The concept has always been clear--family-style, approachable Italian, positioned as a step above casual dining. And to their credit, they've maintained consistency over the years. That said, the food itself lands squarely in the "acceptable" category. Not offensive, not memorable--reliably mediocre. It satisfies the requirement of a meal without ever quite justifying a detour. We live over an hour away but if we lived closer, I would be there at least once a week. Prices are great, food/meat is really high quality and fresh and it's all made to order fast.
