This is our absolute favorite pizza to have since we are from Chicago. So glad they opened up this location so we can enjoy more often!!

Have had delivery from this location several times - always amazing! The pizza and calzones are hot and delicious each time. Highly recommend the pizza dough bites - they are so good!! A little pricier than the usual pizza delivery guys but well worth it in my opinion. Delivery sometimes takes a while, but it has always been within the time frame given (sometimes sooner) when we order, and I expect that from a place like this for the quality of food. Have yet to eat at the location but if the delivery is such an easy experience I expect eating there should be similar. read more

We have always loved Rosati's pizza, especially the "Monster". However, the past 2 visits have been disappointing. They have changed the crust they use for their pizza and it has the texture of cardboard and tastes like a flavorless cracker. I'm pretty sure it's a pre-packaged crust they are using as the "rolled up" edge is too "perfect" with evenly-spaced spirals and the toppings slide off the crust. As for the toppings, they have been scaled back. No longer any need for the rolled up edge to hold them in. They need to return to their original pizza recipe. read more

Well pizza is ok and wings are decent but the service is AWFUL!! I bought a groupon, server wanted to take my phone. Not really super keen on handing my $1100 phone to someone who isn't going to replace it if they drop it. I've actually learned that lesson the hard way. So I asked her to please have her manager come to the table and look at the groupon. Manager wouldn't even look at us, didn't greet us, say thank you. Nothing....apparently walking 100 ft is too much to ask her. Lazy, rude and clearly doesn't want my business. Which is what I thought was the purpose of a groupon. I wouldn't go back based on the crappy service. Food is not good enough for that. I can get mediocre pizza and good service about 5 other places in a 2 mile radius. Oregano's thin crust is better and priced the same. I always get great service there read more

Pizza is very good Would've gave them 4stars but do to quality of service in restaurant i give 3stars. They seem not to have a full waiting staff. Waiting staff seems to be overwhelmed. Also long hold time on pick up. Sometimes you're on hold so long the system hangs up on you then you call back just to be asked to be placed on hold again..not good hope they get it together they do have potential. read more

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I went there to grab a drink and the bartender asked for my ID which I complied as I am only 26 years old. After 5 minutes of analyzing my ID, she came back and said my ID was "too mattee looking" and that she has "never seen an ID like it before". She then proceeded to hand me a piece of paper and told me to fill it out so that they aren't liable for serving an underaged. I have NEVER heard of such a thing before. My ID is real, i am legal to drink, and this place needs to train their bartenders how to actually check ID's that are out-of-state. A few months back we tried this Sports Pub and sampled the pizza and Italian Beef. Both were really good, especially the beefs. We have been looking for good Italian beefs for some time in our neighborhood. A few weeks later I did carry out on the beefs and they were great as usual. We decided to have another go at it as we were in the area and what a disappointment. I ordered online - set the delivery time at 1 in the after noon. at 1:30, I called to find out where the order was. the person answering the phone tells me - I'll call the delivery guy and call you back. nothing. 6 mins later he does arrive and makes a point to say ' still very hot' your opinion and mine differ greatly on that. What can I say? Best atmosphere I have found in a small Pizzeria. Clean restaurant. Great variety of sports playing on the many High Definition televisions placed so that you can watch something's no from anywhere in the restaurant. Waiters and waitress's are polite and always smiling. Service was prompt and quality meal was delivered. We tried the Chicago Style Deep dish Pizza, which was absolutely fabulous and the Habanero/Mango wings that were the perfect hot. The kind that numbs just enough you know it's good. Owner came and introduced himself and made sure we we're getting awesome service to which we replied most definitely! Shout out to Daniel for superb service. The pizza is good but..... we went there last night and were going to sit at the bar but a gal came up and asked us if we were part of the trivia group. We said no so she told us we could only sit outside because everything else was reserved for trivia players. We frequented Rosati's quite often during football season and thoroughly enjoyed Michelle the bartender. We went there last night because it was Michelle's last night and wanted to see her. First timers! We purchased the "local flavor" coupon online to give it a try. Boneless wings, thin crust pizza & cannoli's. All of the food was very good and the service was excellent! We will totally be back. The only complaint that I have is that there was a guy at the bar who obviously had too much to drink (you could tell he was a regular) and was getting loud and using foul language. Yelling out the "F" word a few times. I do not have virgin ears and it doesnt bother me personally, but there were some small children at a booth not that far away. I was so extremely excited to have Rosati's back to Goodyear. I have been enjoying Rosati's pizza for years in Tempe and when it was here before. However this Rosati's was to good to be true. The Inconsistency of the food being everytimel incorrect seems to be the biggest problem. 4 Times we have given them a chance and every single time the food has come out wrong and the last time, we sent it back and it came out wrong the 2nd time and manager discounted us 30% for a pizza we didn't really eat at all because it was onions only basically. I wouldn't recommend them unless they do something drastically different and management actually starts to care about what the customers say to them. Also just noticed that the manager that is just saying thank you so much to the people who gave them rave reviews is the one who only discounted us 30%. Maybe you should address the people that aren't too happy with the service and food and try to win them back!. FYI Dennis we have heard from a lot of locals already who did RAVE about Roasati's at first and now are saying what I am saying is true the inconsistency is so true and when they went back the service was either awful or food was wrong. We are from Chicago, so yes we know Chicago pizza and enjoy it very much. The first time we came to this location we pre-ordered so our Chicago style pizza would be ready. When we got there we waited a short while and out came a steaming hot pizza just the way we like it. The crust was crispy as it should be. The waitress was nice. Today we once again pre-ordered our deep dish Chicago style pizza and we waited a short time but this time it was luke warm, not hot nor was the crust crispy. We did not complain to the waitress because it's not her responsibility to cook the pizza. We did still enjoy it and we always order a large so we can have left-overs to take home. This young lady was same waitress we had previously and she was friendly but I think she may have been a bit preoccupied. One improvement might be the toppings should be a little more plentiful, second if you're a "sports" bar, have baseball on too if it's baseball season, third since we had a Groupon the check did not reflect the proper amount of tip and would hate her to be cheated out of the correct amount. My daughters are in the service industry and I know the importance of tipping. I always try to tip 20% unless service is bad. read more

We came in on recommendations for pizza and we were not disappointed. Thin crust, good n crispy. Plenty of sauce, excellent flavored sausage (at servers recommendation). Best part was server Mario V! He was attentive, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about all things Rosati's. He really wanted to make us regular customers and come back again - told us all about events, specials, etc. Was helpful but without being overbearing. Man do we love trivia night! We come here all of the time and LOVE THE FOOD! We have watched numerous restaurants close here and have always hoped this one would make it but based on their service we aren't so sure! We went on trivia night a few weeks ago, there wasn't an open seat in the place! However with all of those customers there was only 1 server. We waited over 15 minutes for a soda refill and more beer. We also waited over 20 minutes for our bill, when we finally got the bartenders attention we mentioned to her how long it took to get the bill and she argued with us saying we didn't even ask...we had tried to get her attention for a long time! My husband took my soda to the bar for a refill and stood there for 10 minutes before she finally noticed him. We aren't too sure if we will back which sucks because we love it here! read more

This is a little piece of southeast WI smack dab in the middle of Goodyear. Our family has had a very hard time finding Italian restaurants that remind of us of home and on a whim we tried this place. The Italian beef sandwiches are superb and the pizza is sensational. The restaurant is a bit cold so if you're temperature wimp, like me, bring a sweater. Great wait staff, not too crowded and fair pricing. I am sure we will be regulars in no time. read more

We are so excited to have Rosati's back in Avondale. We eat in frequently and also order for pickup. Last night we tried delivery for the first time and were so disappointed. The pizza arrived cold on the outside of crust and the middle cheese part was just barely warm. My husband contacted Rosaties to let them know the pizza was barely warm. The person who answered, said "oh I see what the driver did" my husband asked if the driver just had too many pizzas to deliver and if we were the last on the route. She said thanks and she would let the manager know and speak to the driver. No offer for discount on future pizza or to replace pizza. We were exhausted from long day of travel and just ate our cold pizza. Lesson learned do not have them deliver pizza. For a hot pizza will call Papa John's. Very Disappointed. read more

My husband and I do not get out too often so when we do, we like to try out new places. I was very saddened by our visit to this pub tonight. We went here because our friends said the food was really good. We were seated within a few minutes of walking in the door. We put in a drink and appetizer order right away thinking it would give us a little bit of time to look over the menu. We received our drinks and the appetizer, but then our waitress disappeared. Time went by and we were looking for her to place an order for more drinks and our food. In the hour and 15 minutes she came by twice. She never asked to take our order, didn't bring any waters etc. My husband and I agreed that we would not be going back again. It looked as though there were only teenagers running the place. Normally on a weekend especially after Valentine's Day and during a holiday weekend, you'd think they'd be fully staffed. read more

My husband and I had a most wonderful Rosati's pizza called the Monster. I was a little skeptical of the bacon on it but it worked out perfect along with the other meat and vegetable toppings. And the crust is great. Not a crumb was left. If you have not tried it, I do highly recommend. read more

Poor customer service I ordered my pizza at 5:31pm and was told and hour wait. I'm ok with that as I have ordered from them many times over the past year. It is now 7:25pm and I have no pizza. Placed two calls and the receptionist said the driver was out with food both times. No clue as to when he will arrive just said same thing when I called an hour ago. So now we are at 2hrs and still nothing. While I truly like their food I will not be ordering from them again. Spoke to the manager finally after over two hours of waiting and she called the drive who said he delivered my pizza yet I'm calling and stalking them about my food. Shortly after talking to her the driver calls my wife and apologizes for getting lost and having car troubles thus the reason he did not make it to my house. He was apparently scared as he asked my wife several times what we said to he manager. This would indicate he or she obviously lied about delivering my food just to cover his butt. The manager waived my $28 dollar bill which I was cancelling anyway for not showing. She also made another pizza and sent to me which I received at 9pm. So after 3.5-4 hours of b.s we finally got to feed the kids and guests who were watching the football game. They also offered ma a $30 credit which is useless since I would not be using them again. There is no excuse for the managers level of incompetence in controlling her staff and the driver who never showed. If you cannot run a restaurant when your busy maybe your not the person for the job. Additionally if your drivers are that bad or your short staffed its your job to get help especially since your the manager. Staff is a joke. The driver could have literally walked the pizza to my home as I live less than 10 mins away from the restaurant. read more

I really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere here. I went with a group of moms and their kids for lunch and we had a blast. Love that the pizza was cut in squares especially since my son never eats the crust (best part in my opinion). Not a noisey place, prompt service, and plenty of seating for large crowds (booths, bar, and outdoor seating too!). For dessert we had the pizza dough bites with warm nutella on the side. (literally had to fight the kiddos off). I reccomend this place. read more
