I went on a pizza kick and I have ordered a total of six pizzas from you this month, same pizza, same size, every time. The first five were fantastic (the one on the 19th was the best), but the one I got yesterday was horrid. How a pizza can be both overcooked and raw at the same time is a mystery that you have apparently solved. The bottom of the crust, while not burnt, was so hard at first I thought I'd cut the cardboard, But the inside was a gooey uncooked slimy mess. Thus ended my pizza kick. read more

I came in and saw flies hovering over the salad bar. They took our order and read it three times the first two times were wrong and then they finally got it right but still messed up our order. Pizza is always good. The staff is what makes the place a bad place to eat. There's one person there that is nice sometimes. Employees argue with each other and it's uncomfortable. I think there should be customer service training biweekly because it's just not the best environment for customers. read more

Their pizza is delicious from plain pizza with Italian sausage to their signature Maui Zaui, Polynesian pizza. Tried couple of other places in the town but this place is my favorite. read more

I had it delivered and it was cold. although I ordered a skinny crust upon arrival the crust was thick, and dry, breaking apart. no flavor . not cut into slices that I could handle . just a mash of nothing . Round Table Pizza should be consistent anywhere you go - but this branch SUCKED!! First off, the website tells you to sign up for an account and you'll get free twists - but it didn't give me a code, nor did I get an email - and I waited 30 minutes and checked my spam. So I place an order, it tells me they'll do carry out at 7:04... no one comes out. I go in - and it's obvious that the restaurant isn't even set up for the employees to see outside to where cars are parked! That's a failure right there. My order wasn't ready, so I had to wait... and then my twists were overcooked and hard as a rock! I could only eat one. Not only that, but you order dipping sauces online, but I wasn't given any - I checked, and asked for them. The employees gave our order to someone else and refused a refund (no one there could authorize it) We waited a total of 1 hour for a personal pizza just to be told "who are you" ? After for the wait they offered us bread sticks which was in our order. The employees then stood there and paused. When we asked for marinara and ranch she asked if we ordered that and then checked our receipt (we did) and then gave it to us. Tasted a bit burnt, the cheese stuffed crust was good, but I don't think i'll ever eat at a round tables again after this. I ordered a pizza for delivery to my work. We got the large Double Play Pepperoni. When I called, I was put on hold. No big deal, they were busy. But after several minutes on hold it started ringing again and the girl answered and tried putting me on hold again! Finally got to order. I didn't get an ETA on the pizza but again, not a huge deal. Everyone is doing their best. Pizza ended up arriving just in time for my lunch break, so that was awesome. Sorry no pics, but I can say this was one of my top 5 favorite round tables.. First and foremost, there's Chelsea.. She's about 20 and treats her job very seriously; she could really make a lot of tips at a higher end restaurant.. Although she operates like a cashier she actually came by and checked on the tables to see if there was anything we needed.. She was exceptional and should be considered for management training. As for the food, round table never disappoints when it comes to pizza, but the salad bar was outstanding. They had jello, peaches and pineapple along with everything else you'd expect. Last night we ordered to take out because we were told the delivery would take about an hour and a half, and take out would be ready in 30 minutes. We have been traveling and so food was needed fast! And we were tired... so we went to pick up our simple medium King Arthur pizza and a dozen of wings (6 bbq and 6 garlic) (very good by the way) . Paid. Order not ready, please wait. And had to wait inside forever. We were truly ready to go, when they said 8 more minutes... in all, we made it back to the hotel about 15 minutes before our alleged delivery time... so that was very disappointing. They should have a better estimate on cooking times! Other than that: the food was very good and/or we were very hungry! The pizza was LOADED. And the wings were tender and flavorful so good food, but expect a very long wait, at least 30-40 minutes longer than they estimate ! And plan appropriately. Not from this area, wanted something fast but good to eat on our vacation. Walked in after my finance was already looking to order. Ordered one large pizza for 27 dollars. Then read after they had already processed the order that they were ordering a large pizza with pepperoni and bacon for 16 dollars. Lady gladly changed our order but once we got the pizza there was barely any pepperonis on it and the cheese wasn't even melted. Only giving 3 stars for the cashier who changed the order. Just ate at this round table. Some random employee stopped us in the parking lot, after seeing how difficult it was to park our large work truck, and told us this spot is reserved for the owner. Look at the picture. What about the letters "LAOD" on the curb would indicate the spot is reserved?? The word "reserved" is not posted anywhere, and I don't appreciate being confronted by your employees in the parking lot over this. Not to mention the parking lot was near full, which you'd think the owner would be thrilled with, and understand that their spot is taken. Inside customer service was not much better. With a packed restaurant, the cashier was constantly disappearing in the kitchen. Didn't offer the free breadstick promotion even though we got a large specialty pizza, and didn't give me my receipt. We came to this area to visit Glass Beach and on the way we saw Round Table Pizza. We decided to ordered our pizza online at 5:24pm and it said the pizza should be ready in 20 minutes. So we decide to go to Rite Aid to get drinks and then head over. We get to Round Table Pizza at 5:45pm and it looked Pizza and the pizza has yet to be made. So we paid for the pizza and wait for the pizza to be made. By 6:05pm the cashier see us waiting and said what our number. We tell her and she checks. Yet again the pizza has not been made. Hands down best Round Table that I've been to by far! I mean, it's a chain restaurant and I normally wouldn't even rate a chain restaurant unless it was a terrible experience to be honest. Plus I have actually rated a Round Table in Napa, with a one star, and if possible I would've left no stars... Anyway, we went there this morning right when they opened, and we expected to eat at the buffet, but it turns out they don't have a buffet on the weekends. We were a bit disappointed about that. However, the service was excellent, and the pizza, wings, and garlic twists that we order were fantastic! It was served super hot, and the server was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. I genuinely wish we could have an experience like that with every visit to Round Table, because being from the east coast I'm used to amazing pizza, and Round Table is about as close as I'm going to get. It is a little pricey, but in this case it was very much worth it. We'll be there again for lunch on our next trip to Fort Bragg. read more

We ordered our pizza on their website. We ordered a family size thick crust classic pepperoni and mushroom with extra cheese. When we went to pick up the pizza at the time instructed by their website but they screwed it up. The pizza was a thick crust double mushroom NO pepperoni and NO extra cheese. When we pointed out the error they said they would make another one. We confirmed to the employee what we ordered before they started the 2nd pizza so it would not get messed up again! Well surprise!! Surprise!!! The 2nd pizza was a large THIN crust pepperoni and mushroom NO EXTRA CHEESE NO THICK CRUST NOT EVEN FAMILY SIZE. When we pointed out that it wasn't what we ordered we were met with the worst example of customer service We have ever seen. The employee argued THAT IT WAS THICK CRUST, that from the time it left the oven was then cut up and placed in a pizza box it had miraculously flattened out ??!! i mean seriously??? When it was obviously to anyone who looked It was NOT thick crust. There was a birthday party going on there at the time regardless it does not mean the employees can forget their customer service training? It is ultimately the responsibility of the Manager to provide training. When I asked the employee at the counter to speak with the manager I was told that she was busy. There was no offer of an apology or a discount? for making us wait over an hour for them to make 2 pizzas and neither one of them were made correctly AND at a cost of $45 What a joke!!! read more
