    Grandma pie with sausage

Love love loved Patricia's pizza! We went around 6:30 on Friday and there was no wait so we were able to grab a spot outside really easily. Our server was really friendly and I loved that the manager (maybe owner?), Joe, stopped by our table to make sure everything was great. We started with the Tomaso salad and Arancini, both were excellent. These were the biggest arancini I've ever seen and they had so much flavor and cheesy greatness. The Tomaso salad was very fresh and refreshing. We then split the Melissa and one of the grandma pies. I forget the grandma pie we had but we added sausage to it. I loved both, but my favorite was the Melissa because of the pistachios and pesto We will definitely be back because everything was so tasty and the service was excellent.

I visited Patricia's Pizza to pick up a pizza last month when I was housesitting in the area. I placed my order online and arrived a few minutes before the estimated completion time. There was some kind of hiccup in the process and my wait was longer than anticipated. I genuinely did not mind, but the staff at Patricia's were beyond apologetic and even offered me a dessert for my troubles. I ordered the cheesy garlic bread and a pizza. My initial choice was the garlic knots, but they were out of them for the night, so I went with the cheesy garlic bread, which was exceptional. The pizza was also delicious and piping hot, even with the drive home factored in. Patricia's made a great first impression on me and I will absolutely be back next time I'm in the area.

Wow! What a great spot. It's been open for a while now, but we finally got a chance to try it. We did a slice of Grandma's Cheese Pizza (look at the pic - it's ginormous!), arancini, Cesar salad, and calamari. We sat on the patio and practically shared a table with a lovely couple on the other side of the little fence. It was early evening and the sunset was pretty, but we were well shaded. Every bite was 10/10! What really drove this up though, was the service. Our server was so helpful, and when we ran into a small confusion she corrected it immediately, then had the manager come out to check on us. They were both so warm and welcoming! We will be back.

AMAZING food!!! AMAZING service. I cannot recommend a place more. Our family was treated like kings and queens. We had the garlic knots, margarita pizza, pepperoni pizza and the dessert trio and even our pickiest eater LOVED every bite of food. The manager treated us like family on our first visit. This place is not a a stop, it is an experience that we will now consider for every important night out and for causal stops after bartlett lake days. Thank you all for giving my children respectful service and for making us feel important.

If you are searching for the finest in Neapolitan pizza (with ingredients coming straight from Italy) or sandwiches and appetizers that will make you drool just thinking about them, Patricia's Pizza is your place. Owned by the same family who also operate The Italian Daughter just a little down the road from Patricia's Pizza, the Maggiore family is Arizona Restaurant Royalty. The food, ambiance and service are all tremendous - get yourself to Patricia's Pizza ASAP!

Sadly, our second visit to Patricia's didn't live up to our first. Our first visit was over the summer for my birthday, and hubby immediately decided he wanted to go back for his birthday, which is why we went today. Like our last visit, we ordered a few items off the happy hour menu to share. (I actually had to ask if there was a Happy Hour menu as it was not provided when we were seated.) Today we chose the Italian Wedge, Handcrafted Meatballs, Arancini Medley and the Bacon Wrapped Italian Street Dog. The meatballs were just as good as last time. The wedge had too much blue cheese dressing. The menu says the Arancini Medley is a "variety", but they all seemed to be the same, no variety. They were decent. The street dog was honestly what we were looking forward to the most as we'd really enjoyed the one we had last time. This one was not nearly as good. The pickling of the veggies just overtook the flavor of the entire hot dog. Very disappointed. Service also left us a bit disappointed. As I already mentioned, I had to ask for the Happy Hour menu. We weren't asked if we wanted to wrap anything up, and we were not even offered dessert. Our server seemed disinterested, or perhaps she just didn't like us much. I tried to make conversation a few times, unsuccessfully. My husband thinks maybe it's because we don't order alcohol so she figured she wasn't making as much off us and just wanted to get us out of there. Just not the warm and welcoming atmosphere we had the first time.

Stopped with some friends for Happy Hour on a Saturday evening. Decent selection of Happy Hour Food, and some drink discounts. We had Meatballs and the Pizza, the other couple had HH Salad and the HH Slices and no one left hungry and in fact we both got to go boxes! Will be back to try some of their other offerings too!

The restaurant has a nice cozy ambiance, the service was very good and the food was delicious. We ordered the wedge salad (very good but a bit too much dressing); the fried calamari (sauce was excellent!) and the prosciutto and mushroom Naplolian pizza. The pizza was very good and the crust was perfect! Didn't like the sangria and hubby didn't like the Arnold Palmer but everything else was great!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the food at Patricia's. While we had heard good things, we were blown away by how delicious everything we had was. We came for lunch with another couple on a Sunday and sat outside. We ordered a combination of things among the four of us. Some from the happy hour menu and some from the regular menu. It's hard to highlight any of the food because everything we had was excellent. The Arancini trio and the salads were wonderful. And I enjoyed their cheesy garlic bread as well. This certainly will not be the last time we come here and we highly recommend giving Patricia's a try. If we had one quibble, it was the loudness of the music. It sometimes made conversations a little difficult.

We frequently get take out here and have yet to eat at the restaurant but the salads are fresh every time and pizza and pastas are delicious, hot and flavorful! Will eat there, take more pics and repost

Patricia's pizza is owned by the same folks as Italian Daughter down the street. We had two take away pizzas from here and they were both delicious. Toppings were spot on but the best part was their crust. It's made with sourdough. I was able to taste the slight sourness of sourdough. The texture was perfect too. Service was friendly and fast. Will order from here again as location is close to us. Highly recommend!!

The hostess was very friendly and led us back to the community table near the bar. Our server/bartender was busy at the bar and taking orders. No smile, a no- nonsense personality which is fine, just not friendly at all. My husband and friend decided to do beer flights. They enjoyed except for one of the beers they said had no flavor. I opted for a Tito's dirty martini which is my favorite drink. They enjoyed the beer flights but unfortunately when my martini was delivered, I swore the glass hadn't been properly washed as it had a sweet, coffee taste. I let our server know and she immediately took it and said she would make another which was great. I did see her grab a new glass. Unfortunately the new martini tasted exactly the same. Almost like a terrible espresso martini with olive juice. It was not drinkable. Either she didn't know how to make a dirty martini or the olive juice or vermouth went bad. I couldn't stomach the drink and felt nauseous so left it. We ordered a Chef's Board. Cheese selections, plus pepperoni, salami, prosciutto, mixed nuts & fruits, olives and fig jam. They missed the nuts, fruit and olives. The meat and cheese were good but it was a basic board. We should have ordered the pizza instead as everyone around us had a pizza and it smelled delicious. Our first visit was not the best experience, however, we may give it another try and check out the pizza instead.

I was very rudely told by the manager, their online reservations were turned off, and there was no reservation for us. He then said, I should have known that they weren't accepting reservations, especially if I didn't receive a confirmation! It was offensive as I make a number of online & phone reservations, without getting a confirmation, and have never had a problem. Why should the customer assume that your reservations are turned off? There are a number of ways this manager could have resolved the situation, but he chose to blame the customer, which especially under these circumstances, (& in the restaurant business) is never okay. Never-the-less, there are so many pizza/Italian restaurants to pick from, we will be patronizing them from now on.

And my next dozen favorites were IL Bosco. I have tried pizza all over the world (surprisingly good Napoli-style in Sydney AU), and lots in NYC, all over Jersey, Hartford, Detroit, Chicago, LA and San Francisco. I just found IL Bosco's most consistent. Well, last night IL Bosco was FIRE, and changed everything. My friends and I went simple this time...just salad and pies. They were impressed by the dressing on the Kale salad, and the flavorful pancetta. But the pies!!! We wanted extremes...that would complement each other so we went with the white Alba, with caramelized onion, sautéed mushrooms and a honey drizzle. The slightly salty cheese was a beautiful palate cleanser from the other amazing pie...the ZA! With Hatch Green Chili, Pepperoni, Peppadew peppers, red sauce and cheese with hot honey...it was the opposite on the red pie/white pie spectrum. And they were cooked beautifully. A just-right hint of char, beautifully light and flavorful crust and flavors that hit you individually rather than as a mess, they combined careful execution with intense and wonderful flavors. That moved into my #1 slot! And, instead of wine, we all had a Menabrea beer, one of my favorite Italian brews. The hops and subtle citrus and caramel notes worked beautifully to show off the pies.
