Pizza arrived 20 mins past the quoted time...when it arrived it was ice cold and incorrect. I rarely call a place to complain, but felt the need based on this poor experience. After being connected to the "manager" and politely explaining my issue, his response was "ok....I'll tell my boss...bye"...A simple acknowledgement and apology would have sufficed. How fortunate we are to have Roasati's just around the corner from our new home!! It is definitely our go to for pizza and we have recently enjoyed their delicious pasta dishes. Very flavorful and plentiful, enough to feed five or six people with two dishes. The pizza is the best we've had in the walkie over the past year. Definitely recommend the monster, but they do a fantastic job on New York style crust with our favorite pepperoni sausage mushroom onion. Our only disappointment is that they do not have a sit-in restaurant. Kudos for their taste, value, variety and friendly service. read more

This was our go-to place for Chicago Deep Dish. We've been in Wisconsin two years and miss our beloved Lou Malnati's! We've had a few small issues in the past, but nothing to take them out of the rotation. Tonight's experience was, frankly, just crummy. Two phone calls, two pizzas made and the order was still wrong! The manager was lovely, but I think it will be a while before we return. They might need to cycle through a few more teenage hires to get customer service back on track. read more

Who knew a pizza shop would have the greatest wings ever?! Meaty & flavorful. Used to live in Chicago & the deep dish pizza here is better than any I've ever had. My Italian Nona agreed! Pizza is terrific. The staff eats pizza while making pizza and cutting pizza which knocks them down to three stars. I saw three staff members eating pizza while cooking and serving food during my 8 minute stop. They were wearing their gloves but still is a heath hazard. read more

This is the best pizza I've had in a long time. It's made old fashioned homemade style. It tastes like the pizza I grew up eating. You know ... Thin crust with good quality meats, cheeses, and veggies. This pizza is so good that I can eat it in kid-form (only cheese) or super grown up (lots of veggies and unique sauces). Wow. This location is owner-operated and you can tell. He's on staff most of the time and truly cares. We've tried deep dish, pan, and thin style. (God forbid any of my kids can agree on anything!) Each style is fandamtastic. I'm a huge fan of the deep dish and wow...toppings galore! One of my kids asked me to order wings and I thought, "What? Who orders wings from a pizza shop?" You know that feeling when everyone at work is hangry? Our office has been working overtime on a huge project and wow. Long hours make for cranky colleagues but Rosati's brightened the day. Our catering order came quickly. It's amazing how the smells of pizza, lasagna, and wings can soothe even the most cantankerous soul. I appreciated the efficient delivery and ease of ordering. I'm in love.....and that is sayin' a lot because everyone knows how picky I am about my 'za being just perfect. Rosati's is take out and delivery ONLY...we tried going to eat there once and it was an epic fail due to no tables, etc....so they are just set up for delivery/take out- just so ya know. Everytime we get their pizza it is the correct order, on time as well as hot and delicious. Their pizza's are loaded with toppings and they offer a thin crust which I love---have not dabbled in any of their other crusts or food but I suspect they are equally as delish. I usually get the Veggie Pizza on one half and the Mister gets the Pep Special. I am officially addicted. PS. Great wings!! They had crispy skin, weren't over sauced and not fatty. I did half chipotle ranch and half hot. The garlic bread was REALLY disappointing. It was a small hoagie roll with a little margarine sprinkled with garlic powder. Defiantly not worth $2.75. read more

I grew up with Rosati's and felt it was the pizza by which others were judged. Down South they don't have it, so I was excited to see it here. Was really disappointed with the pizza. Felt like the ingredients and execution was sub-par. Quick delivery, but pizza missed the mark. read more

The pizza is good, the service is terrible. Called 3 times to order for delivery and was literally hung up on. When they finally answered- the excuse was "we are busy!" They seriously said- "we are busy!" Apparently, they do e need, not care about my business. Went elsewhere. read more

Pizza was cold. Pesto Penne was barely sauced - almost too dry to say there was a sauce. The Italian side sausages were old tasting & had NONE of the marinara that is usually on them. Delivery was late & driver was rude. Have liked this in the past, will rethink when the kid wants it in the future! Their wings were really good though! read more

My first review here. I'm a big fan of Rosati's Pizza. I like a thin, crispy crust. And I like good Italian sausage. This pizza hits the mark on all counts. The crust is excellent, the toppings are top-notch, I find the PIzza is almost as good as the Zaffiro's I used to enjoy when I lived closer. I'm actually giving the Rosati's four stars because I like think the Zaffiro's that used to be (is it still?) on Farwell was slight better. If I could do 4.5 or 4.75/5, I would have. My only gripe is that they don't have some of the coupon deals that the national chains offer. OTOH, I'm willing to pay a bit more for quality so it is worth it, to me. read more

Its so easy to bike to so that's a plus, but their Fettuccini Alfredo just hit the spot before I made my commute back. Definitely try it if you are thinking about it. read more

Great pizza, wings, bread and service! I've been a customer here since it opened and haven't been disappointed. The BBQ chicken pizza is one of the best, great crunch, juicy chicken and some good BBQ sauce make this my go to. I decided to try their wings and was pleasantly surprised at how big they are and how much meat is on there. Despite being covered in more amazing BBQ sauce the wings were crunchy and had plenty of meat on them. The garlic bread is a great side and my family devours it. We've had some great lasagna and the fried ravioli stuffed wit meat is one of their best! We've only done pick up so i don't know about the delivery but the owner is super nice and the employees make great food and are really friendly too. Great place to go read more

Placed my first order yesterday. I was looking forward to their deep dish pizza. The wait was 45 minutes but when I showed up to pick up my order, they made a mistake. I was really disappointed since I drove some distance to get there. The resolution was to wait another 45 minutes or have it delivered when it was done. Both options weren't going to work for me since it was already late for dinner. The guy offered to take off the deep dish pizza and give me the one they made for me by mistake. That worked very well! I still got dinner and I saved some money! Instead I had a pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I must say they do not skimp in the topping or cheese... And it was to the very edge. It was pretty good and appreciate that the sausage looked homemade... Not manufactured chunks. The dough was pretty dense. It reminded me of store bought on cardboard pizzas... That's the only negative thought I had. Not the best dough but trying it for free, I'm not complaining. That was good customer service. Btw, it's take out only. Didn't know that! read more

Done with this place. Been picking up pizzas from there for probably 8-9 years. Always good, but recently, every time I go in, the service is horrible. Tonight, I walked in. Two workers walked towards the counter. Neither greeted me - no hello, no smile, nothing that could resemble even the most basic customer service. "Last name?" was all I got. Gave my last name. The other employee who approached the counter just stood there watching. Another employee from the back looked in their direction and said, "Why does it take two of you to do anything?" Employee stated my price. I gave my card. Signature. Was given my pizza. I said, "thank you very much". No reply. No one even looked at me at that point. The employee who had "helped" me walked away. I did the same. Doesn't feel great to give a place your business and to still be treated like an inconvenience. Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

Very good thin crust pizza. I've had a couple of delivery issues with them so I would maybe recommend them more for pick up than delivery. Their deserts are a bit meh, but the pizza is quite good. I especially like their classic combo. read more

When I had pizza from this restaurant I was subjected to the whims of the ordering party. I would have ordered a much simpler pizza. With that precursor; we had "The Monster" pizza. It had darn near the entire pantry in it. That included sausage (not bad), pepperoni (average), ham (terrible), ground beef (awful), fresh tomatoes slices (really thick slices), canned mushrooms, onions, and peppers. The sauce was utterly forgettable. The crust was dry, but okay. The cheese was unremarkable. When the entire pizza was put together it was a savage and chaotic mess of toppings. The crust had no ability to stand up for itself. The flavors were poorly balanced. It was the kind of pizza a twelve year old makes when his parents are away. It was absolute overkill. I would have given this a one star rating however, I do not know what a stripped down version of the pizza would be like. I was wary the second I was read the description of the pizza. It just sounded ill conceived. The delivery driver was very friendly as was the restaurant upon ordering. You can do much better in the area. read more

Ordered 16 inch sausage pizza. The box was heavier than the pizza. Absolute minimum of cheese to still call it a pizza. Save your money and buy a frozen Tombstone, it's actually better. read more

We tried this place for delivery, and per a tip from Marc T on this site, we ordered the Godfather Pizza, and it was excellent!

Well we tried the Monster based on a previous review. It was not good. Neither my wife nor my teenage daughter like it enough to each a second slice. It tasted more like bread with lots of hamburger and some vegetables, hardly any sauce that we could taste. We threw the remains into the compost. We will not be trying this store again. read more

The food was just fine. Working with the management and owner was hard. The "managers" couldn't do much besides answer phones - they couldn't even tell me the fax number. I've ordered from this location many times, and always thought the pizza was good (for Wisconsin). Today I decided to pick up instead of delivery. YUCK! The place was filthy, the two guys behind the counter were filthy. One guy looked like he hadn't washed his clothes in a month. There were old food stains that didn't just happen today. Disgusting. I almost didn't eat the pizza, haha. Whomever owns this place really needs to revamp and start managing it better. Not only was the guy who rang me out super filthy, he was indifferent and ungrateful. Neither one greeted me at all. When I said my name he grabbed my pizza and put it on the counter. Told me $21 something, I handed him $25 and said to keep the change. He didn't say thank you for the tip or for patronizing their business, nothing. What a bad experience. I don't even want to imagine how filthy their employee bathroom is, and I doubt they wash their hands after using it. OMG, I'm really sorry I ate some of that pizza! Never again! read more
