The restaurant was very dirty for starters, it was family buffet night and there was only 5 pieces of pizza out that looked like they were there for a long time. We asked the staff as well as other families did when there would be more pizza and for an hour they said they are coming out soon. The staff was not very friendly. And i am not sure if anyone else spoke spanish but since i can i over heard them talking about all the families that werewaiting. None the less i would rather never come here again. read more

If you would like to wait an hour and a half for one small pizza & salad for delivery....this is your place!! The first time we ordered from this place we waited for an hour & called to find out they "forgot" our order....huh?? Seriously it's pizza!! This next time was the final straw... Wait for it...we ordered at 7:20 and the order shows up at 9:05!!!!!! I will give some credit to the delivery guy (don't blame him & he was super understanding and nice) but when I called to ask about the delivery TWICE the answer was " ummm I don't know" and "oh I think your driver is out...give it 15 more minutes"........ We were excited to try out this new location and we decided to dine in. They said our order would take 20 minutes, but it took 55! Kids were starving so the extra time wasn't acceptable. When I complained they did nothing to compensate and didn't even care! Won't be visiting this location again. read more

This review is for the new location in Clayton Station. I have been to this new location twice with my family, and there is good and not-so-good to report. Let's start with the good: The pizza, garlic bread, and cinnamon twists were baked perfectly. Yum! Great location for us Claytonites. Had a coupon the first time, and the second time we received our meal 50% off because they could not make the large pizza with 1/4 pineapple (they can only do halves). Wow, we weren't expecting to get a discount for them not being able to accommodate our request and really appreciate that they did that for us. Okay, the not-so-good: Both times when the pizza was brought to our table we had to ask for plates. And we noticed other parties requesting plates when their pizza arrived as well. Bringing plates to the table should just be an automatic for them. Also, there are no garbage cans, so you have to leave your plates and dirty stuff behind - we did see several tables (and it is a very small restaurant) that needed to be cleaned. I really, really hope this store doesn't get dirty like their old one that was located near Kmart down the street. That restaurant was extremely dirty each time we went. Terrible.... I called in my order one hour prior to picking up my pizza. When I got there, they told me my pizza had not been made yet. Two people who ordered before me left and had their money refunded because their pizzas were not made when they showed up. They could not even find another mans pizza and he called in his order. Over 10 customers left because they were told that it would take over one hour for their pizzas. They were not even taking orders on the phone. The reason I stayed was because I had starving kids at home waiting for me. It took over 1 hour and 40 minutes to get my pizza. One lady waited almost 1 hour and 45 minutes, only to find out that they gave her the wrong pizza. A few people were editing over 2 hours for their pizzas. Terrible.... read more

This is prob the first time I am writing a bad review this particular round table i just gave up on my pizza always being late on delivery or the order was wrong if they even put the order threw.. on top of that the employees are always so rude it's usually the same woman taking the calls and as many times as they have made mistakes or made me go out of my way for example one time their delivery guy was so unorganized he came to my house with the wrong pizza had accidentally given it to the previous drop off then was going to take forever to get my pizza so I just drove myself to round table to get it because he was so slow and just no clue what he was doing never once a coupon or at least an apology from anyone...it takes either really great service or horrible service to get me to write a review..but I personally am not going back and hope others have better customer service then I had received read more

***UNDATED REVIEW 7/16/2016 THIS PLACE STILL SUCKS ASS!!! I swear they must hire the most unfriendly and absolutely IDIOTIC people I've ever met! I phoned in an order for pick up at 6:25pm. Was told it would be 30 min. I arrive 30 min later to be told that my pizza wasn't quite ready it would be just a few minutes. (No problem... That's expected). I wait an additional 15min to find that the family that walked in at the same time I did (who ordered their pizza at the counter as I was paying) just got their pizza. The cashier (Taylor) yells to the back asking if they have my pizza. The guy tells her it will be another 10 min BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED IT!!! I asked Taylor to just refund my money and I would take my business somewhere else! She proceeded to tell me how this wasn't her fault and didn't even have the common sense to apologize or take any ownership for their fuck up! I responded with "well it certainly isn't mine!" She didn't like that comment and wanted to just continue to tell me it wasn't her fault. I'm officially done with this place!! They will never see another penny of my money! My recommendation would be to AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! JANUARY 2016 This place sucks ass!!!! They have messed up our order the last three times we've ordered pizza there!! The supervisor Jessica is a complete bitch and doesn't have the first clue when it comes to managing a business, understanding customer service or God for bid trying to come up with a simple resolution to the problem that THEY keep messing up!! Instead she wants to argue!! When asked what WE, as the customer, can do to prevent this from happening in the future... Her suggestion was to come in and order it face to face versus over the phone! What a joke! They repeated the order to us over the phone twice... After three screw ups we're more on top of it than that! She wasn't even going to remake the pizza until I demanded it!! Whoever owns this shit hole establishment should read the reviews and see that they have a MAJOR problem with the people they've hired!! Jessica's name is written in many of he reviews... And NONE of it is to compliment her!! I wasn't at all surprised to see her name after I wrote it down to come home and write this review! Skipolini's is a few more bucks but at least they get it right and the staff is super polite and professional! Mountain Mikes is also right down the road and has never screwed up our order!! If I could give negative stars, I most certainly would. I called and ordered a pizza for delivery and was given a time frame of 40-45 mins. An hour went by and I called to check on my delivery. I was told the driver would be there any minute. A total of waiting an hour and 30 mins, I call again to check on the pizza. The rude young lady on the phone had told me the delivery driver had come to the house already and knocked on the door. My door was open. I was waiting in the living room. No one arrived. I live down the street. I tried to explain to her that the delivery driver must have went to the wrong house. I live in an apartment. She had no remorse and said my only options were to pick it up and have $5 off the pizza, pay for an additional delivery fee or cancel. I decided to cancel after being put on hold so many times and the rude young lady says "ok thanks" and hangs up. There is no sense of customer service with the employees or manager. Everyone was very rude and had no solution to the problem. There delivery policy needs to be reviewed and there should be a class for the manager on giving good customer service. read more

Came this last time and girl ringing me up had no clue what I ordered or what ingredients it had. I have only visited this round table a few times and until tonight I've never had a problem. I placed an online order ready for pick up at 6:31. When I arrived at 6:40 I was told the pizza would take another 10 minutes. I pointed out to the cashier that I was told it would be ready at 6:30 (I timed the pick up for that time on purpose) and with the worst attitude I've ever experienced from someone in customer service, she told me that they've been busy and it's not her fault. I understand that sometimes things run behind. But my biggest complaint is the attitude I received from the teenager working behind the counter. The owner of this establishment should consider hiring some people who know how to treat customers. read more

I'm writing this review as I'm sitting here in this place. I don't know where to start. It's a Tuesday, which equals a buffet night. The salad bar looked as if the food had been sitting for hours! Also, they had no lettuce at the salad bar. Then why are you selling plates for the salad bar?!?! The pizza was terrible and the service was no better. A couple behind us ordered an extra-large pizza to dine in. The idiots that work here placed the couples pizza at the pizza bar! At least his pizza was good. This round table is a shame. It was close to 80 degrees and we asked if we could put the air on, mind you it is 102 outside. Their response was "the owner has it set at a certain temperature." What in the hell?!?!Several of us complained it was so bad. We will no longer be back. This location needs to get it together!!! read more

We ordered Pizza for my sons Birthday party and were told they would deliver in 45 mins. We called after 1 hour and they said it was out for delivery after putting us on hold for 10 min. 30 min later we received no pizza and spent another 10 min on hold. When we finally got a Manager to answer they said they could not find our order then they said they could not find our house. Then they said they had the phone number wrong and tried calling. We had to go get the pizza 2 hours after ordering it. Should have gone to Skipolinis. read more

I don't order pizza often but the times I have the food was good & I always picked up so always hot. Lately we've been on a Maui Zaui kick. 4 in to weeks. Last pizza was misplaced but found fairly quickly & we were compensated for the few minute wait. Tonight was first time I've ever had them deliver & it was here quicker than the time I was given so yay. However I guess there are 3 different Maui Zaui. I didn't know this & wasn't asked which I wanted. If it were me & I forgot to ask customer then I would call them back seeing as how I did take the number. At the very least if I couldn't call I'd default to the original but that's just me. Perhaps she chose the one that gets ordered more. Regardless I wasn't thrilled but I would've let it go except the big strips of bacon were burnt & it just didn't taste that great. At least not $25 great. So I called & spoken will supervisor/manager Justin. He was very polite, and understanding & not argumentative at all. Clearly he has been trained in customer service. He took care of the issue to my satisfaction. Honestly I considered giving 5 but since it wasn't done right the 1st time. But I'm happy I called & I'm happy my issue go resolved. read more
