I ordered from this business via Yelp/Grub Hub on my way to my new job thinking they were the Rose Donuts near my work. When I went to pick up, they didn't have the order and said that there was another Rose donuts (in clairemont). I immediately called to let them know that I was not able to pick up and they said they couldn't cancel bc it was through Grub Hub and to call them. I walked to my car and grabbed my emergency stash of cash and came back to pay. The owner was super nice (as always) about the transaction.
