Marissa was hilarious and fun, which I would like to think is also how people describe me from time to time. My chicken Caesar wrap was excellent, with a flavorful tortilla and crisp lettuce inside. I paired it with the tomato soup, and it made for a lovely meal. Decor is very pub-like, but we found the tables to be comfortable and those facing the windows got to scope out all the dogs passing by, a nice bonus. Really the only false note was the root beer. The taproom is located in an industrial area and shares a space with Pizza Thief. Parking is plentiful and on the Thursday afternoon that I stopped by, the taproom was pretty empty. Happy hour is from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and you're able to get $3 off of select pints. I opted for the Northleft, a hazy IPA and for $4, it can't be beat. This particular hazy had great texture and the hops really pack a punch. If you're not familiar with Great Notion beers, they also have a bunch of delicious sours and "smoothies" that are otherwise very difficult to find from other breweries. It's a true art and only talented brew masters are able to create beers this tasty. If you have an opportunity to head towards this part of town, I highly recommend checking out Great Notion. If you're working remotely, they also have guest WiFi you can connect to to get some work done with beer in hand.

It's no secret and there's no denying why this brewery continues to bring home gold medals for their different styles. They are 100% dialed in on what it takes to make good beer. As far as the interior space, it's pretty much industrial standard. Better than a warehouse but really just a no frills space to down some delicious cold beer. If I'm being honest, I don't come here for food because they mostly have pizza I believe and for my money their are better places to grab a slice. Don't let this deter you though, I've had the pizza, it isn't bad at all just not a driver for me to visit. Grab some friends, or just yourself and try this place!

I am a big fan of the indoor/outdoor flow for the space, especially on nice weather afternoons like we have had recently. Outdoor seating is limited, so be prepared to sit inside. Interior seating is not the most comfortable, with former church bleachers that are quite bouncy or large and hard game of thrones-like high chairs. The team is super friendly and will send you to the food station or the bar depending on your needs, and, with the good quality Mexican cuisine on service, you'll want a taco or two. The brewery specializes in Hazy/IPAs, to come expecting to enjoy these PNW basics. I swapped between them and non-alcoholic options since hazies are not my favorite but everyone I was with loved them. The restrooms are clean and there are plenty of bike stands to make this a car-free journey.
