This spot is located in a small plaza so it could be easily missed. I came for dinner and there was no wait to be seated. I ordered a few items to share: pad see ew, pork rib soup, penang beef curry (mild) with a side of rice, and mango sticky rice. I enjoyed the penang beef curry the most. It was flavorful and delicious. Pad see ew was good, could have more wok flavor. Pork rib soup was also good but a bit sour for my taste. Mango sticky rice was yummy, love the fresh mangos. Overall, the food is pretty good. Servers were friendly and quick. I enjoyed eating here and would be back to try other items on the menu.

Loved this place, the food exceptional, and the owners couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. The atmosphere was nice and very clean. When you see an old Thai woman doing the cooking in the kitchen, you know you found a great Thai restaurant. We plan on going back very soon. If you haven't been here yet, you won't be disappointed!

A good hole in the wall mom and pop Thai restaurant opened up in the neighborhood! I really loved their Thai tea and Thai iced coffee! It was so smooth probably one of the best I've had! Some places make their Thai iced coffees super bitter. We ordered the Khao Soi with chicken. Definitely not the best I've had, I felt that it was missing some more coconut curry flavor and needed more spice. It was decent none the less! Also ordered the Nam (Fermented pork) crispy rice salad. This was good to eat with the curry, however I thought the rice was a little too chewy, but flavor of the pork was good! Also ended our meal with the mango sticky rice, nothing to write home about, but solid! Definitely would like to come back and try it again with different menu items. I see they have lunch specials!

Pad See Mao Smelled strongly of basil so I had high hopes for it but it was bland, would not get it again. Spicy eggplant with chicken The sauce on this was delicious and I loved eating everything together with the rice. Highly recommend this dish. Mango sticky rice You can never go wrong with a mango sticky rice. Overall although I didn't like everything I got, I would definitely come back to try more dishes.

Take out for dinner on the weekend went very smoothly. I wanted to try a new place with my usual favorites - pad see ew, crying tiger, and crab fried rice. The prices normally would have deterred me a bit, since my shrimp pad see ew was $18 and the other 2 dishes hitting the $20 mark. But I decided to give them a try anyway since those prices are comparable to another well known Thai place in Tustin. No regrets! 3 dishes was great for 2 people with leftovers for another meal for both of us. Pad see ew was well balanced, not too sweet at all. Crab fried rice was topped very generously with crab. Crying tiger had nice and tender pieces with a dipping sauce to add more flavor if desired.

3 mins walk from the great wolf lodge. All the way on the back of that commercial plaza. Very clean dining area and restrooms. Service was so courteous and efficient. The food was really good. I had the green sauce curry with shrimp and it was perfect! Kids had the lunch specials with pad see ew, chicken- beef and shrimp. We had a large party of 9 and everyone was so happy and satisfied. The cook is 78 years old and was non stop. Her food was so good. Don't forget to try the mango sticky rice and the Thai ice coffee. We will definitely come even if we're not staying at the lodge.

During the weekend of August 29th, 2025, my girlfriend and I decided to try out this new Thai place on Harbor Blvd. It's in a very discrete plaza with plenty of parking for a Friday night and a decent amount of customers mixed with dining and take-out. A very hole-in-the-wall environment but places like this always seem to have their own unique flavor. And that's where the food comes in so let's get going! FOOD Spicy Catfish with a side of rice An a la carte deep-fried catfish with spicy sauce and basil. Yes you are able to adjust spiciness to your liking! This dish had a bit of mixed feelings for me, the taste was almost there but it tasted a bit too salty even after mixing the sauce a bit for the fish to soak in. But having rice with every bite seems to balance it out which it enjoyable! Pad See Ew with Beef I'm very very picky when it comes to Pad See Ew since it's my go-to dish ever since I was a child and my personal feedback is that everything seems to be almost there, the flat noodles were cooked well enough that it wasn't too chewy or uncooked, the beef was savory but even after all the ingredients mixed in and a bit of chili sauce, something was missing. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it but the flavor was lacking something and I can't quite pinpoint it. For me, it's probably something great to order for to-go but hey give it a shot, you might like it! OVERALL We loved the food, there was just a bit of something missing in our dish and maybe it's cause they just recently opened during the time we visited but we manage to finish all of our food so I can't say it's not all that bad, just maybe mediocre. Commends to the employees for their amazing service though! Very attentive to every customer while not overdoing it. We're going to give it a second chance and try a different dish with an appetizer so be ready for us! Also I'll try to remember to let you know about that Thai Tea lol! Big thanks to the Krua Siam Team!

I'm so so happy that I found this hole-in-the-wall. This might be the best Thai food place I've ever had. - service: 1000/10. People are so warm and welcoming. They even recognized our Lisa shirts. (Iykyk) - food: omg the curry slaps so hard. It has so much depth and levels that obviously takes long and definitely not those curry cube flavors. Highly recommend getting curries if you want to know how true curry tastes like. The chinese broccs and crispy pork is simple, yet deadly. Hot wok with garlics, greens and CRISPY PORK and it's done PERFECTLY. I savoured the whole plate by myself All portions are hugeeeeee. And even though the rice is not included, the dishes are so good that we need more rice than we thought. So i'm not complaining at all. I will definitely come back and bring families to enjoy this place and i hope they would stay around :)

We found Krua Siam after spending time at Nickel Nickel Arcade and looking for something good nearby. It is tucked into a small shopping center and easy to miss, but it ended up being a great find. The food here is outstanding and easily some of the best Thai food I have had. Everything tasted fresh and authentic with that unmistakable wok cooked umami flavor. My wife and I both ordered the chicken pad Thai and it was perfectly balanced, flavorful, and cooked just right. We also shared the chicken skewers, which were tender, well seasoned, and paired beautifully with the peanut sauce. We came in as a large group of twelve with seven kids and five adults, and the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating, even with the chaos of a big family group. Service felt warm and genuine and everyone at the table enjoyed their meal. The inside of the restaurant was extremely clean, comfortable, cozy, and well maintained with a great overall vibe. You can tell the owner brings years of experience to the kitchen, having been in the restaurant industry for over twenty years and previously owning well known Thai restaurants in the area. Overall, Krua Siam is a fantastic family owned spot that delivers high quality Thai food and excellent hospitality. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it.

The food is delicious and flavorful, the interior is clean and modern, the service is wonderful! I mean tom yum fried rice, say less. I really appreciate the ceramic containers for the legit chili sauces. I only wish I lived closer, otherwise this place would by my go to takeout spot.

Absolutely love this Tai restaurant! Great food and great customer service. Will definitely be coming back for more sticky mango rice, I actually enjoyed everything we got that day.

My friend and I could not stop raving about the food even hours after we got home- that's how you know it was good. I'm surprised they don't have more reviews! Please stop by and show this restaurant some love. Cute interior and our server was sweet and so helpful. It started filling up around 7pm on a weekend night. We ordered: Thai boat noodle (good, not great) 5/10 Pad Kee Mao - I noticed it didn't have the traditional red bell pepper. Though, it was still really good. 9/10 Spicy catfish - 10/10 Thai basil fried rice - 8.5/10 They also have a separate menu for the street food that's plated and can be ordered for take out. Our server mentioned how the food is super authentic and tastes like how it would in Thailand. I totally agree

Lunch at Garden grove area got us here. Seem like interior was redone and looks good. I got a beef curry. No spice level abit blank. I would say 6/10 for taste. Good clean place with good server. Solid 7/10

The meal starts with what feels like an endless lineup of little side dishes, a fried fish, rice in a scorching hot stone bowl, and then the bubbling tofu soup (medium spice for me) arrives like it's angry at the table. I ordered the bulgogi combo (C2) and everything was flavorful, comforting, and honestly just fun to eat. OK maybe a few too many onions for me. The stone pot rice situation was an adventure on its own. They ask you if you want them to pour hot water into the bowl to loosen the crispy rice stuck to the sides. I tried it. Felt very authentic. The wontons come in a super rich and delicious sauce that I actually got scolded for pouring over my noodles lol. The light and clear broth is very refreshing and well-seasoned. And the other cashier said in Vietnamese something about me, like "Con nhỏ này" & I thought maybe he's talking about something else-but then when he gave me the receipt of my refund, he said "and I don't want you to be a customer here anymore." I was very appalled and I stood there wondering if he really just said that to me after I had an experience. I asked him why he didn't want me to be a customer anymore. And he turns to a customer to ring them out, ignoring me. So I waited til he was done with that transaction & repeated my question. He flat out said "because you're annoying." WOW. Really great individual hot pot deal for weekday lunch. It's $14.99 for the pot and a kumquat drink…read moreso it's such a good deal, especially in comparison to Boiling Point which the prices for have gone up recently and there's always a long line there. I also love the unique flavor options here! I really enjoyed the Mongolian lamb pot, the flavor of the broth was good and the lamb wasn't too gamey. The Thai style one was like a tom yum soup base. Both pots came with endless amounts of toppings and a choice of vermicelli or rice. I love individual hot pot because you can try a little bit of a lot of different things. Service was fast and efficient and the interior is spacious and clean. I'll definitely be back when I get my next hot pot craving!

Two strikes so I've got to write. :(…read more First incident: I had a good experience the first time I came here so I brought my husband and my sister back. Hubby ordered the salmon rice. The picture on the menu shows a piece of grilled salmon but what they brought out was totally different. Thank god, it was good anyway. Sister and I trying to order the same hot pot I ordered before and owner told us no, we cannot swap the pork belly out on the Thai hotpot. Told him I was able to do that before. He said "I'm not sure who let you do that but no, we do not allow that." I told him "you did, you let me swap the pork belly for the lean beef the previous time. I still have a picture of it on Yelp". Anyhow, he insisted No. We went ahead and ordered two beef hotpot's and the broth was salty. We had to pour some water in the hotpot to soften up the saltiness. Second incident: I came here on Thursday evening. Walked in that door at 9:10 pm and the server quickly told me: "No, we already had our last call!" Say what? the sign on the door says open til 10:00 pm and it is only 9:10 pm? If you don't want to serve late, then change your hours listed on the door and close those doors at 9:00 pm instead. Not good!!!
