My grandson and I wanted a great pizza on 9/10/2019, so we called in for a BBQ chicken pizza with a little extra sauce. 10 to 15 minutes before pizza was ready. We left the house picked up the pizza and it looked like it had been sitting out for a couple hours and reheated. It tasted OK but today which is 9/11/2019 we both pooped green poop. EWWWW!!! I haven't been to Round Table in years & for some reason I was craving it! I went with my friends & we ordered right away because it wasn't packed, thank goodness. I can say that it was a bit pricey, a large pizza is $21.99. We also ordered an 8 piece boneless wings & 3 beverages, which in total it was $32. It took a while to get our food, but the wait wasn't too long. Finally, time to devour what I've been craving. The pizza comes out nice & hot with the cheese oozing when you pull out a slice from the tray. It was good! The wings however, were sort of disappointing for my taste. Great Pizza! We ordered online an xlarge pepperoni and olive pizza while staying at a hotel for a family trip. The pizza was delivered directly to our hotel room in less then 40 minutes, amazing service!! It was so nice not to have to get out. Very unprofessional place. Do not waste your money here. Sign says they close at 9, we came in at 8:30. While we were eating they shut all the lights off on us. A Chinese man was cleaning up right next to our table and said nothing. We had to bring it up to his attention and asked why the lights were shut off. He said the store closes at 9 but I replied by saying we ordered before 9. As I asked for his name he did not want to give me his name. He said he would call his "manager" over . Liz the "manager" said she was sorry and she was not aware we were in there which was a lie. Honestly this place is trash with lazy employees. Someone needs to get fired as we took this as an insult and even felt discriminated against. I'm a bit disappointed w/ this RT location. When a large pizza is $20+, I think one ranch sauce should be free. In my opinion, the one ranch is an implicit cost that's already included in the premium priced pizza. I've been to many pizza joints that give you free ranch w/ your order. It's a common pro bono thing at pizza places. Now I understand that paying for ranch at a place like Little Ceasar's pizza is acceptable because a large pizza w/ extra toppings doesn't even come to $10, so I don't fuss about it. I'm especially bothered tonight because I purchased my pizza and as a last second decision, I decided to buy the ranch. The sign said 50 cents for any sauce. So I purchased the ranch and it turns out that it wasn't 50 cents. Rather it was 50 cents + tax. Once again, I've paid 50 cents for ranch at other establishments and it's just 50 cents. Exactly two quarters. Needless to say, the ranch wasn't even that good. I go to Wing Stop often and they always include two free ranch sauces with my order and their ranch sauce is delicious. So using the 1-10 scale on taste, Wing Stop's ranch being a 10, I give this ranch a 3 and it comes in a small container. The pizza is overpriced and the ranch sauce is it's own seperate profit center. Screw this place, there are plenty of other better pizza options in the area. Goodbye RT off Harbor Blvd. read more

I've always loved Round Table Pizza. This location was consistent with what I usually find except that the soda fountain is not a serve-yourself. Instead you must patiently wait for someone at the counter to have a minute to refill your glass. There are two televisions, good for watching a sporting event while eating. The salad bar was not as well tended to as I would have liked to see. The dressings were almost all at "the bottom of the barrell" and needed refilled. Pizza took about 25 minutes from order, but was what I expected for RT. read more

Don't drink any fountain drinks here. I got water from here and it tasted like it came from the toilet, no joke. They don't clean their tables even though it wasn't busy. We were sitting on one end of the table and they put all of our food, plates and cups on the other side making us reach for it which was a little weird but didn't think much of it. When I was trying to leave I requested a box to pack up the rest of my order and said very loudly "excuse me!" Multiple times. Before the employee on her phone finally noticed me. So just got home from this establishment, at first it was ok. Been here before never had a problem. First put my order in everything was fine. Took 40 minutes to receive 3 XL pizzas for a family of 12. Even tho I seen people come in order food not call in and receive their order before us. Well once we got the pizza I told this kid employee twice for cheese and pepper. Didn't receive anything, so we had to go to a dirty table and take them back to our table. Second my wings didn't hit my table till 20 minutes after my pizza by now the pizza was cold. Asked to speak to the manager Kim ( according to the employee) took another 20 minutes to speak with her. She went on about how busy it is and all the phone orders, making excuses even after I explained the new people ordering and receiving their food before us. I also mentioned the cheese and pepper issue and she went on about it's his 3rd day working. Once I pointed out who the employee was she had no excuse because he was a seasoned employee. So she went on excuses I went back to my table and continued with my get together. Once we were ready to leave we went to the restroom to change my son and no changing stations. I am defintely a fan of the food here .. the salads are amazing, the pizza is great, and boy are those garlic cheese twist things good .. but as far as this location is concerned I have had better service .. i called in an order and the girl on the other end of the phone was very bored sounding and not that excited to be taking my order. Granted: her job is probably not the funnest around, but regardless you need to have good customer service skills. Second offense, when I landed my butt in the place to pick up my order it took a while for anyone to acknowledge me at all. I saw the girl, that I most likely talked to on the phone, walking back and forth in the back, and I know she saw me but I got no "I'll be right with you" or "One moment please" .. Third offense, I had ordered a large salad, and it was meant to feed 4 of us and I received a salad that I could've scarfed down on my own in 5 minutes .. I know there is a larger salad than that and she obviously just didn't care. I asked her if that was the large salad, and only because I was starving I took her answer of yes and left. We ordered pizza and wings to be delivered to our hotel room. Arrived quickly and was hot and good. The only problem was when I was placing the order for the wings I specifically asked about veggie sticks and was told celery sticks were included with the wings. None were delivered with my order even though 6 little portion cups of dressing were that they had asked me to choose (bleu cheese, of course). I called to ask after the veggie sticks thinking we might order again another day and be able to use the dressing. They made up some ridiculous story about how the celery sticks were not included in delivery orders. Why would you deliver dressing and nothing to dip in it? Several people working, only one working counter and pickup. Manager is handling phone orders. 4 people in line taking a long time to just get to pickup. I say name on order. I go outside, call spouse and ask for her to take picture of credit card bill. Sends to me . I go in, show picture. Oh it's right here. (Order has been done for 14 mins now AND I live 10 mins away) Offered 20% off next order NOT LET US MAKE YOU A NEW ONE! Then manager says. "Here's the copy of your canceled sale, I'm really sorry you come here a lot. This has always been one of my favorite round tables... Then today happen! The kid must of been new and I'm distracted. Bad combo!!! The kid didn't ask what crust I wanted. Just assumed original. Then I thought about the order... Asked and was annoyed... The manager at first seemed annoyed also... Then hand delivered my thin crust pizza and said another was cooking. I really don't care of the thin crust but don't have time to wait. So I'm eating the thin and dreaming of the pan!!! Not the same at all!! So upside is I have left overs.
