My husband preordered our pizza. One medium and one small. Ordered it to be ready at 5:30. I get to the location and tell them I'm there for a pick up. My order was not ready so I was asked to wait a few minutes. After 10 minutes and seeing everyone else leave with their orders... I ask for an ETA for mine. 6 more minutes I was told. Then I hear the girl in front tell the guys in back about my order... which was never started! Never started until I got there and waited then asked. So after a total of 25 minutes of waiting my pizza comes out. I'm upset that I had to wait that long for a pizza that was pre-ordered to come out at a certain time. Worst experience tonight. Placed an order line order, but it was apparently marked as for pick up. Alex was the rudest person I've ever spoken to there. He only wanted to argue that It was marked for pick up. I got fed up and said I just wanted to know if they were going to deliver my pizza or I wanted a refund. Alex said he'd refund me and then hung up on me. I called back to complain, Alex argued with me some more that my order was for pick up, insisted he was the manager and there was no corporate number I could call, and said that he was so nice and going to offer to remake my order, but I wanted a refund. This is my go to Pizza. Wombo Combo is my favorite and side of buffalo wings. Been going their for the last 10 years. The guys that work their are always nice. They always have coupons and their pizza is always fresh and tasty! Price is a little more but you can tell the quality of their ingredients vs Dominos and Mountain Mike's. read more

My favorite RT. Large windows, clean interior, fresh salad bar, delicious pizza. Looks like it is family run. I ordered the lunch special which includes a one topping personal pizza. Out loud I was deciding between garlic or olives. The pleasant young lady said she will put both on the one topping personal pizza! Large dining area. I sat near the two big screens to watch baseball. There are booths and tables. I drove down Fremont Blvd looking for somewhere to eat lunch and the RT caught my eye with a large parking lot and large windows. Very clean interior, clean salad bar. I was told early this year to start eating more salads for lunch. Hmphhhh. After painful deliberation, I decided to give it a whirl. Round Table has a legit salad bar. Not Fresh Choice or Sweet Tomato status but it has most of what any veggie head would appreciate. The lettuce is not ice burg (aww snap), they have spinach leaves, sliced beets, kidney and garbanzo beans, sliced eggs and pepperocinis. They even have some prepared salads like potato and macaroni. They even have bacon and cheese if you really despise salad, cover that shit up and don't forget about the 8-10 dressings at your disposal. I actually prefer salad to be on the healthier side, good mix of veggie and protein with minimal dressing. So one famished lunch hour, I give this Irvington joint a shot. First the customer service up front was very friendly and efficient. Next they have several lunch specials with the daddy mac option being the #1, which is a personal sized pizza, 1 trip to salad bar and a drink for 8 bucks. An extra topping got me reaching for another buck. All over this deal! So after making my hearty yet somewhat healthy salad, my personal pie arrives. It was nice! Dough not too thick, a little char on the edges and a good balance of cheese and toppings (not crazy heavy). I somewhat grew up with RTP and though I don't crazy love it, it has always served its purpose. I actually like smaller pizzas better cuz the texture gets more evenly crisped. And what better way to fulfill my salad eating quota, than to have it with a decent pie. I should be able to tackle this resolution no prob this year. Piece o cake. Really horrible customer service. The owner encouraged me to go ahead and post a review on Yelp, so here I am. I wasted twenty minutes on their app and it would not show the coupons on checkout. I started at about 8:45 and decided I would just go in person and get it figured out. Their posted closing time is 10:00PM. The employee tells me they're closed and it is only 9:10PM. He says "well if we are slow we sometimes close early" I took screenshots of the coupons to prove that I started my order at 8:45 and the owner would not honor the coupon the next day, but was just nasty and rude. Being in business is not for everyone and it certainly isn't for this owner. He clearly doesn't understand the cost of acquiring a customer or the cost of losing all future sales from that customer. read more

I love Round Table Pizza! It's definitely my favorite out of all the pizza places out there. Their combos have really fun & catchy names (i.e. Maui Zaui, Wombo Combo, King Arthur's Supreme, etc.) and they are always so delicious. The slices are not too greasy, and they are generous with their toppings. I've been here twice during the shelter-in-place to get my pizzas to go. I always order online (convenient & easy system!), and it usually takes about twenty minutes until the pizza is ready to be picked up. For sure, Round Table is better than Pizza Hut. Anyway, this particular location is convenient (located on Fremont Blvd. in Fremont), and the staff has always been friendly & greeted me with a smile when I walked in to pick up my orders. I don't eat pizza super often (maybe once every couple months), but Round Table is always my go-to for quick and convenient take out when I'm craving this type of cuisine. There's a lot of space to sit and the workers are really nice and efficient. 4/5 stars though, because the pizza is pretty consistent and I pick up orders for work all the time - so it's nice that they're always ready on time. read more

Gotta give it to em, best location in the Fremont. Unfortunate the Centerville location closed down. However, the staff and ownership of this location has provided the service and quality centerville always gave. The Irvington location has great customer service, solid quality on the pizzas and toppings. Granted, everything is weighted according to their corporate standards. This is the first time in a long while a chain pizzeria has managed to catch my attention; fist off was the oddity that they had shrimp to go on the pizza witch is uncommon, not even in the diy pizzerías do you find this, than there was the taste, it was really good better than the soggy bread they have at mountain mikes and better than the burnt toast from dominos. What makes me even more astonished is that they drew on the box for me, it's details like this that keep a customer coming back. This location is a joke. Have only ordered here twice and each time has been a nightmare. First time I went to pickup the pizza after 30minutes and they said it never went through and they then had to make the pizza. Apparently they got a "new system" and it didn't always take down the orders. A few weeks later we try again and they gave our pizza to the customer before us. This is after waiting 30 minutes again. They insisted we had to wait for a new pizza to be made and wouldn't even give a discount on the pizza. We told them how disappointed we were and asked for a discount and told us that won't happen. So we left and didn't pay or take our pizza and will never come here again. A place that keeps making mistakes and can't even apologize or offer a discount will no longer get my business and they will get a review like this. Our go to Round Table closed months ago in Centerville. The location in Union City is not very inviting and the inside really needs to be remodeled. We decided to try this location in The Irvington District. Pros: Pizzas were very good. The crust even had a little crunch to it. We were greeted nicely. We received exactly what we had ordered (1 King Arthur, 1 sausage, onion and pepperoni and an order of garlic twists plus drinks) Service was very good. Very clean and nice inside. Multiple T.V.'s Parking was good. Cons: Round Table Pizza cost a lot more than other places i.e. Mountain Mikes etc. However at Round Table you do receive a quality pizza and it's worth the extra $ if you eat pizza every now and then.
