Amazing food and amazing service. Pizzas and salads were ready on time like promised. Deep Dish pizza and Pastas were top notch. Would recommend 100%

Late delivery. Called me 25 minutes after latest delivery on range and had my room number wrong. Showed up and asked me to pay even though paid online. I had to show him I paid. Pizza good but Luke warm

We had pepperoni and Windy City pizza. Both the pizzas had the perfect presentation which is the final touch that makes it truly exceptional. It was served hot and fresh, with the toppings arranged appealingly. The crust was golden brown, with a slight char on the bottom. The cheese was melted perfectly and gooey, and the sauce was evenly distributed.

Since the pandemic, so over 2 years I have been ordering spaghetti and lasagna for my wife and me as a treat. Usually the container is full, so two meals for me and three meals for my wife. Yesterday I ordered the same...but I noticed that the spaghetti container was only half full, half as much as usual. The lasagna container had a 3" x 3" piece of lasagna, not enough for one meal let alone 2 or 3. I paid $14.99 for that 3 x3 piece. I called and complained and I thought I heard him say it was a mistake and they would deliver another meal. Well, 20 minutes later I get another 3 x 3 piece of Lasagna, oh and two free sodas! Do you think $14.99 is the appropriate price for a 3 x 3 piece of Lasagna and a small piece of garlic bread? We loved Rosatis, but I can't accept their pricing.

So, the picture looks like you get four pieces of garlic bread, but you really only get two for $6.25!? Not going back.

Website shows four pieces of garlic bread, but you only get two! False advertising. Won't be back!

I have got pizza from 4 Rosati's and this was the only one I liked but after the last stop they should have given me my dried out pizzas. I won't be back to any of them.

Dry, thick pizza with barely any sauce

Pizza was cold by the time it was delivered. Restaurant says they use EatStreet for delivery options (so we ordered on the app) but then when you get in touch with customer service at EatStreet (since after an hour, there weren't any updates about the order being on the way), they tell you that the restaurant is using their own delivery service so to contact them. Woman on the phone was dismissive. "Chicago style pizza" is just a very thick crust dry pizza with barely any sauce and shouldn't be advertised as Chicago style. We paid extra for ranch dipping sauce that wasn't delivered. Two stars because the chopped salad and the dough bites were good. We're from out of town and guess we didn't know any better because most of these reviews are bad too. Wouldn't recommend.

It's actually shocking I've only just made it here because Ca'Lucchenzo has been on my to-go list for years. Lucky for me, my girlfriends planned a dinner to catch up and one of them chose this spot. Hot tip: make the reservation. Those go fassst! We went on the Tuesday night and it was full, with repeated table turnover. Delightful atmosphere. Very cozy, with warm tones, dimer lighting, and thoughtfully curated Italian'esque decor. Loved that there is a whole area where you can look onto the from-scratch pasta being made. However, that's over in the dining room and we actually sat on the bar side. There's maybe a dozen seats wrapped around their full-service bar, and then a small high-top tucked behind, where we sat. Our server, Malichai, new allllll of his stuff. When I tell you this menu is so clearly planned with immense detail, and changes pretty much daily, but this man knew every thing there was to know. We found that to be so helpful because as first timers it's hard to know what - and how many dishes - to choose. In the end, we landed on a handful of picks from the antipasti section, which we're all great shareable sizes. And then of course we needed pasta, so selected two of those to share as well. Can I recall what each dish was? No. Can I recall everything being extremely flavorful and enjoyable? Absolutely! From goat cheese and white asparagus, to creamy potato ravioli and the most insane/delicious focaccia of my life... we all noted how great every bite was. Oh and the drinks + dessert selection lived up to the hype too. I had a citrusy gin cocktail, and we finished with some sort of hazelnut chocolate cake. 10/10. Super duper excited to bring my husband here. He appreciates the craft of good food and boy that is what this place is alllll about.

SO DISAPPOINTING!!…read more We were a party of three - I arrived before the others. Hostess could not find our reservation, but after some time claimed to have found it and attempted to seat me at a table for two - I had to correct her, and I was then seated at a table by the window - the draftiness was significant and distracting on a cold evening. We were offered a small basket of bread with a small plate of olive oil with a blob of what appeared to be roasted garlic. Our party ordered the lamb shank, the lasagna, and I ordered the Carbonara-our waiter exclaimed how that was an 'excellent choice and his favourite item on the menu. I expected a bowl of hot fettuccine with a thick, flavorful, creamy cheese sauce, but what I got was a bowl of lukewarm pasta at best. The 'sauce' was runny and lacked flavour - it resembled milk. There was no salt or pepper on the table, nor was any Parmesan cheese offered to help improve the flavor of the sauce. No additional bread was offered. We ordered Creme Brulee for dessert. It too was NOT hot, the sugar topping was burnt, and what should have been a firm vanilla custard was also runny - and had almost a curdled appearance. Again, outside of burnt sugar, there was no flavour. Our server was nice enough, but the food was so lackluster I can't recommend Ill Mitto. I will have to think long and hard before attempting to dine there again.

While waiting I noticed all of the families dining here and I knew that I was going to have a good meal. The complimentary bread basket arrived quickly with butter. This bread was ok tasting but was a little on the dry side for me (3). Then the side salad showed up and I was pleased with its size. Almost like a small entree. It was very good tasting being a quality made salad. Less than 15 minutes later the entree appeared and looked very good. It was a generous size and I had some extra parmesan sprinkled on top. The fettuccine, mushrooms, sausage and meat sauce along with the 4 cheeses all came together and made for a satisfying and filling meal. After this meal, I was happy and would be glad to return. Also the waitress was warm and friendly. I would be happy to return as this is a very good place to come for a meal! You don't go home hungry.

I saw another post about the sausage and I agree wholeheartedly. It was awful. Something has definitely changed and we will be taking this off of our list. It started out with a group of 6 of us decided to get together here as my husband and I were in town for a funeral. The hostess was turning people away and telling everyone that it would be several hours before she could accommodate anyone. There were several booths and smaller tables opened so I offered that we could split up our party as the others were enroute. When part of my party arrived she asked them if they were with the old couple. My husband is 90 and I am much younger and actually the same age as my cousins who were with us. I found her comment to be totally inappropriate. She reluctantly agreed to do that and actually put us on opposite ends of the restaurant. Our pizza came and it looked nothing like what it used to although the parbaked pizza looked better when we opened and packed that one away. Something has changed here and not for the better. Tried to send in an email and the email bounced back. Between the 6 of us we dropped over 200.00 at this place and it will never happen again.

We were in the general area-ish doing some shopping and wanted to get some pizza for takeout some place closeby to enjoy at home while watching the Olympics (because it's in Italy--so pizza seemed like just the thing). A search on Yelp brought up this place as somewhat closeby. It was after dark when we went in search of it. We drove down a rural road past what appeared to be a driveway that led to a farm. This can't be it. We tried again. Navigation brought us to the same driveway. My husband was ready to give up. I decided to call the business. A kindly gentleman answered and said--yep! It will look like you're driving to a farm but we're here! As we got closer to the end of the drive we saw a bustling parking area. While it might be hard to find--the people have found it. And, so did we. We entered to find beer hall vibes with tons of communal seating. We asked if we could order to go which they were more than willing to accommodate. We found a couple bar stools at their bar, ordered our salads and pizza, and then enjoyed a couple of stout beers while we waited. The beers, salad, and the pizza straight from their wood fired pizza oven were all fantastic. We got one of their specialty pizzas which was a white pie that comes with ricotta (as well as mozz) mushrooms, and basil on a crust that has just the right amount of chewiness and char. Lovely! The folks working here were above-and-beyond friendly. And, one told us that they have a large outdoor patio during pleasant months. We will definitely be back during the pleasant months. We ended up with the spring pizza, sassy pig, a plain cheese, and then a three combo of sausages. I thought the pizza was all good, not the best I've ever had but solid. The spring pizza was my favorite. The sassy pig was very unique but good! Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the sausages but others in my group liked them. We upgraded that to include fries and there was only a very small amount. We will definitely be back, seems like a great spot for groups!
