I am writing this review to warn others, especially if English is your second language. Do not trust their paperwork! ​I purchased a 2025 Sportage Hybrid here (my second car from them in 90 days). I trusted them when they said the car had 31 miles. I later found out through GPS data that the car had been driven over 100 miles more than disclosed. It was essentially a demo car sold as new. ​Worse, they used "Tied Selling" tactics in the finance room, forcing me to pay $467 for a service plan to get a rebate. I had to fight with Kia Finance for weeks to get that money back (which they finally refunded, proving the dealer was wrong). ​They also refused to fix a factory defect on my other car (X-Line), costing me nearly $500. I tried to resolve this privately with the owner, but they chose to ignore me. This is how they treat a repeat customer. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Merry Christmas to me, Rosen Kia Ripped me off. Bought a new Kia K5 GT Line AWD from Rosen Kia on Tuesday 12/23/2025. Today 12/25/2025, I was finally able to get into the password protected copy of my sales contract that was emailed to me after the purchase of my new vehicle. During purchase, I agreed to buy an extended warranty. Today, I was trying to see specifically how much that warranty was ( during purchase I was told it was "almost $4K") When I finally got my installment agreement open, I found that there were several add on products that I never agreed to purchase and was never even told about. The finance guy said by purchasing an extended warranty my monthly payment was going up "about $40/month", when in reality the total impact of this extended warranty and all the other add-ons was actually approximately $150/month. This means the total out of pocket impact over the life of the loan made my vehicle more than $10,500 higher than without. 1. There was a Multi-Guard Platinum Protection plan added to my loan that was not disclosed or approved. Total cost: $1,205 2. There was a 3 year Pre-Paid Maintenance Agreement ( non cancellable under any circumstances) added to my purchase that was never disclosed. Initial cost: $646. 3. There was GAP coverage added to my Loan that was not approved or disclosed during purchase. Which is weird because I already pay for that on my car insurance at a much lower rate and would never have approved the: $899 charge that was added to my loan. 4. Ultra + Service Contract. This was the only 1 of the 4 that I was told about, or discussed during vehicle purchase, and the only one I authorized, but it actually cost quite a bit more than I was told. 5. During my time in the finance office, the finance guy told me he was able to "buy down" my interest rate by 1.0%, and that they normally don't do this but because they were a "diamond dealer" or something like that, with Capital One, he was going to try and get me the best deal they could but not to tell his boss. What I came to find out was that the rate was never "bought down", it was just more untruthful info said to muddy the waters. In the finance office I was told to sign here, initial there, etc. Much of what was added to my loan was never disclosed or approved and I was never given the opportunity to review the entirety of my sales contract until after the sale. The Truth In Lending Disclosure was never shown to me during the sale, I did not see it at any point until today. The documents are all password protected and sent after the fact, and I believe this was done to make it intentionally difficult to detect what was being added to this 56 page contract. This is not a case of "buyers remorse", it's a customer finding out they were lied to and not told of things being slipped into the purchase agreement that would never have been agreed to if I had known. All of this is upsetting and disappointing to say the least. Finding out that a business I gave my hard earned money to and took the time to write a good faith review for, based on their request to support them for giving me a "good deal" was actually being deceitful and dishonest is a crappy way to spend your Christmas Day. I hope this serves as a warning for anyone planning to do business with this place, or has in the past, DEFINITELY GO REVIEW YOUR PURCHASE CONTRACT!! I definitely won't make the mistake of giving them the chance to do this again, that's for sure read more

My check engine light came on a few weeks ago. I have 34,500 miles on my 2020 Kia Forte. I brought my car into the dealership to diagnose on a Friday. They told me they would work on it friday and saturday. I called Monday and spoke with Brian Ruiz as I had not heard anything and was told that they were going to order the parts that day and that everything was covered under my warranty. I even specifically asked him if he needed my oil change receipts and he told me no that it didn't matter for the work that needed to be completed. He let me know he would send me an ETA that day via text on when the car would be finished. I had gone 2 days before I contacted him again due to not hearing anything from him and that is when he told me that the work would not be covered under my warranty. He stated that my engine, even though it only had 34,500 miles on it...looked like it had 150,000 miles on it which seems highly unlikely, and that my whole engine would need to be replaced. In addition when I dropped my car off he specifically let me know that Kia's run low on oil (so maybe its a them problem) They had all the car fax from the previous years on when my oil changes were done, but because some of my early on oil changes were done at home and not at a shop, not all of them showed up on the Car Fax. He told me I would need to go to the stores where I bought the oil from and get receipts which is nearly impossible as that was years ago. And again this is after he already told me I was covered and no need to even get him the receipts. The whole scenerio was highly frustrating, and unprofessional and the lack of communication was very upsetting. I have bought 5 cars now from this dealership and have been a loyal customer and they will not work with me on this. And then on top of it, sales is hounding me to come in and just trade my car in to get into a brand new car, knowing the appraisal will be low having to replace the engine, and that I still owe $12,000 on this vehicle. I will not be back to purchase any vehicles from this dealership in the future and will be picking my vehicle up today to have my repairs done by an honest mechanic. read more

Never buy a KIA, worst experience, Not enough I have to lock the steering wheel every time I leave the car so the car is not stolen, all the Optima 2013 and other models are burning oil and the engine can seize or start on fire, I took it to this place complaining that is burning 1 quart of oil every 500 miles and if i don't add oil my engine will seize or something will happen and they did not wanted to look into the issue, they told me oil level is full. drove the car for another week and the car is burning twice as much oil was burning before. I totally feel that was some dirty work done to my car. read more

I cannot thank this dealership and my sales provider Mohaimen Ali. I live in Florida but really wanted a certified KIA and they not only had this car but at a GREAT price. I was having a really hard time with dealers in Florida, their dealer and admin fees were in the thousands and Rosen KIA had an extremely minimal fee in comparison. Mo checked in on me when I needed support and had I questions since I was buying out of state. If you ever want someone to sell you a car, Mo is the person to ask for. He is respectful and helpful. He guided me through the process and took my phone calls even off hours. I really appreciated his attention to details and making sure I got the vehicle. He sent me videos and was very honest about everything and kept the car in good shape for me. The shipping company he recommended was amazing as well. I broke a shifter cable so decided Kia dealer would have Kia parts and yea (repeat Kia about 5 more times) I had called asked about a quote specified the repair and was told 200 decided to add in the way overdue by time but not yet mileage oil change said I watch multipoint --on pickup no multipoint "no further suggested" hmm I know my struts that's are right there Merced work I know the car is old as a 10 and likely more im not aware of --I call up a few times throughly confused each time some excuse or outherwise blown off like no multipoint tpms on and old oil change sticker tells me that the work was not "completed" as was paid I tryed Kia USA and they seemed as helpful as a barrel of rocks (not!) all they could do was "file a complaint" I decided to pull the oil myself and it with my resturant experience looked like fryer oil that NEEDED to be changed because it was OLD and bad! I know a little about cars --well in the process they have repeatedly threatened to call the cops on me I still have my photographic evidence (oh and btw: 235 so 300 max MAX somehow ended up at 611! Six hundred and eleven dollars for a 2010 car to get a shifter cable fixed and an oil change that was 40 and is 32 down the street!) anywho I have repeatedly told them to email me when they insisted on calling me when I am beyond pissed and upset over this --I am NEVER EVER returning to this dealership IN MY LIFE! And I have repeatedly said 6 years is nothing on 30 to build trust --I thought they were decent TILL this and the complete lack of care follow up happened by the time they offered to "finish" the job id called like 5 times and gotten every excuse in the book making it beyond clear to me they think ima stupid woman (2.0l the issues are 1.6 version I have 2.5 wheel drive on there--I know a couple things about cars) My tip: STAY AWAY! That said: my car I got in 13 did live to be atleast 10 years old and even if I got to pick a 2020 of my choice 100% free no cost to me off the lot OR ordered just for me would be tough but that may be the ONLY way (title/liscence/everything IN MY NAME as 100% for me car!) to get me on the lot and I know I have a better chance of finding ice in hell then them giving away a car (what that amounts to) read more

Beware of the tactics employed by the sales team: they misled us to believe that the $5,500 market adjustment was standard, but Lupient Kia charges only 5%, which, regarding the car we bought, would have been about 3K less. Many other slippery and unfair tactics, but they know how to cover themselves while they rip people off. read more

I bought a brand new 2013 Kia Soul in late 2012 from Rosen Kia. The car was everything I wanted, and I love it, although the process of getting the car was a huge hassle. Before the 2013's were available, I was on a waiting list of a 2012 Soul with the features I wanted. I was told that I could use a loaner car until one was available, but once I explained that I would be purchasing this through my Credit Union, and not through the dealership, there was no longer a loaner car I could use. After over a month of no car, the first 2013's arrived and I showed up to sign the paperwork. One thing that was not explained to me was the 'environmental' package, an add-on that cost over $1000. After doing some additional research and determining I didn't want this, I asked for a refund. Our sales person stated the refund would be sent to the Credit Union, although that never happened. The story has changed a few times, but the end result is no refund, and no product. He won't even return my e-mails and phone calls. When I spoke to a manager, they offered an additional extended warranty instead, but then stated that a refund would be issued. Still no refund. The end result is that I'm happy with the car, and I'm done with Rosen. I feel that my experience has been misleading and manipulative, and I'll never go back. read more

Oh car dealers, you evil bastards. Purchasing our last car was like pulling teeth. We were jerked around by several dealers and unimpressed with so many places. Dealing with Rosen Kia was a little different. The actually negotiation was great. The sales guy was awesome. He didn't BS us much. In all honestly, it didn't even feel like he cared or not to sell the car. Finishing the deal was a little hairy. The finance guy was a bit of an ass and we almost had to walk out to get the APR we were originally promised. But, when all was said and done we got the right car at the right price with good financing. (And just for the record, from my three stars for a car dealer is high. Most everyone else gets one. Where to begin. Worst car buying experience ever. I found a 2023 Kia Sportage Xpro Prestige I wanted to buy. I called and spoke with Andrew. He was by far the most dishonest salesperson I have ever dealt with. We made a deal over the phone and I kept asking to see the paperwork however he kept saying that I would need to go to the dealership (which is 3 hours from me). In the end I kept asking to see something. I was told to fill out the credit app which I did and put a $1000 hold on my credit card. All he cared about was getting my credit card. I was told all was in order. I traveled three hours to find he never told me that there was $7500 mark up on the vehicle it was slipped in the financing. I told Andrew to his face he was a liar. A clear text message history showed his deceit. The sales manager came in and was somewhat accommodating. In the end they budged very little. I was promised all weather matts which have yet to show up. Andrew also met me at the door and his first thing was to collect my money for a down payment. They also low balled me on my trade insisting I only paid 24k for my vehicle which isn't true I have pulled my original purchase agreement and my vehicle was just under 28k. My vehicle is now listed for sale for 32k on their website. Although I like the vehicle they lied, they lured, and they withheld.BUYER BEWARE! I would be happy to speak with anyone and provide total proof of how they do business. During our current economy they have chosen to take advantage of the consumer. It was only the night before my trip there that Andrew finally started talking numbers as I was refusing to travel there. He lied about the payment and the amount to be financed. Just know that if you are purchasing a vehicle there there is a $7500 mark up on top of the MSRP. Went to Rosen Kia to lease a car to basically drive 3 miles to work and back on a daily basis. After the lease was signed, everything broke loose. Never before in my history of purchasing cars have I been asked to produce my passport and my social security card in addition to my driver's license which is a Real-ID driver's license. Granted, I have an accent and was born in a foreign county, but I am a naturalized US citizen. Is this the manner in which people with accents are treated at Rosen? After I showed my "outrage" about the request for my passport, and after I made it known that I considered the request discriminatory, the issue (previously so necessary) went mute, and the Rosen dealer seemed to no longer need my social security card or my passport. Something is fishy with this dealership, and I see that most others on here rate this dealership as substandard. read more

We had a great experience buying our used 2014 Kia Sorento from Rosen back in February. It's been 2 1/2 months and no problems with the car. Service AFTER the sale shows a dealer's true character and Nate Pf. in Sales really came through by arranging to have all cosmetic touch-ups we had asked be done within one week after closing the deal. Dave G. in Finance was no-pressure and made us feel comfortable by clearly explaining all the paperwork including the extended warranty. Last month I went in to purchase a 2017 Sportage. The original deal went smooth. THEN came all the extras. First was a guy selling floor mats and interior and exterior protection. Then met with the finance guy. My intent was to pay cash. However to get a $1000 rebate I needed to finance a portion of the car. The finance guy was high pressure and was pushing extended warranties. I admit I bit on this. However there should have been a review of everything extra. Now let's go to New year's Eve. I had to go back to the dealership and resign the loan papers because KIA had problems reading the copy that was sent to them. read more

Absolutely the worst car buying experience I could have had. I am jaded for life! There were signs from the begining that this purchase was going downhill (I ignored them because I had previously bought 2 cars from rossen nissan and was happy). We were very clear with the sales person on what our budget was and after hours and plenty of trips down to the dealer he assured us that they had many discounts and rebates that would put us at our price point. Too perfect, because we didnt qualify for any of them. So the finance guy makes us out to be the bad guys, like we were trying to rip them off. Now 3 months later after signing the contract I have yet to receive and accurate bill from KIA. Due to some misunderstanding between the dealership who has been very slow to help us or return any calls I am the one paying the price and so is my credit score. Dont bother calling them, unless you want unanswered messages. Even after speaking to one of the owners, he couldnt have cared less or gotten me out of his office any faster. These aholes got a 2 car deal from me and now leave me hanging high and dry when it comes to fixing their own mistake. Theres been plenty of issues but the worst is to sign a contract and be the only one who tries to honor it. These guys just have $$$ in mind and dont care if you are happy at the end of the deal. read more

I am very impressed with Rosen Kia. I have a Kia Optima and originally took my car to a different dealership for service, but had nothing but horrible experiences at that dealership. A friend suggested I try Rosen. They are amazing! So professional and polite. They Take great care of my car! I had a problem with my car right before a trip. I was able to drop off my car, they took me to the airport, fixed my car while I was gone, then picked me up from the airport to get my car. Rosen gets all my business from now on! read more

Stopped in to the parts department for a "simple" item (getting a spare key). Waited and waited for the parts counter rep, but to no avail... decided to leave and come back a bit later. Second trip in (about an hour or so later) parts guy was at the counter and assisted us... Got key cut... was handed key and we checked the key, and it DIDN'T WORK... guy offered to recut key... but we waited about 20 mins already. I opted to just leave and get refund and had figured I would go else where for the key I needed. After discussion with family member, who convinced me to call dealership and talk to a manager... She made call on my behalf, and within an hour the owner of the dealer made a call to apologize for the issue we had. First impression NOT good, but second impression... = AWESOME... GREAT... COULD NOT BE MORE IMPRESSED... from a simple purchase that the company would be as stand up as this over such a miniscule purchase... DEFINETLY will trust them to work on my car in future... since they went ABOVE & BEYOND to resolve this issue... read more

I drove all the way from the northern part of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to look at a 2012 Honda Odyssey. While I appreciate the fact that cars are quickly posted on the web, the information was incomplete (photos were not available and the price went up because of the work they did). Franco ended up emailing me pics because they had not yet been taken. When I arrived at the dealership, I took the car for a test drive and asked what work had been done since they got the car. I was told that it had been detailed and cleaned. I was not told that new tires had been installed or any of the other work that was done. On the way home, I noticed a slight vibration in the front end while going at highway speed and called to find out if new tires had been installed (I thought they looked new). Joe Rivera called me back to say that the tires were new. I asked if a front end alignment had been done and he said that it had not been done, but I could stop by Service if I wanted them to look at it. I stayed overnight in Green Bay and took it to the Honda dealership there and they said that an alignment should have been done when new tires were installed (and with the number of miles on the car - 53,000) and let me know where the issues were. Cost me $80. I also noticed that there is no oil change sticker so I don't know if they changed the oil or when the next oil change is due. Who knows what else they did... Why couldn't they have given me a record of what work was done? The business person who did the paperwork with me seemed in a hurry to get me to sign everything and get out the door. It would be great to have photos of the sales staff on the website, along with contact information, so you have an idea of who you are speaking with and how to contact them. I'm not sure if I would drive all the way to Milwaukee to deal with these folks again. UPDATE ON MY REVIEW ABOVE - Change the rating to 0 (zero) stars!!!! I contacted Faith, the customer relations manager who looked into my complaint. She was able to get me a check (for $95) and indicated that she hoped that would be enough to change my rating to 5 stars. Now, five days and 400 miles after purchasing my Honda Odyssey, the battery died. Replacing it cost me $165 plus the cost of getting the car jumped so I could get it to the repair shop. I sent Faith a message this morning with my latest issue. She called me and told me she would look into the new issue. I just got off the phone with Faith. She indicated that she had looked into the problem. She was told by the service folks that if the battery had been that bad, I wouldn't have made it as far as I did. The service folks wondered if I had left something like on and told her that the battery could have been drained overnight. I told her that nothing had been left on and that Hondas have a shut off mechanism in the car and that the lights shut off after a specific period of time. She kept telling me how she has worked at Rosen for 8 years and hasn't encountered this kind of an issue before. I asked if she thought I was trying to take advantage of Rosen and she said no, that I sound like a nice lady and that maybe there was a slim chance I had left something on, causing the battery to die. Bottom line is that they will do NOTHING!!!! Do NOT buy a used car from these folks. They do not stand behind the customer. read more
