgot the onions, so instead of making it again, they added grilled onions at the end. We called and asked if they changed the way they do their onions. No, just forgot them. They didn't even offer to make it right. Just "I'm sorry". I recommend Antioch Pizza instead. Rosati's used to be, by far, the best pizza in town, but it's gone downhill. Antioch pizza is cheaper in price and much better overall than what we've been getting from Rosati's in Antioch. We have enough of those 50% off coupons to get 3 more pizzas. We'll be trying Fox Lake next time. read more

The family decided to try a different pizza place in Antioch. Ordered 2 veggie pizzas ( family besides myself are vegetarians). Picked up order only to come home to see pepperoni. Called to let them know. Owner said bring it in. Upon arriving and him seeing a full pizza no slices missing he mentioned that we ordered pepperoni. I told him that i ordered two of the same pizza! He continued to argue that i ordered meat on one. I asked him to show the order receipt. He then said he would replace for 1/2. I said no it is not fair for me to pay for your mistake. Ordered for some late night food. Our first experience wasn't so great as we tried to order with Uber just to end up getting our order cancelled. Turns out they didn't have half the items we ordered anymore. So instead we ordered through Yelp and ended up getting less food for almost the same price. Food arrived half an hour early so that was a plus. The food was surprisingly good. My girlfriend got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and loved it, especially the garlic bread claiming it's the best she's ever had. She also ordered a chicken ceaser salad and liked that as well. I ordered a small pepperoni deep dish pizza, and it was pretty decent. It was kind of bland compared to other pizzas but it definitely wasn't the worst I ever had. Overall, 3/5 stars. Food was decent, but the ordering process kind of sucked and we didn't even get half the food we really wanted to get. read more

Then 2 weeks ago I called from my friends house because I was helping her with the kids. And I had the rudest! Employee. Ordered a sandwich through the slice app. I ordered it from Chicago red hot didn't know Rosati's was going to be the one who delivered. So when they came to my job I didn't take the food because no one told me the Chicago red hot was going to be delivered from Rosati's. That isn't the reason for the one star really. When they did come back after like 30 mins the food yes was cold and then they didn't even bring the whole combo meal. I told the delivery guy there was suppose to be a drink. Bad!! Called in an order for pick-up, lasagna, calamari, and eggplant sandwich. Guy delivered it. Cost $23. He didn't have change. Wanted to leave him a $4 tip and was forced to leaving $8 (it was between a large tip or no tip since he had no change, I know what its like to work for tips so figured a big one was better). Opened order, no calamari, fried mushrooms instead. I called to let them know. I was put on hold and when the woman got back on the phone she said "the girl that took your order was 7 years old when we last served calamari. she told me she told you there was no calamari and you said you would take mushrooms. we haven't served calamari in years"... made me feel like it was my fault I ordered something then received the wrong thing. Then she asked if I wanted credit or what she should do. Told her I was unhappy and just wanted to let her know. She gave me major attitude, told me to have a nice night and hung up. Will absolutely never order from them again. I would have received credit but she was SOOO RUDE on the phone that I don't want to have any business with them. I'm personally a Lou Malnati's fan, but Antioch Rosati's has fabulous pizza. We are big fans of the double dough pizza, cooked well done. They always have the freshest ingredients and get the order out right away. We pick up from the location, but they do offer delivery. It's a great alternative to to Domino's. read more

I used to love this place. Their beef especialy. I went in there last night to order dinner and the owner Jay was extremely rude to me. I was using a restaurant.com gift certificate and was trying to reach the 15 min limit. When i placed my order he told me the total was $14.97 so i changed my order to an x large fry instead of large, only a dollar more. There is an automatic 18% gratuity added to the the total. When i gave him the gift certificate he told me my total after the discount is $12.50. I questioned him as to why the total is so high and told him to recheck it because it is wrong. He insisted it wasn't wrong and i said whatever happened to the customer being always right. His response was F*CK the Customer!! DO NOT EAT HERE! We used to love getting carry out from here. Now it's awful. They changed the cod to what looks like Gordon's fish sticks. The cod used to be great. I ate 2 bites and threw the rest away. That's saying a lot for a 250 pound guy who eats just about anything. The fries were so under cooked we all threw those away too. What a huge disappointment.
