Sausage/pepperoni pizza. ANY pepperoni? One small piece of sausage?$30 for extra large sausage/pepperoni pizza that looks like this!?!

VERY disappointed. Ordered an extra large sausage and pepperoni pizza. You might as well call it a cheese pizza. Little to no pepperoni and literally 1(one) piece of skimpy sausage on each piece.

Absolutely delicious pizza. My neurodivergent toxic trait is preferring things cut in squares, and so square cut pizza is the superior pizza. The sausage pizza was excellent, the barbecue chicken even better. Pickup was quick and easy and the staff super nice.

I had a bad experience here and will not go back. I ordered a 10 inch Chicago style pizza (pepperoni and sausage add on was 4 dollars extra). Had to ask for plastic wear, have a grease stain on my shirt from carrying out the box (no bag included), and when I called to let manager know that the first slice I grabbed had one piece of pepperoni and 3 sausages on it, he backed his workers saying he saw them make it. I did not ask for any money back, just indicating the 4 dollar price for lack of topping. Pizza was not flavorful. Ranch is 50 cents extra. Hopefully, they will fix things but I won't go back to this location. I will try another location one more time to see if is better elsewhere. read more

Terrible service. Ordered online for pickup and no one came out to us. Went to knock on the door because it was locked and no one came to answer the door. Employees were right in front of the other side, crawling on the ground, but refused to acknowledge customers out front and knocking. Second time. Seems to be the store is run by a couple of 15 year old kids. read more

I called the Rosati pizza on Val vista and they were very nice but told me to call the one on power and Baseline because we were in their delivery zone I then called this one and the girl put me on hold and told me they would have to check if a delivery person would come to me since I was on their border for delivery ??? They said they would. I placed my order. Then a man got on and said I was 46 cents short of their minimum delivery fee. Unbelievable that they were willing to lose my business over 46 cents. I love Rosati's pizza but will never call them again !!! read more

Love me some good pizza and wings and this place definitely has that. The thin crust here is very good but the deep dish pizza is to die for. Wings here are also some of the best I have ever had. Although it can take a long time for delivery it definitely is worth it. read more

This is real Chicago pizza at its finest. The prices are high, but you get great quality and taste every time. The thin crust is crisp and the toppings are very fresh and generous. Try the thin monster for the ultimate pie! The deep dish is true Chicago, tons of cheese and a great crushed tomato top. This is a great place to get pizza. read more

This pizza was like what you get in Chicago. It made me think of the Rosatis on Higgins up by foster by the Osco Drug. The deep dish crust was great and they know how to fill it with tomato sauce and cheese. We also got a thin crust and it was also like we remembered from chicago. We had it delivered and it came in a decent time. This is the best pizza place we have had in Arizona! read more

I've been eating Rosatis since I was a pre-teen and this location makes a well made pizza...the crust was perfectly crisp throughout and the cheese crisped lightly brown. This makes me happy that they're back out this way...looking forward to more pizzas and calzones in the future. read more

Man oh man this some great pizza! Ordered a thin crust sausage and a monster--and let me tell you that the monster is a BEAST! Packed full of tasty toppings on a crispy crust. Our go to place when we don't feel like cooking. Their breaded mushrooms are absolutely the best!!!!! Their Ranch dressing is to die for, my husband said he could drink it because it's so good! My son loves their pizza it's his favorite!! Have never ordered anything I didn't like! Tried their Italian dressing last order and it's delicious! We will continue to order from here when we don't feel like cooking!!!!! read more

Great pizza the extra large is super big perfect amount of cheese to meat and vegi ratio the crust was thin and crispy order was hot and ready to go when we picked it up 20 min ride home still could barely touch it. read more

We were lucky enough to be invited to their pre-opening event today (April 8, 2017) and got to try quite a few of their dishes. Wings were great, as was the pizza. We tried both the thin crust and the deep dish. Both were great but the deep dish really stole the show. It was awesome. Cannoli for dessert, and it was a perfect conclusion to a great meal. We'll be back! Note, no indoor seating, but looks like it will be perfect for take out or delivery of a great Chicago-style meal. read more

Finally, a great pizza place! Best pizza we've had in AZ! We tried alot... Salerno's was pretty good, but this place up on Power rocks! Reminds me of the great pizza and sandwiches we used to get from our favorite Rosati's in Batavia Illinois! Good to know we now gotta keeper for our favorite pizza place in AZ. The raised web on the to-go pizza box (hi-technology) keeps every piece of my pizza from getting over soggy, way to go. Whoa - kudos for keeping my pizza perfect to the last bite. read more

We are originally from the NW Suburbs of Chicago so we are very familiar with Rosati's. The Power Rd location is our go to place at least once a week. It's amazing to call and have Tammy answer the phone and say Hi Laura. The food is AMAZING. I highly recommend calling this location and ordering. I called in an order and they told me it would take 30 minutes, when I walked in, it took them 27 minutes for ME to get THERE attention to ask how much longer it would take, they didn't acknowledge me which was extremely rude. When I finally got there attention they said 8 minutes which ended up being 13minues, so in all they took an hour and 10 minutes for them to get the food out and didn't even offer me any sort of compensation discount at all. All that for 1 extra large pizza, nothing else, no drinks, no wings, no bread sticks, just one pizza and I had to wait to the point I lost my appetite... Since moving to Arizona in August we haven't found a pizza place that felt like home until we ordered from here. It pleased my household of 7. I would say everyone was extremely pleased and raved the entire time we were stuffing our faces. We ordered thin crust because that is the specialty from back home in Illinois and it did not disappoint. We also got an order of the breadsticks and the garlic cheese bread and they were both just and great as the pizza. It's safe to say we have found our family pizza night go to. Food is excellent, service is AWFUL. I've never had a problem with the Scottsdale location. Today's my husbands birthday, he simply wanted pizza from Rosati's while he watches the World Cup.. I called and the man was so beyond rude. Interrupted me while I was requesting for a delivery. He would ask me questions and before I could even finish answering he would rudely and obnoxiously Interrupt me with another question. As if being on a phone for literally 30 seconds was a burden. He wanted my card number before I was even finished ordering what I wanted on my pizza. I told them man I wasn't finished, he again interrupted me and said for my card number and because I didn't have my card number within seconds of me grabbing my card, he rudely blurted "YOUR BEING OUT ON HOLD". Honestly I've worked in customer service my entire career. It's not that hard to simply be a decent human being to treat customers with respect. Customer service has gone out the window and I for one will never order from this specific location. read more

For dinner, my husband had the Travolta pizza, and I had the gnocchi gorgonzola. We both did that thing where we sat back in our chairs, breathed deeply, and declared, "oh dang, that's goooood." We were both so happy with our choices - I can't speak to the pizza, but that was some of the best gnocchi I've ever had. Pillowy soft in this perfectly nutty, cheesy, creamy sauce. *chef's kiss* For dessert, we shared the tiramisu, which was perfect in every way. If we weren't already walking funny because of the race, we'd have still waddled out of Pizzicata from happy fullness. The service, the food, the vibe - we're here for it and we'll be back the next time we're in Mesa.

We ordered a deep dish pepperoni and sausage pizza, a Caesar salad, fries, and water. The salad and fries came out quickly and were good, but we waited until 7:52 for the pizza. During that time, several staff members including what seemed to be a manager, were loudly yelling back and forth across the restaurant about staffing and schedules. With no music or TV volume, it was impossible not to hear, and it felt very unprofessional. Meanwhile, our water glasses sat empty. I had to ask three separate times for refills, and the third time I actually had to get up and find our server at the bar, where she was sitting, still discussing the schedule. When the pizza finally arrived, it was delicious. But basic things like Parmesan and pepper weren't offered. I had to flag someone down to ask. And even though we'd just received our food, the lights on the patio were turned off while we were eating, and we were brought a box very quickly, which felt like a not-so-subtle hint to leave. Overall, the food was good, but the customer service and atmosphere really took away from what should have been a nice birthday dinner for my daughter. Very disappointing experience.

Of course, had to wait for the hype to die down before checking it out. Once there, the server explained the process - basically you just place all your orders through the iPad that's on the table. Very convenient to scroll through the different categories and everything has pics to help you decide what to order. Once you have your selections in your cart, you just send your order to the kitchen. You can do this for multiple rounds, basically just small to medium sized orders until you feel like you're at a good stopping point. The first thing to select is the broths. You can choose 2 broths or 4 broths. For our group size, the server recommended 2 broths so everything can heat up and cook quickly. We got the tom yum soup and the three delicacies soup base (seafood, mushrooms, jujubes). We also got an assortment of meats, veggies, etc. The tom yum soup was by far our favorite. The other one was too bland. Honestly I didn't know what all meats we ordered, just that they were delicious. Some other highlights were: pork dumplings, potato noodles, etc. We also got the signature dancing noodle, which I thought was purely for show, but the noodle itself was really great - super chewy. Haidilao is great for groups, especially so you can try a little bit of everything. It's not exactly cheap, but it's for the experience and meats are naturally on the more expensive end. Our total per person ended up being around $50. If your group orders more high end option, it could easily skew closer to $75. Had a great time here, would come back!!

The broths lacked the depth and richness I was hoping for, and overall the meal felt more focused on presentation and service than creating memorable flavors. And even then, the service wasn't great. I frequently had to flag down the waitress for a refill or help. If you're looking for a first hot pot experience, celebrating with kids, or want the novelty of the noodle show, you may enjoy it. But if you're already familiar with hot pot and are coming primarily for the food, you may find it hard to justify the price. For us, the experience was memorable (and only because it was our first time trying this place). The meal itself definitely wasn't.

So glad these guys are near my home. Eagerly awaiting the grand opening of the rosati's on s power Rd, weeks turned to days, days turned to this past Monday and I missed it. . Some fan huh?! But now it's Thursday and I've finally got my rosati's fix. The crew was great, Michael the mgr, hooked it up with some tasty cinnamon sticks, AWESOME! I ordered a thin crust monster with no green peppers, bbq wings and some fried ravioli. Everything was sublime. Loved it!! Crispy crust that held all the toppings on it, tender well cooked wings with great flavor, and ravioli was on point. Family loved it. Round two will be pizza leftover's for breakfast! (the Big Chief beef sandwich and fries are awesome) The Manager also took the time on more than one occasion to make sure our delivery order was hot, fresh and tasty. I never order deep dish pizza, but they have the absolute BEST deep dish I've ever tasted. The outside crust was golden and crispy while the inside was nice and soft but not doughy at all. The sauce is amazing and they don't skimp on toppings like most pizza places. And the cheese they use is to die for! I never thought I would actually crave deep dish pizza, but now I do. It was great to see Rosati's offers a gluten free option. Now with a Rosati's just a few miles away with delivery we are set. Rude and horrible service! I gave this place a chance after the first experience was bad. The food is good but, the service was horrible and the manager was rude and yelling at his employees in front of the customers. I waited 35 mins for a called in order and they were rude and annoyed when I asked where my order was. I will NOT be going back and will let my neighbors know to stay clear of this place. read more

We are from the Midwest and eat at Rosati's there. We were glad to see that we could order in and enjoy the same here. Quick and friendly service and the same high quality food. We ordered thin crust, two 14", one sausage and pepperoni and one Hawaiian Luau. Both great. Be sure to order salads, they are excellent! I have ordered take-out and eaten there a number of times. Their food is always delicious, hot and addicting. I usually eat the pasta dishes such as chicken alfredo. It's always a large portion which I can eat on the next day. Delivery is almost always perfect and the folks they hire care a great deal about customer service.
