I've always liked their pizza and all the other stuff they make and they've always been super polite and nice as far as their customer service goes but I was super impressed earlier this week when I called in an order, got caught up in other stuff and let it sit a good half hour past pickup time, but then when I went in to pick up my order, not only were they totally understanding of my lapse, but they remade my order so that it would be fresh still at no extra charge! I went in on Thursday night and picked up my large gourmet veggie, which had an extreme amount of green onions that made me sick in the morning and the crust was rock hard, I also noticed that none of the employees had their mask over their nose and there was two Indian males in the back with no masks on eating what looked like a homemade meal then going to the kitchen and making our orders!!! Meh, not my favorite place, but it's decent. On Fridays when we don't cook, we'll stop here occasionally. The first time we went, it was packed full of kids and their families, and even a sports team of some sort. Because it was so crowded, I forgave the fact that the girl behind the counter wasn't understandable. I thought it was just too loud. The second time we went, there were probably 5 people in the whole place. The same girl, still not understandable. That's when I realized, she was whispering to me. I'm only giving this place a 1 star for the food since it was not bad but not great either. However, the service was bad. I had to remind the cashier to give me cup and plate for my salad. Then I found out that they charged me every item individually, full price instead of the lunch menu. When inquired about it, they said you have to say lunch menu when ordering. Come on, who would want to pay 10.99 for just unlimited salad when there's a promo 8.99 for unlimited salad, drink and twists. So I ended up paying 10.99 +2.99+9.99 for salad, drink and twists. Absolutely horrible location. We ordered online, they forgot our order. We got there 10 minutes after the pizza was supposed to READY. They forgot our order. When we asked if there would be any compensation for the delay and their mistake, they started blaming us and raising their voice at us. The manager, "Happy" was his name, should not be allowed to speak to customers because he did not show any understanding or respect for his customers. I've been coming to this location for almost 16 years now there pizzas n appetizers are hands down always fresh n tasty. The staff is always friendly, cashiers are very active taking your order since I'm very picky I always get Parmesan twist with jalapeños inside, chicken n garlic gourmet light on the cheese with jalapeños n pineapples well done. The taste, the freshness, the ingredients, the spreadness of the toppings always the same I love it. I have been to other round table pizzas in the bay but this one is the greatest compare to all the food is just off the hook. Round Table is easily one of the best pizza joints around, and this particular one is one of their better shops. We generally order delivery a couple of times a month - and the pizzas/wings always show up quickly and exactly as ordered. We have gotten 1 or 2 that were a little on the undercooked side (read: slightly doughy) - but still tasty. Most of the time they are cooked right and really hit the spot. Their specials are hit and miss - especially if you only want 1 pizza - but every now and then they get it right with a speciality promo. read more

They are quite large so you may consider ordering less than you think you may need. The pizza, as a fast- food pizzeria, was on the better side. A lot of toppings but slightly chewy dough. The sauce was a little light but all in all, the food was better compared to other establishments similar to this one. I am glad to say the food is great again, they were on a downward spiral there for awhile a few years back. The food, the staff seem nice and the location all get an A. I was raised on this pizza, my family moved to Newark in 1961 and we would come over to Fremont Blvd. in Centerville and eat at the one next to the old Theater there for years! It was soooo good. So now I compare every pizza I try to them. A great crust which is key to any good pizza and the toppings are fresh. (could be a little more on the vegan orders.) I love their parm twists too. there was a problem getting a salad from them a few years ago. was glad to see them add that service back to the "take out" options. I bounce between Mt. Mikes and them now. Both have excellent deluxe veggie pizzas and you can add all the extras you can afford. I like that I can add shrimp to mine here. read more

Came in today for lunch with a friend and I have to say it was GREAT.....The little Indian lady who took our order was SOOOOOO NICE and had a beautiful smile. It was nice to see someone who really enjoy they job. We ordered the lunch special which is always our go to lunch meal. I go here almost every 2 days because I like the twisted garlic bread there. One day I saw this new kid working there and I asked him for red crushed pepper for my 12 pieces of garlic bread. He only gave me 2 then I had to ask him again for more he still gave me 2 then I asked him again he said that the twisted garlic bread doesn't come with red crushed pepper. I have visited this location multiple and each time they have been great. There are multiple locations in the area but even though isn't the closest to me, I come here over the other ones as they seem to get something right that makes their pizzas just better. Way better. The food is great and the staff on top of that has been extremely polite and helpful every time. With the difficult times right now, this location has completely adapted to keep their customers safe as every time I've been there, every employee wore masks and safety gear. The Garlic Chicken pizza is phenomenal and I recommend anyone who visits to give it shot because I promise it will soon become your favorite! read more

I ordered a pizza by calling in and specifically asked if they will take the coupon after +/- toppings. When I went for pick up, cashier was charging me regular price even after giving coupon. came to pick up my pizza order from 40831 fremont blvd in fremont. my order was just about to be ready but i noticed an employee who was doing the crust had his mask below his nose and just loosely covering his mouth. so i told another employee who was right at the counter behind the salad bar next to the cashiers that their pizza crust making person is not wearing his mask correctly and he could be exhaling into the pizza crust. he didn't even go over to the guy to say anything and i was watching. so i told another employee and again this one as well ignored and didn't go over to tell him. i then talked to the supervisor to ask to speak to the manager who a couple of mins later walked out to speak to me and said he was the owner. i said to him, who was actually was one of the employees behind the counters cause i recognize his hair. i told him his employee had the mask well under his nose, and it cover his nose. the owner then tells me everyone has a mask on. i said yes, now he does after i told 2 employees who ignored me. he repeated that everyone has a mask on so to say i was lying. and he started comparing saying other places are worse. i then said i will no longer be a customer and he said he didn't care. so obvious to say this person only cares about making the bucks. how would one know they got sick from eating pizza. this owner is not taking this Covid issue any seriously. there are only a few months left of this (hopefully w the vaccine). i will be reporting this place to the Alameda County Public Health Department. read more

I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for my last encounter with them. When my brother got back we found out the order was wrong. My family gets together every week and we order multiple pizzas at a time enough for everyone. All my family has been going there for a total of 15 years. When the delivery guys know you by name it due to loyalty. So I called the store and asked for this to be corrected. The first employee said it Was our fault for not checking at pick and he wanted to hang up on me until I asked to talk to the manager. The manager then went on to say the same thing with terrible customer service. He went on to say customers can check online for prices so I should have known the price when they have no prices online. So then I said can you at least fix this his idea was bring them back and I'll replace them having to make a second trip since we picked it up. I told him may I be compensated for the second trip. He replied it was your mistake so why should I so then I told him never mind I'm sorry for inconveniencing you and hung up. I ordered another pizza a week later and when I picked it up he the manager released the pizza and told me in a condescending tone "look at the pizza is it correct this time I wouldn't want it to be wrong again". Since then I've been going to the other Roundtable Pizza in Fremont Blvd by Washington High school. I don't want to patronize a pizzeria that has a manager that holds grugdes. read more
