I was very happy with my pizza. All I wanted was either Mac n' Cheese or Pizza, and since not a lot of places will deliver Mac n' Cheese, I went with pizza. Rosati's looked good, especially the deep dish pics because that's my favorite, so I chose them. This was a good decision. Although I was told it would take an hour for my pizza to be delivered, Dave (we named him Dave because he looked like a Dave) showed up well ahead of schedule and was a very nice man. He had a beard, seemed to love his job and wanted nothing more than for us to enjoy our food--we did. Thanks, Dave. I can't wait until the next time I really want deep dish pizza; this is where I will go. Oh and the pizza itself was really good. Been ordering pizza from this place for years. I've always used Groupon from time to time. I've never had an issue placed. An order showed up and they would not honor it. And they said we had to pay full price we could have but decided not to because it wasn't ethical for them to have not honor that. So they basically kept their own pizza and lost a customer. read more

Was super excited to get a pizza from Rosati's as I hoped it would be as good as the restaurant in North Phoenix. Long story short, we ordered a Chicago style pizza and received a thin crust. Not a big deal, but missed the mark. The thin pizza was not cooked all the way in the middle and was very doughy and chewy. This could be because we ordred the Monster Rosati's pizza but, they should know how to compensate for their own signature toppings. $40 out the door. I have never had a bad meal from this location. Deep dish is fantastic, mozzarella sticks are fantastic, calzones are fantastic. Pizza is cooked the same way consistently. I am from Ohio/PA area, so finding good pizza in Arizona is a struggle. This is the best Pizza we've found so far and I've tried almost all of them in the Phoenix/Mesa area. They raised prices recently and seem higher priced then most places around here, but there is a $15 for $30 worth of food Groupon floating around that can help ease the cost. I have been a customer of Rosati's since coming to the Phoenix area. First in Gilbert and now in Mesa. I have always loved the food and the service. I ordered a pizza from power rd in Mesa location tonight. I get a text message via phone stating my pizza would be arriving soon. Waited a bit. Nothing. Received a second text wanting me to rate my delivery . I looked outside and there my pizza was laying on porch. No one rang doorbell. No one knocked. My pizza wasn't cut through so we had to do that and we ordered a side of marinara , didn't get that. Door dash was the delivery now. Rosati's didn't have enough delivery people. Spoke with manager and she said my message would be relayed to owner. I was extremely upset. It will be a long while before I order here again. read more

Rosati's is one of my favorite pizzas. Unfortunately I've had nothing but problems with this store. Tonight ordered pizza and it was good. Also ordered raviolis and they came burnt on one side. Black! The restaurant even hid the black raviolis by flipping them. Should never have left the store. Called the restaurant and got a manger that copped a tude about it. He really didn't care. Just more work for him that his store caused. I don't accept rudeness from a person serving me. I will track down the owner and have a discussion with him or her. I have been a Rosati's customer for 20 years- how glad I was to find one open in my AZ neighborhood after moving from Chicago! I received an email from my neighborhood store offering a free small cheese pizza with a $15 purchase in my birthday month. I called today to redeem and they told me first that i had to order a 18 inch pizza to use it. I relayed that the coupon only required a $15 purchase which I had passed. I was then told this coupon was not valid at their location. They are a national chain- sorry about that. I said the email had their specific location listed. "Oh, well, we can't take it" I was told. First time trying Chicago-style Deep Dish Pizza. I didn't know the place was just a carry out so you should call ahead to order so you don't have to wait there. Service was really great and the pizza was really good. I'm a sauce type of girl so I wish there was a bit more sauce to compensate for so much bread but the sausage had a really great texture and flavor, the mushrooms were a perfect combo with it and the cheese gave me an amazing cheese pull for that Instagram story lol. Placed an order for delivery at 5:07. Pizza arrived about 45 minutes later, but they delivered the wrong pizza. Called at 5:55 to let them know and they assured me they would remake my order and have it here as soon as possible. Pizza still wasn't here at 7:05 when I called again. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me my pizza was taken to the wrong address and that he would need to speak to the delivery driver. Manager said they would make another and have it out to me in 15-20 minutes. I expressed my disappointment as I have now been waiting over two hours and he said "he could probably take 20% off, but that's the best he could do." It has now been over 20 minutes and still no pizza. I have ordered from Rosati's many times in the past, but this will be the last time. Pretty disappointed this evening with my order and more so the lack of customer service. I order pizza from this location almost every week. Tonight I ordered what I always do which was confirmed by the employee over the phone. Later I pick it up and take it home for my families dinner. We find that half the pizza has been covered with green olives. I ordered green peppers. Based on this half my family has to eat something else. I called in to notify of such and was offered a refund on the topping. $4 dollars. I explained the mistake and was nice about it but after being offered a refund on the topping only I found it more insulting than had nothing been done. I am a reasonable customer and get mistakes happen. But when a customer takes the time to call back to notify of such normally a business makes up for it. Rubbing salt in a wound by offering a lousy refund on the topping only is ridiculous. I would have rather the girl apologized for the mistake and said they would be more careful next time. They even have a fridge of take home pizza to cook in your own oven, as well as bottles of marinara sauce. We definitely want to try next time! Plus, the employee working was very kind and helpful. He The pizza might be on the expensive side (compared to Little Caesar's or Papa John's) but it is well worth it. The thin crust is to die for! I also ordered cinnamon sticks and breadsticks.
