We have been ordering a variey of pizzas and salads for 21 years. For the past 3 years it's not been on par to that same pizza taste & quality for Rosati's standards. Kaitlyn was fantastic on phone ordering, BIG KUDOS to the Cooks tonight. We ordered a thin 16" classic Combo. It was probably the BEST pizza that has come from them for the past 8 years. I would give it zero stars if I could! This used to be one of our favorite spots for a casual, relaxing meal. The last 2 visits were horrible. No more 3rd chances. I was embarrassed for the restaurant. Service was bad - sat for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The food order was messed up. When it finally did come out, it was burnt and portions were half the size they used to be. We never received utensils. Nobody checked on us or asked if we needed refills so my family of 3 just shared a drink. We watched couples walk in and walk right out it was that bad!! Go somewhere else. Save your money for a merchant with integrity and some concern for customer service. I recently was refused a pizza delivery at 8:28 PM. Was told it was too late. So I ordered from Barro's. Then I called Rosati's back and asked what their delivery hours are. Was told 30 minutes before closing. Unless my arithmetic is wrong, it was 32 minutes to closing that evening- 9:00. So I asked to speak to the manager. After a reasonable hold, a gentleman came on the line. He explained that usually they have delivery guys on til 30 before closing. However, it was a very slow Tuesday evening and he sent them home at 6:30. Not cool. I explained that over the years I had been a pretty regular customer and thought maybe some accommodation was warranted. He looked up my account and agreed - 107 orders going back about 10 years. He apologized for the way it was handled and offered a $5 credit to my account on next order. So Saturday I ordered a pick up XL thin crust. Got there and was told no credit was in the system. Female manager acted like I was crazy for expecting anything. I asked her to look up my order history. Her limited perspective was to point out that I only had one order this year. That's the point. It's crap like this that turned us off to this Rosati's location in the first place. She also assumed I was bluffing about the $5 credit. She called the manager I had spoken to but he didn't answer. I have been coming to this location for about 6 years. It is now under new ownership. I went last night wit my family and the service was beyond awful. There was one girl for the whole place and she let us all know she was alone. We received 4 drinks, there were 6 of us, and 20 minutes later we did not have the other 2 yet. We were given 2 menu's, after asking for them. I could not wait any longer for service so we decided to leave. I asked for the owner, who was in the back kitchen, to let him know how awful the service was and he might want to help. He came out but never spoke to me even when I asked a couple of times. I went to the pickup section hoping to grab him. They have changed the daily specials, hidden prices on some of the best items, (Bone-in wings now are priced for "market pricing.") Tuesdays are for Rosati's! They offer 1/2 off pizzas including their Chicago deep dish which is HUGE!! They have an awesome happy hour as well including $3 mozzarella sticks, $5 hot wings ( different sauces too!) We didn't get the name of our server but he was super friendly and helpful! Had an awesome dining experience last night at Rosati's in Cave Creek! Place was packed as it was trivia night. I highly recommend checking it out as the restaurant was lively and a lot of fun. I ordered food in advance as my sons had a sports practice that ended at 8pm. Carter took my order and as soon as we arrived, he had pointed us to our saved seats and brought out our dinner with no wait. Everything tasted hot and fresh. This is a great neighborhood place and worth eating in vs taking out (which is solid as well). Full bar, great atmosphere and owners who care. My experience with Rosati's has shown that the food can be excellent when the kitchen is committed, and this location clearly is. The wings are big and crispy and the salads are generous and fresh. The pizza is spot on Chicago whether it is thin or thick. I wish they could still do live music but even so the house music is always fun. read more

We tried Rosati's this evening and we weren't impressed. Basically flavorless.... They cut the pizza into squares not like a pie. This leaves you with soggy squares in the center. Oh well, just not our style. read more

So my sole goal tonight was to take my fiancé to flavor town and since I knew these guys have great wings (only reason I gave 3 stars) I said why not. I got the thin crust Hawaiian pizza that was cut up into the tiniest pieces I have ever seen. Dave Portnoy would have gave that pizza a worse rating than Jack's on the frozen pizza scale (0.2/10). It was just disappointing. The wings were great though. The cheesy garlic bread was another disappointment my fiancé gave it a 1/10. So in my quest to take my fiancé to flavor town, you failed me. Used to love Mondays for the Hamburger special. Not sure why they have changed things but the changes are not good. My burger was so over cooked I would have choked on how dry it was so I took it back. The server was very nice and apologetic. The 2nd burger was still overcooked and small. They clearly have changed where they are getting their burgers/meat. They are so small .. I had to trim away a good portion of the bun because the bun is too big. Unfortunately the re-done, small, overcooked burger had no flavor. Not the Monday burger, I used to enjoy from time to time. Great food, OUTSTANDING service! We came to Rosati's tonight and arrived right at the beginning of the Ohio State game. We had our two daughters with us as well and unfortunately, the tables were full. We then decided to order our food to go. The manager was SO nice and tried to find us a table. We got lucky and a table became available. This manager went way above and beyond for us for the entire time we were there and treated our daughters like family. The entire staff was so friendly. Decided to do takeout last night - long day, and the Cowboys and Washington were on Thursday Night Football. We ordered the Antipasto salad to share (Romaine & iceberg lettuce, spinach leaves, green pepper, red onion, black & green olives, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, grape tomato, Mozzarella cheese & shaved Asiago cheese) and paired that with their greek dressing. O M G ... it was wonderful - fresh, just the right combination of ingredients. I'm already jonesing for another and it's 7:00am! Their sandwiches are always huge, so this time, we split the Italian Beef and added hot peppers. The bread was perfect - toasted - meat tasty, the peppers added the right zing and the Au Jus was great. Another home run! We added an order of mild wings and blue cheese. Wow. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. I've never been more pleased with a take out meal! Great job guys! read more

For many years I've been a customer of Rosati's and always get the same three item Pizza. The cheese on the pizza was always amazing and it was the only place I would ever order pizza from. I've been doing low carb so haven't ordered pizza in a year but last night I got one. I was so disappointed. It tastes nothing like it used to taste and it's definitely a different cheese than they used to always use. On top of that they wouldn't use any of the coupons that I've had even though there's no expiration date on them. the coupon I had was 14.99 for a 16 inch thin crust pizza with 3 toppings. When we sat we were told by the waitress that they were completely out of all pizza and it would be over an hour for the next pizza to be ready. We were shocked and left.
