Amazing food and amazing service. Pizzas and salads were ready on time like promised. Deep Dish pizza and Pastas were top notch. Would recommend 100%

Late delivery. Called me 25 minutes after latest delivery on range and had my room number wrong. Showed up and asked me to pay even though paid online. I had to show him I paid. Pizza good but Luke warm

We had pepperoni and Windy City pizza. Both the pizzas had the perfect presentation which is the final touch that makes it truly exceptional. It was served hot and fresh, with the toppings arranged appealingly. The crust was golden brown, with a slight char on the bottom. The cheese was melted perfectly and gooey, and the sauce was evenly distributed.

Since the pandemic, so over 2 years I have been ordering spaghetti and lasagna for my wife and me as a treat. Usually the container is full, so two meals for me and three meals for my wife. Yesterday I ordered the same...but I noticed that the spaghetti container was only half full, half as much as usual. The lasagna container had a 3" x 3" piece of lasagna, not enough for one meal let alone 2 or 3. I paid $14.99 for that 3 x3 piece. I called and complained and I thought I heard him say it was a mistake and they would deliver another meal. Well, 20 minutes later I get another 3 x 3 piece of Lasagna, oh and two free sodas! Do you think $14.99 is the appropriate price for a 3 x 3 piece of Lasagna and a small piece of garlic bread? We loved Rosatis, but I can't accept their pricing.

So, the picture looks like you get four pieces of garlic bread, but you really only get two for $6.25!? Not going back.

Website shows four pieces of garlic bread, but you only get two! False advertising. Won't be back!

I have got pizza from 4 Rosati's and this was the only one I liked but after the last stop they should have given me my dried out pizzas. I won't be back to any of them.

Dry, thick pizza with barely any sauce

Pizza was cold by the time it was delivered. Restaurant says they use EatStreet for delivery options (so we ordered on the app) but then when you get in touch with customer service at EatStreet (since after an hour, there weren't any updates about the order being on the way), they tell you that the restaurant is using their own delivery service so to contact them. Woman on the phone was dismissive. "Chicago style pizza" is just a very thick crust dry pizza with barely any sauce and shouldn't be advertised as Chicago style. We paid extra for ranch dipping sauce that wasn't delivered. Two stars because the chopped salad and the dough bites were good. We're from out of town and guess we didn't know any better because most of these reviews are bad too. Wouldn't recommend.

Overpriced, long wait, bad service and not the greatest tasting pizza. Better go for pizza hut or papa johns

I saw another post about the sausage and I agree wholeheartedly. It was awful. Something has definitely changed and we will be taking this off of our list. It started out with a group of 6 of us decided to get together here as my husband and I were in town for a funeral. The hostess was turning people away and telling everyone that it would be several hours before she could accommodate anyone. There were several booths and smaller tables opened so I offered that we could split up our party as the others were enroute. When part of my party arrived she asked them if they were with the old couple. My husband is 90 and I am much younger and actually the same age as my cousins who were with us. I found her comment to be totally inappropriate. She reluctantly agreed to do that and actually put us on opposite ends of the restaurant. Our pizza came and it looked nothing like what it used to although the parbaked pizza looked better when we opened and packed that one away. Something has changed here and not for the better. Tried to send in an email and the email bounced back. Between the 6 of us we dropped over 200.00 at this place and it will never happen again.

You know I love a good hidden gem…read more Old Germantown is just that. We were in the general area-ish doing some shopping and wanted to get some pizza for takeout some place closeby to enjoy at home while watching the Olympics (because it's in Italy--so pizza seemed like just the thing). A search on Yelp brought up this place as somewhat closeby. It was after dark when we went in search of it. We drove down a rural road past what appeared to be a driveway that led to a farm. This can't be it. We tried again. Navigation brought us to the same driveway. My husband was ready to give up. I decided to call the business. A kindly gentleman answered and said--yep! It will look like you're driving to a farm but we're here! As we got closer to the end of the drive we saw a bustling parking area. While it might be hard to find--the people have found it. And, so did we. We entered to find beer hall vibes with tons of communal seating. We asked if we could order to go which they were more than willing to accommodate. We found a couple bar stools at their bar, ordered our salads and pizza, and then enjoyed a couple of stout beers while we waited. The beers, salad, and the pizza straight from their wood fired pizza oven were all fantastic. We got one of their specialty pizzas which was a white pie that comes with ricotta (as well as mozz) mushrooms, and basil on a crust that has just the right amount of chewiness and char. Lovely! The folks working here were above-and-beyond friendly. And, one told us that they have a large outdoor patio during pleasant months. We will definitely be back during the pleasant months. And, let's be real--during the less than pleasant months as well. Get to it!

Upon driving in there is a building for the restaurant along with nice outdoor seating, and area for kids to play! We went in mid May on a sunny but cool evening. The kids loved having the sand area and toys to play with while waiting for dinner to arrive. They have a good menu, but there seemed to be a decent amount of items unavailable especially the sausages my friends wanted to try. We ended up with the spring pizza, sassy pig, a plain cheese, and then a three combo of sausages. I thought the pizza was all good, not the best I've ever had but solid. The spring pizza was my favorite. The sassy pig was very unique but good! Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the sausages but others in my group liked them. We upgraded that to include fries and there was only a very small amount. We will definitely be back, seems like a great spot for groups!

We recently moved to Germantown and wanted to try the Richfield location. We waited an hour to be seated, but it was fine as we sat at the bar that had over 400 whiskey's. I got the Manhattan off their specialty menu and my husband got their autumn barrel Manhattan. After trying both--highly recommend the one off their specialty menu. It was definitely superior quality. It's served over a block of ice so if you want it up, you may want to mention that when ordering. It tasted more like a classic old fashioned than a Manhattan but I'm not complaining because I love classic bourbon old fashioned cocktails as well. For a starter we got their much raved about bang bang shrimp. It came on a bed of greens and was good! For my dinner I got their seasonal chicken and dumpling soup and a side salad. Both were solid. The salad was definitely more ample than I was expecting. My husband got some sort of salmon alfredo pasta dish that came with roasted asparagus mixed in. I had a bite and he ordered well--it was decadently buttery and delicious. The service was super kind throughout our stay. Our server checked in on us regularly without being overbearing. Get to it!
