Definitely noticed both last night when the sandwich starter employee acted like it was a huge bother to make one more sandwich. If you're too tired to make a sandwich or greet a customer maybe it's time for you to take a break. Or a walk around the block. The man who rang me up acted like he couldn't be bothered-he wasn't really paying attention-and there was no "thank you" at the end. Seems like the front line on the "restaurant" side is more concerned about helping customers and staff from the "pub" side. So disappointing.

The beans tasted like they had too much lard, the enchilada sauce had almost no flavor, the salsa was watery, and I only got a few chips. I was starving, so I ate about 80% of it before I just couldn't stomach any more. I wish I had sent it back. 3. No one took responsibility. This bothered me more than anything else. The cashier blamed the cooks and then said they didn't want to move the food onto a plate. I don't care whose mistake it was. Someone should have apologized and said, "We'll remake your order the way you requested."
