This restaurant is my favorite for Italian in south Florida. The pizza, pasta, veal, and soups are unique and truly delish! Their garlic rolls, smothered in fresh garlic, are remniscent of the defunct Picchiolo's in Hollywood, Fl. The service is always fast, the ambience is so comfortable. Just recently order they are literally 5minutes or less away from me I order a small pepperoni pizza that's all i order at 11:30 its is now 1:38 I called twice and they keep saying it's on the way I never knew being five minutes away took a decade so third time I called they said pizza on the house still not here obviously it was never on it's way to begin with need better workers I will never attempt to order from here ever need new staffs or drivers whatever it is most definitely not worth it at all so disappointed I've could of order from alot of places now I have to attend my meetings hungry you guys shouldn't deliver if you cant handle a location that five minutes away from your restaurant it's such ashame bad for business highly upset. read more

My reviews try to be in the context of the focus group they serve. Considering food, coupons, cleanliness, and overall, it's a solid three stars. Food is not overly spicy, I think in catering to the nearby Palm Aire neighborhood, but it's good. Coupons and cleanliness is 5 stars. We ate 2 for 1 dinner with two drinks. I called this place and made a delivery order during lunch hours and gave them the address to my place of business (a clear indication that the request was for lunch). After almost two hours and two follow-up calls to check status, I called a 3rd time and cancelled the order and requested a refund. The guy on the phone said 'OK' and hung up. I called back and asked for a reference number for the refund, he said "if you don't know about credit cards, there is no reference number". I chose to not acknowledge his facetious comment and proceeded to ask if the refund was processed. He said yes. One week later and still no refund of my money .... Mind you, they were prompt in not delivering my order as requested. With this type of service, I will tell any and everyone not to patronize this restaurant. Especially, This Ft. Just moved to Palm Aire. Really wanted this to be good. Clean decor, comfortable seating. Maybe a new waitress, had to ask twice for everything. (place was busy) Had my go- to dish, eggplant parm. A little different, had ricotta cheese, but tasted good. My complaint was with the tomato sauce. Tasted like it came from a jar of Ragu. No body or flavor, which makes the spaghetti an ornament on the plate, and leaves everything bland. The Mrs had a fish dish was okay (good for the special price menu). Will try again - want to support mom & pops when we can.:) Hard to tell a chef you can make it better at home, hope they read these reviews. read more

Looking for somewhere to eat after leaving the post office. I like that they have a lunch menu that is not restricted to the week days. I ordered the lasagne lunch with a side salad. Side salad was as expected - nothing better or worse. The lasagne was served really hot (yay!) and tasted good. My friend was not as happy with the sampler lunch and stated the "chicken was old." Ordered delivery twice while we were staying at the Wyndham. Lasagna, salads and skirt steaks were all delicious. I came in for lunch. I ordered the lunch special. Food is good. I have been here before and it is consistent. The other thing that is consistent is the poor service. The waitresses are rude. They don't smile and don't say "thank you for coming". I feel like they are doing me a favor by serving me when in fact I decided to dine in their establishment. Low end, strip shopping center italian food, slapped together in the most basic and unimaginative possible way. Bland, tasteless meat lasagna tasted frozen and microwaved. Pizza ordered with extra cheese, came with less than even normal cheese. A glass of chardonnay was about a quarter size full. Avoid this place until it improves. read more

Horrible experience. Our waiter was horrible, food was horrible. My food came way before my husbands and my kids. Did not have the chicken in it. So I returned it. The chicken came back on it barely edible. My kids pizza finally came with no toppings on it. I asked my waiter if he charged us for the pepperoni and he said no. I had food delivered to my home. It took an hour to get here. Upon arrival they stacked 4 dinner dishes in 1 bag. When the driver put the bag down my husband notice a few of the dishes were leaking. After opening it 2 of the dishes were squished. I told the driver I want new food. He spoke little English but I was able to get him to call and I was then able to speak to a manager. The manger then asked if I wanted the food replaced. Which I replied yes. 2 hours later and the food didn't arrive. When I called again they said they were busy and would try to get it out. Awful Pizza Experience!!! On vacation last week, we wanted pizza and our regular favorite was too far away for the hungry kids, so we tried carry-out from this place near our condo. We called and a bizarre-sounding woman who spoke little English and even less Spanish answered the phone and made a weak attempt to take our order. That should have been the red flag, but we proceeded to pick up our "pies" 20 minutes later, and they were essentially pizza ingredients on saltine cracker-like crust. Few ingredients, with virtually no cheese (picture looks nothing like our pies). The seating area was mostly empty at prime dining time, also worrisome. We threw most of the "pizza" away. I would have loved for this place to have been awesome; Italian delivery close to the house. Unfortunately, our experience was ultimate junk and we were treated poorly. We placed a delivery order and were quoted 30-45minutes. 1.5hrs later the food showed. The chicken parm and garlic rolls were room temperature, at best, and the wrong soup was delivered with the meal. We called up and spoke to management and they were very understanding and nice about the situation, assuring us that this is an abnormal occurrence. They credited our delivery account and apologized for the experience. Today, we attempted to use our credit and we were informed that there is no credit on our account. I nicely explained to the phone operator the previous experience and they passed the phone to a manager. The manager said, nope there's no credit on your account. I referenced the order number, date/time, and amount from the previous transaction. Their response: "Anyone can call up and say that they are supposed to have an credit." Me: "You just lost yourself a customer that was excited about your restaurant." Them: "Oh, well. One less customer...click" So much for that crap hole. read more

I keep kosher so I did not eat here myself, but my dad and sister who are not orthodox ordered a pie for themselves when I was visiting from Toronto. The pizza was small and overpriced (they ordered a medium pizza but it was so tiny it looked like a pizza for one.) it was 12 bucks. My dad told the driver to take a $2 tip. After the driver left my dad discovered the driver took a 7 dollar tip! my dad called and the manager sent the driver back to give my dad back his $5. the driver was rude, arrogant, and told my dad thanks for the small tip. Why on earth would the driver be tipped 7 dollars on a 12 dollar pizza, especially given that the pizza was way overpriced. They will never order from this location again. read more
