Crispy crunchy outside and wet inside. There is a special sauce with it but I like it without. You have to get minimum of 6 and either with seafoods or veggies. Also got the sticky rice w/ chicken and it not bad at al, flavorful and well portioned. For the price, $15 for both with tip, which is reasonable. Definitely will be back for these eggrolls...I finished all 6 of them with 5mins - it's steamy hot but I managed and not to shared with my kid - he did tasted 1/2 of the sticky rice, and he gave it a thumb up!!! This is a to go place but they do have a long table (for 6) inside if you decided to eat in. Clean, neat and organized joint, service is nice and quick - they fried it as you ordered so it can take up to 5mins.
