The pizza here is so good but the staff is horrible. We have ordered pizza from here 3 times asking for it to be extra well done and every single time we get the pizza it is not. We called back and the lady on the phone tried to tell me it was funny that it wasn't well done. No it's not funny when we're all over here hungry and hate when our pizza isn't extra well done. read more

Overpriced and service is not very good. Definitely not going be coming back to this location.

We've been going here for years for the personal pan pizza with the nice thick crust. Well, no more. "Corporate" did away with thick crust except for the large size. The pizzas have always been good and the service timely, but if I can't get the crust I want, will have to find someplace else. Bad decision, corporate office! read more

Well. Been coming here a long time. We even drive further to come here. So get this I order about once a week here same thing every time. I have to race home so still warm. I get there. Several people working, only one working counter and pickup. Manager is handling phone orders. 4 people in line taking a long time to just get to pickup. I say name on order. I tell them order number. I tell him the order. He says no order for that name, number, or the pizza ordered (pepperoni mushroom). I say fine. I go outside, call spouse and ask for her to take picture of credit card bill. Sends to me . I go in, show picture. Oh it's right here. (Order has been done for 14 mins now AND I live 10 mins away) Offered 20% off next order NOT LET US MAKE YOU A NEW ONE! Then manager says. "Here's the copy of your canceled sale, I'm really sorry you come here a lot. We're really busy and things happen" sorry but I think "can you wait a few minutes we'll make you a new one" is a better fix then me going outside and ordering a pizza from buccaneer and driving the other direction for that. . Just sayin read more

This has always been one of my favorite round tables... Then today happen! The kid must of been new and I'm distracted. Bad combo!!! The kid didn't ask what crust I wanted. Just assumed original. Then I thought about the order... Asked and was annoyed... The manager at first seemed annoyed also... Then hand delivered my thin crust pizza and said another was cooking. I really don't care of the thin crust but don't have time to wait. So I'm eating the thin and dreaming of the pan!!! Not the same at all!! So upside is I have left overs. Bad side I'm not enjoying my pizza as much as I would if it was the right crust. Oh well, shit happens!! read more

I have been to many pizzarias in my life, and I have to admit... Round Table Pizza Inc. have always been true with the quality of their pizzas no matter which location you go to. So as of right now, I would have to say that Round Table is my favorite pizza chain. read more

I ordered delivery from here last night. I got a Guinevere's Garden Delight and it was very good! I loved all the vegetables and how it had fresh tomatoes on it. I normally get at least one meat item on my pizza but it was nice to have all veggies. The price was steep though. I ordered a small pizza for delivery and with tip it came out to 20.00. I would order it again but maybe for pick up to save a few bucks. read more

A+ Just had the white sauce gourmet veggie with chicken...Amazeballs! Garlic twist were awesome too. This pizza was a little pricey but wayyyy better then going with the $5 pizzas aka food poisoning (Little Cesar's) and feel like crap afterward...just saying you get what you pay for lol :) read more

Best RTP in the area I live in Anaheim and drive to this Garden Grove location. Good customer service and orders are always correct. Pizza and wings are delicious. read more

King Arthur and Wombo Combo. Or maybe just a personal pepperoni original crust and a cold pitcher of New Castle.

Bad costumes service . Reserved a spot for 25 people and another party took over our spot and they did nothing about it . Gave us excuses and did nothing to help us out when we reserved tables! Would not recommend to come here if you want a good pizza party experience . read more

Love going here. When me and my wife wanted to get REAL PIZZA? this is best place to go. One of the last real pizza places left where you can actually sit down and eat. The service has always been good when I've gone but no complaints on my end Food is always great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or what ever we order If you like thin-cripsy like pizza too where you can taste all the topping, this is the place to go man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 read more

This place really needs an upgrade on their lunch specials. Especially with the salad bar the bowl they give you is a size of a small salsa bowl. Very disappointing. You don't get what you pay for no wonder it was empty during lunch. Never ever experienced this stinginess at other locations. read more

Sucks! They messed up my order. The girl was rude. She did not apologize to me. We had to wait all over for them to make a new pizza. They did not make up for their mistake. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Do not recommend this place. We usually go to Shakey's but we wanted to try this place. Big mistake. Kids are mad.. read more

Rock hard breadsticks served with cold marinara, spicy pepperoni, cheap flavors all around and overpriced.

Great Service! Very helpful in helping get the best and cheapest prices! Hands down best pizza in OC.

Got our food fast, the order was correct, and I got a smile and a thank you. That's pretty much all I have to say. Nice work.

When we got there a lady was behind the register and we were starving. Instead of taking or order she made small talk and proceeded to leave to wipe down tables. My wife was like, "That was odd..." Then a younger worker came out and took or order. We went and ordered a couple large pizzas, a salad plate and a pitcher. They had a big sign on the window for free breadsticks and more signs on every register. I said sweet! I made sure to ask and that was definitely the only way they were going to add them on. Then I mentioned I'm a AAA member for the standard 10% discount. He mentioned I'm not familiar with that. I said no problem. He asked the odd lady who didn't take our order. She must be the manager or franchisee. He said do you know how to do the AAA discount. She immediately said, "We don't do that here." I mentioned I was in last weekend and they didn't have any issues. She said I can give you a $4 coupon for ordering 2 larges. I said that works. Then she said, "Oh... you already got the breadsticks for ordering the large pizza." I said, "Yup." She then said you can pick which discount. I said that's odd. Just give me the breadsticks. Then he rang me up, while she asked did you get both discounts before I said yeah, breadsticks and AAA. I also let her know the receipt said AAA member discount on it. We love round table and generally have good times wherever. I have never been denied a silly small AAA discount at a round table. The bad part was the lady. Manager/franchisee who knows, but to get that uptight about that and then go and complain about the crew who gave me the discount the first time with the guy in the back making pizza was really unprofessional for a restaurant, even a chain. Then when she was complaining I noticed the guy shaking his head had a huge beard, no beard net, no hat, no hair net, nothing... gross! Then when my wife went for a second salad she gave her a rude stare. I won't be coming back here. 0 stars not available. read more

We've ordered take out and the pizza was good. But tonight we decided to eat there. First off , I realize I forgot the coupon at home. I ask a blonde middle aged woman who I can only assume is the same one that was rude to another reviewer "if you would honor the coupon?" She asked what it was for so she said they'd honor it. Cool. That was the only thing I could have thought could have made her act weird. Then again I was just asking and would have paid full price since it was my bad. Gave her our order and she hands us the cups so we grab the cups to go fill them up like the other RTP's I've frequented. She blurts out "i gotta do it, I'm the only one here" so we give them back to her and she barks at us what do we want? She acted like we were bothering her to want to eat at her place of work. So we sit down, talk read the Garden Grove paper for about 10 minutes then I run to the car. As I reenter a family walks in. It should also be noted that that family that came 10 minutes after me was served at the same time as me even thought they ordered multiple pizzas. 20 minutes later i get up to see if our pizza is almost ready. The same lady asks "what" but before I could say anything someone else cuts in line for a refill. Finally they call out name as I'm standing there. But they didn't give us plates so I drop off the pizza at the table and go back for the plates. The same lady that was giving me a 'tude was now double bagging this other chicks to-go order while I'm waiting for plates. So I move to the side as I see an employee returning from the dining area and ask for a couple of plates. Dude ignores me and goes to the back. He comes back fumbles around a bit then asks what i need. He gives me the plates of which one was still dirty. The pizza pan has a pool of grease under the pizza. I know pizza is greasy and i like that but this was gross. Then my wife goes for soda refills. And the same lady says 'she has to go to the other side so she doe sent drip water all over the counter". Are you fuckin' serious? Luckily I wasn't there. She then fills it with even more ice and a shot of Pepsi. As she's about to refill the second soda my wife tells her "no ice please". Lady gives her a dirty look and says the refills are free sarcastically. No kidding? It's just we don't want to get up every two drinks to get a refill because our drink is all ice lady. She is super loud also as we could hear her complain about having to work 2 jobs and go to school. Also I should note she overcharged some dude and had to give him a refund as I was waiting for a box for my leftovers. You would think people would be happy that they work still have a job at Round Table since alot of them down. I know alot of people like to threaten but I'll probably never go back here because of that lady. Horrible service & soggy pizza. Never again. read more

I give this Round Table a 2 Stars, the pizza was ok, the salad bar needed help by the restrooms, was gross, and The staff, let go there, There is this one lady who works there who is like in her 40's or at least looks like it. and has glasses, blonde hair is rude as F**K! I was attending a Family party and my family spend a good 400.00 and you paid for your own wings, so they made money but That staff member was HORRIBLE!!! I will never go back there!! EVER!!! First of all the food is always A+++++ here. Now saying that I gave this RTP 1 star because the cashier is the rudest and worst employee I have ever encountered in food service. Heavy set Hispanic girl with dark hair and light eyes. If she hates her job and her life that much she should quit or be fired immediately. I WILL be complaining to corporate about her. No one deserves to be treated this way when you are paying for a service. read more

Delivery on time but pizza was not piping hot and the driver did not have the peppers and cheese I requested on the phone.

The pizza is always delicious. The staff is so so. It really irritates me that if you eat there and ask for a to go cup (which is a small drink) they do not allow for you to get free refills. If you opt to get a cup you can fill it up as many times as you'd like. Stupidest policy. read more

This is in reply to Rebecca G. I attempted to reply to her comment and failed. So here is my response to her Claim about RoundTable Pizza on 08/11/214. And she knows what I am about to say since I sent it to her instead of adding a new review. I have lived in GG for over 40 years with my family and visit this place very often, In fact I was there tonight with my 2 little girls eating at one of the tables when she walked in AT 09:30pm and proceeded to be forceful and rude to staff. She was offered pizza but not for dine in at that time. Think about this could you go into any place (on a Monday) that close to closing and expect staff to stay overtime at the last minute? The pizza would not even justify that! Her husband walked out and left her there. I am ashamed that anyone can comment on such a Wonderful Family Pizza Place we have always enjoyed and never been treated less than FAMILY! P.S Pizza is the BEST and STAFF is even better! read more

I have been going to this round table sense march of 2013 ! Alway been good and the employees have been extremely pleasant to me ! As of January I had my daughters 1st birthday because of how pleasant it was . Something happened on my daughters birthday that my husband and family all thought was unprofessional and rude ... They came in and said you have been here long enough you need to leave now ... Then let strangers into our room for there kids to play with my daughters new presents . And yes it was in the middle of present opening ! We decided to give it time before we came back .. Well when we return they treated us like trash ... Glaring at my husband , making rude comments and as we payed for our pizza they handed us the receipt and walk away without handing us our pizza ! My husband literally had to reach over the counter to get out pizza! The girl was a Heavy set Hispanic girl .... The same girl who kicked us out of our own party ! I hope to never see this woman working here again ! She was unprofessional and we will be contacting corporate again !!! I would not recommend coming to this establishment due to unprofessional and rude employees or employee ! I'm also 100% sure they put something in our pizza and wings .... My whole family got sick , 3 puked and now we are all constipated ! Wtf is wrong with these people ! read more
