I don't say this lightly, but hands down, no doubt about it, this is the absolute best Taco Bell we have ever visited! The food tasted great, and the service was phenomenal. There was an older gentleman working so hard, keeping the lobby impeccably clean. And, he was so attentive and helpful to every customer that walked in. i know out of every place here im leaving a review at frickin taco bell. but seriously even if youre starving, DO NOT EAT HERE! its one of the only places open after 9 but go somewhere else! we came in around 8:30-8:45pm on Tuesday Jan. 20th and were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! we found a hair in one of the white sauces? (idk if its ranch or like a mix of something) but it had a small black curly hair. this hair looked like an actual pube or something. and i know it mightve been a beard hair or something but its disgusting. my bf went back to get a refund or a remake because we felt uneasy about eating the food we just got, but the lady at the counter did not care at all, and her as well as her litlle emplyees laughed when asking if we wanted a refund or remake. she was unapologetic when she said she would let the manager know but i highly doubt it will get brought up. i hope they dont treat the locals like this read more

I come here often enough but the last few times orders have been a mess--missing items, wrong items, poorly packaged. The staff is nice enough but better quality control and supervision of assembly and checking/processing orders would be a big improvement. read more

I just ordered a Beef supreme chalupa. Well, it only had cheese and hamburger, no sour cream, lettuce ot tomato. This is the 2nd time they have messed up my order. They suck! The workers don't care enough to make your order correctly and you pay good earned money . I am so tired of the ,'whatever', here . It just doesn't matter anymore . Good luck on your order. I will NEVER come back to this Taco Bell again. I went to get a quick meal and a Baja Blast, but they gave me the wrong meal and a Dr. Pepper. I am absolutely appalled that they would mistake a Dr. Pepper for a Baja Blast. I ordered a steak quesadilla and was given a Dorito locos taco instead, with massive amounts of sour cream and tomato and barely any meat. The girl who took my order did not know how to do her job, and made me repeat my order back several times (in which they did not get correct in the end). The worst part of this experience is that I asked for some nacho fries and a mini Baja blast that I could give to my sweet dog Betsy, and they REFUSED. They told me several times that they do not carry nacho fries at the moment, but I know they were lying. They gave me a second Baja blast for my pup, but it was in a regular sized cup when I specifically asked for a miniature dog sized cup. The employees at this Taco Bell discriminated against me because they thought my dog was weird, and they will NEVER be forgiven. I understand that some people simply favor cats over dogs, but it is not wrong for my dog to lick their faces as we got our food from the window. RIDICULOUS service from idiotic workers who are clearly stoned at work all day long. I will NEVER return again. read more

We went to this place recently and ordered the nacho party pack with chicken, you pay extra for this. When we got back to our rental house we found that it had been made without chicken and with beef. I called them and they said that they would replace the order, and to keep the one that had beef. I sent someone to pick it up and they had, and it was prepared with extra everything else. So I was happy that they had fixed their error so well. read more

I have been to Fort Bragg Taco Bell at different times and days!! Always awesome staff and great food!!! I ordered this morning while I was in the parking lot and I had to wait maybe a minute for the awesome staff to prepare it!! Absolutely atrocious service. I sat in the drive thru for thirty minutes before getting to the menu, at which point the attendant didn't respond for quite some time. After what seemed like an eternity, the employee finally requested my order through the loudspeaker, but was unable to comprehend my selection. I tried to order a Crunchwrap supreme, but somehow my order was misinterpreted to such a degree that I ended up with a Baja blast at the window instead. Just deplorable. I also attempted to order some cinnamon twists (which were forgotten in the bag) and a Doritos Locos Taco, but rather got a pile of dirty napkins. Abhorrent, frankly. Believe it or not, it gets worse. After surviving the absolute travesty that was the order reception in the drive thru, a rabid raccoon proceeded to enter my vehicle FROM INSIDE THE RESTAURANT. UNREAL. The beast destroyed the pristine leather seating in my new Lexus (bought earlier that day, mind you). After taming the raccoon with some spare hand sanitizer in my glove compartment, I was able to progress to the window AT WHICH POINT MY ORDER WAS YET TO EVEN HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. An error in the communication network meant my request had been taken instead by the Denny's across the street, resulting in an additional twenty minute wait as idiotic employees struggled to assemble my order. Leaving the Taco Bell, I was given no food, but merely a warm Baja blast, napkins and a raccoon. Will not return and definitely do not recommend. read more

Slowest drive through I have ever been in, seriously. Almost 15 minutes and couldn't back out or would have. Fast food my backside.

Taco bell isn't the best fast food place, the only thing really worth getting is nachos, steak burrito, the sweets and freezies.

I'll give it no star if I may. The burritos and tacos are so small that they basically have very stuffing at all.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been at. The female worker that was working the line had no hairnet and her hair was hanging down almost in the food. The guy working the drive through sneezed in his hand and did not wash his hands. They took their time getting to the register and seemed like there was put upon to take our order. I got a soda and left! No way was I going to eat food there after seeing that!!! read more

We placed a pick up order through their online service. I loved the service because it easily allowed me to customize my order without having to do it at the restaurant. I ordered a pizza and a taco without meat and W ordered a couple of tacos, a burrito and some dessert. Our $18 meal was prepared exactly as we ordered it. Service was friendly and prompt. Went through the drive thru and order a number 1 and a nachos and the idiots first off only gave me a nachos, so I actually turned around and went back to get my order and asked him how he managed to do that and he must've got mad or something g cause the dumbass smashed the other bag off food he gave me so all my tacos were broken and smashed. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. The food is terrible. I moved to Ft Bragg from WA state and I figured I couldn't go wrong because I have always been able to find something I like at Taco Bell. I had a chicken crunch wrap and the pieces of chicken were dry and tough. The quesarito was tasteless and dry, and the California crunch wrap was so greasy that I felt sick. I had to really look for the egg pieces, which were few. I was told by someone that the employees were not supervised so they just did what they wanted to. They should be ashamed. I visited last night again and they got two of my three orders wrong. I asked for a chicken crunch wrap supreme and the guy asked me if I wanted Naked Chicken - I said "not a chicken chalupa, a crunch wrap supreme"; then when I asked for a cool ranch taco - I was asked if I wanted A Taco supreme - and when I got home I got a Nacho Cheese Taco with a half a teaspoon of sour cream. The chicken Quesarito was open at the end and if I had chosen the wrong end, it would have all come out. Seemed like the guy at the window was smoking a doobie because he was so loopy. After I placed my order and was starting to drive to the window I heard him say: "my nose just started running all over the place". read more

When we finally got it, we went outside to eat it, and when we opened it, it was just beans with a big glob of red sauce..... Like how do you mess up meat and beans ONLY!
