Ontime and good pizza. Not the best in Chicago but decent and reasonably priced pizza.

I love Rosati's Pizza. No complaints on the food. This place doesn't always cut squares evenly but not gonna lose sleep over that.. but I have to say the employees of this location that take food orders sound absolutely miserable when they answer the phone every-time. And it's off putting, not great customer service. read more

Edit: pizza went up another $1 for base plus $ for toppings, they no longer have the free pizza coupon and charge you $1.48 to use a credit card. We called the Evanston store last night at 9:15 and ordered a pizza. We were told it would arrive within 45 minutes. We called again at 10:21, for a status update on where our pizza was. We were told it was still at the store, "under the lights", and the delivery driver was out delivering other pizzas. When we asked when our pizza would be delivered, the man on the phone couldn't give an answer. We asked to speak to a manager, and he said that Marielle the manager had left for the day. We then asked if there was someone in charge we could talk to, and he insisted there wasn't anyone. When pressed if anybody was in a position of authority, the man replied that they were all equals. We then asked for a refund, which he did not issue. The man was extremely argumentative, and would barely let us get a word in. We called the next day at 10:00 regarding the refund, and asked to speak to a manager. Again there was no manager on duty, only Alfonso, who was "in charge of the kitchen." He said he would investigate as to why we didn't get the refund. Apparently the store is not run by anyone on the weekend. This is the second issue we've had with this store. Prior to this, we ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks and did not receive the marinara sauce. We called and did speak to the manager, who argued with me that I said I didn't want "dressing." She insisted that the sauce would be brought to us within 45 minutes. We no longer wanted it of course, as we were already eating our food. We asked for a refund and she said she would refund the sauce, which is included with the mozzarella sticks. (She was proposing a refund of $3.50.) After around 5 minutes of arguing with us, she finally issued the refund for the mozzarella sticks. This is not the way that a business should be run. We have ordered from Lou Malnatis on countless occasions. If a mistake on the stores part is made, it is rectified immediately. There are multiple managers on duty to speak to, all of whom upheld the highest level of customer service. We enjoy food from Rosatis, and are disappointed that we will no longer be ordering from them due to multiple issues with the location that delivers to us. read more

Rosati's opened this location during the pandemic last year and they are a new addition to Evanston at the shopping center anchored by Valli Produce. I have been looking forward to ordering from them. Alas a night came between the holidays that no one wanted to cook. We ordered large Hawaiian pizza and a small cheese. I got the Hawaiian on a regular crust but I think next time I will get the thin crust. I found the regular crust to be doughy with a thick consistency and lacking salt/seasoning. I ordered on the phone because I had few questions about the menu and the girl who answered the phone was very nice (great customer service). Pizza was ready in 20 minutes. Pick up was extremely easy. They have a designated pick up counter, the dine in area is currently closed. I look forward to dining with them soon! read more

I give this place five stars not because it's the best pizza place I've ever eaten that or the best pizza place in Chicago or even the best pizza place in the neighborhood. What it is is the best pizza place for the price. Has a terrific menu with pasta, pizza, and other delights, I have never been disappointed by the price or the product. The pizza especially the thin pizza is amazing. Sometimes I have the pasta and I enjoy that as well but of course they are known for their pizza. They accommodate families in groups of all sizes, so don't be afraid to take your friends and family because it is not only friendly it's affordable and it's delicious. read more

They have a good variety of menu items, I ordered jalapeno poppers and wings and a medium thin crust pizza. I think a lot of people are sleep on Rosati's as a whole franchise. I've been coming to this location in Evanston since day 1 and for the most part The never disappoint. Any pizza you decide with will be delicious and every ingredient is fresh. Combo Beef Sandwich it's a mouth watering delight, it's giving Portillo's a run for their money. As you can see from photos Rosati's Beef Sandwiches are a nice size as well. Season fries reminds me of Checkers/Rally's but lighter. Now to these Boneless Hot wings which comes worth your choice of sauces for the perfect wing. You have 6 choices from sweet, mild & habanero, breaded but not too much. I'll say that Buffalo Wild Wings has some competition. I've eaten at different Rosati's locations and they don't disappoint. Prices are good but the food is great. read more

Grew up loving this place! Consistently solid and good specials. The only pizza place I order delivery from.

This is my family's favorite. Everyone likes it. 4yr old, 8yr old, wife, and myself. I will give them 5 stars as this is the case. For anyone thinking of ordering, do understand that things could be missing or off. I have a low bar set for if my to order is right. I always check and when something is off, they are helpful to comp me on whatever the issue is. However, I'd say about 70% of my orders are what I ordered. It's ok because even if it's off, everyone in my house is happy as it's some damn good pizza. Thin crust is our fav. Well done Is always ordered and never provided. Say "Burnt" if you want well down. read more

I ordered via delivery. The order was extremely late, though I'm not sure why. Unfortunately, the pizza had no flavor. I tried spicing it up with my own seasoning, but nothing helped. Maybe it's because it was thin crust, but I was definitely disappointed. read more

Pizza is ok, not the best but will do when a crave hits. Crust is fluffy and doughy, don't expect any level of crispy or crunchiness in the crust, it just ain't happening. The $5.00 soda an slice combo is a good deal. Not great tasting pizza, but the staff is nice. read more

The mozzarella sticks have no cheese (see pic). The single slice pizza is 7/10, it's dry so therefore needs more sauce. That's all for now if I decide to try something else I will update my review. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. We recently moved to the area and everytime we ordered, they messed something up. From messing up our pizza order, to forgetting parts of our order, to the delivery drivers being idiots and not understanding directions. We tell the driver to call when they arrive. They ALWAYS ring the bell. We keep giving this place another chance, but enough is enough. Get it together. read more

My wife ordered fried chicken with fries, & an order of the Penne Ala Vodka. The chicken order was fine with the exception of under cooked fries. The pasta dish that we've ordered from other Rosati's & including the one in Evanston never have had the discription for breaded chicken Penne Ala Vodka, only grill chicken. After finding out that unlike Doordash, Uber Eats wasn't taking phone calls in regards to food orders the time I called @ 3:45pm mid day? I then called Rosati's Evanston only to have the manager tell me that "the past dish does come with breaded chicken." At this time I started to get angered because this manager was just totaly clueless to the menu description for the Chicken Ala Vodka. Nor did the manager offer any type of refund. In fact the pasta upon tasting was horrible. The sauce which is suppossed to be a good amount, was now sticking to the breaded chicken that didn't match well with the meal at all. Mediocre. That about says it. I ordered a pizza there the first time and it was okay. But nothing special. Then tonight I was driving by this location and decided to get some pasta. Spaghetti and meatballs (2 to be exact). And I asked for bread and they said it comes with the meal. Imagine my surprise when I opened up the order at home and found a half piece of garlic bread. Wow. The sauce was vaguely reminiscent of Sicilian marinara. It had a little bit of tang to it but it was a little sweet and a bit watery. Meh. Not that I'm a conniseur but pasta dishes are common basic Italian cuisine. It doesn't take much to cook up a decent marinara. Heck if I can do it they should be able to. So if you want to settle for middle of the road Italian, go to Rosati's. One more thing. Rosati's is a chain and you probably get the same thing at every location.p But so is Maggianos. And their quality is head shoulders above Rosati's and their prices are the comparable. And at Maggiano's they give you more bread..... read more

Grew up on the original location. From childhood friends came by and ordered from the Evanston location. Mistake what was to be a 45 delivery time lasted over 90 min before I posted this. With a call in between looking for the order they asked me if there was a problem with it. I said yes I don't have it. Told driver on its way 40 minutes ago, Called again told them to cancel and credit my account. Seriously doubt this will happen. Pizza showed up 10 minutes later stone cold. Received call from store saying they need to charge me I said do what you have to do. Now being harassed by driver. Called back to speak to manager. They are not there ask if tomorrow I'm new don't know I said can you ask someone and then told not in for a few days. I said when I talk to the manager I will take care of the situation and told to stop being harassed or I'm calling the police. All of this drama for a pizza.!! read more

My family was so excited when this location opened up in the Dempster Plaza. We decided to give them a chance and ordered a pizza for family night. We were not prepared for the catastrophe that was waiting inside the box. The pizza was crammed and sticking to one side of the box. This was so unacceptable I had to call the location. While the person that answered the phone was very apologetic and offered to have another one sent to me ASAP, I declined. He even offered to credit my account, but at this point we choose to order from elsewhere and let this be a lesson to us. read more

First let me say, I love Rosati's Pizza. With that being said, I had the worst experience with the Evanston Store. I ordered pizza 2 weeks prior and was told that my order would be ready at 8:30pm. I arrived to pick up the order at 8:30pm but the order wasn't ready. After waiting 40 extra minutes past the time it should have been ready, I received my order. The long wait was not the issue, I understand they were super busy. No problem. After we arrived home and opened the order we realized that they gave us the wrong wings. I immediately called and explained to the cashier who was very gracious and said that we could bring them back or get another order. I told her that I order every 2 weeks as my "cheat day" meal. She then explained that when I call back in 2 weeks they would put the wings on my order and that they would make a note that would be attached to the phone number that I ordered from. Cool right? No. I called as usual to place my order and proceeded to let the cashier know that a note was left attached to my phone number to get my wings that I should have gotten prior. The cashier alerted me that no note was attached and that she could not give me the wings but that she could give me 50% off the wings of my choice??? So you screw up my order and then refuse to give me what I paid for. The cashier was not the issue as she was simply doing her job. I asked to speak with the manager who treated me as if I was lying. I explained the entire situation to him. He stated that he would not include the wings with my order even though he checked the system and saw that I am a frequent customer. He offered me 50% off since there was not a note left by the cashier. Obviously I was not happy and I told the manager, who gave his name as "Roger," that I would call corporate because at this point it wasn't about the incorrect order or the money but it was the way he spoke down to me and the treatment I received. How dare you not give me what I paid for. After I told him I was calling corporate his tone changed and only now was he willing to work with me. So after 15 minutes of treating me like a lying thief and raising his voice at me, he wants to prepare my food? No thank you. I cancelled my new order and will take my business elsewhere. Take the time to check your order because they will not give you the corrected order or your money back. There is a happy ending. I called Rosati's in Lincolnwood and ordered pizza from them....delicious! I will order my Super Bowl spread from the Rosati's in Lincolnwood. Rosati's in Evanston should either find a new manager or re-train him in customer service. We all work too hard for our money and should spend it with restaurants that value you as a customer. If I could give it five Trash can symbols I would. This is the first Rosatis franchise that made me question even buying a bottled water from there franchise. The fried chicken had an entire patch of feather still coming of out the skin! I drove back and request a full refund as none of the food was eaten. The cashie has to walk to the back three time relaying the messages as the manager wouldn't even walk to the from to handle the issue. When he did come he first said the card processor would have to refund me I informed him that I ordered directly from the Rosatis site. He finally instructed the cashier to give me money from the draw and add " this will make her day! " AS IF HE WAS DOING ME A FAVOR By refunding money for food that was inedible and not touched. I informed him that fair exchange is no robbery poor quality food poor service doesn't deserve money even if it's 2cents. If they put more effort into cleaning the chicken than being argumentative then a refund wouldn't be necessary. not only is the customer service wonderful, the young girls were kind and efficient. i came in and ordered for a later delivery, the food came just 10 minutes late, but that's expected on a friday and i know fridays are loaded. the delivery driver was polite and professional. she showed great appreciation for my tip, was masked and standing socially distanced. to top it all off, the FOOD. it was great quality and extremely fresh, i ordered a large hawaiian and some dough nuggets with the chopped salad. will be ordering again. read more
