Our waiter was very nice, he was very patient with us (it was our first time here, and we asked a ton of questions) we ordered pizza and garlic fries. When they brought out the pizza we asked the server if the fries where coming soon. He said he didn't know because it is a different ticket. Well we never got our fries. Our waiter was excellent and the pizza was very delicious. I ordered the Gourmet Veggie pizza and it had the perfect amount of toppings. I would come back because the pizza was very unique. If I could give them less than one star I would. I LOVE Round Table Pizza and was excited that we were going to have one close to home. We had an absolutely horrible experience there and sadly we won't be going back. We went on a weeknight and they were moderately busy but there were still plenty of open tables so we were seated immediately. We were doing OK, had ordered our drinks and looking over the menu when a large number of customers cheered about a play that happened on one of the games showing on their screens. My 6 year old grandson has Autism and because the place was new to him and he didn't expect the sudden outburst of noise he became agitated and stressed because one of his main sensory issues is noise. We put his headphones on and asked the server if we could move to the back room and explained the situation, he immediately took us back and got us settled. There was another couple in the back area with their baby so there were only two tables occupied in the back room. A few minutes later the server came back and apologized and told us that the manager told him we could not sit there and we had to move. When the server explained the situation he said the manager said he didn't care (not sure what his exact words were - but his later actions indicate he really didn't care) and that he had a group of 50 that had reserved the room. We went ahead and moved back to our original table and asked to have the manager come over to speak to us. Because it is important to us to get my grandson to experience new things because we cannot always control what happens around us we decided we would stay unless he went into meltdown mode and we would try to help him deal with his stress about the situation. Over the course of the next 40-45 minutes the manager looked at our table several times, walked by it a few times, and stopped at many other tables to speak to the customers and see how their visit was going. Not once did this man ever stop by our table even though we specifically asked multiple times to speak to him. Finally when our server offered to yet again go ask the manager to come over we told him not to bother, by that point we were almost done and I had already decided I would have to find the time to share my experience (those with special needs family members will understand that free time is never easy to find). It is important to point out that it was not until we already had our food and were eating that someone finally came in for what I presume was this party of "50" and they were seated in the back. I watched the manager go back and welcome them and speak to them for a while. About 10 or 15 minutes after they were seated we were done and left. On the way out we looked through the window and saw not a party of 50, but more like 20 and probably half of the back area was empty. The back room even has a set of glass doors to separate the room into two room if needed. They certainly could have accommodated our party of 4 for the amount of time we were there. Now this could have went differently and my attitude and experience would have been totally different...... If the manager had actually taken the time to come out and tell us himself that he was sorry he had a large party that had the room reserved and discussed the situation with us, I would have been accepting of that, even if he was unable to accommodate the request. The manager had multiple opportunities to stop by and talk to us to address our concerns, yet he chose to ignore us completely with the exception of looking at us several times during our visit. Yet, he was able to stop by almost every other table in the restaurant to ask the customers how they were doing. The other couple with the baby was not asked to leave their table and were able to finish out their visit in the back room. In the end, there was plenty of room and we would have likely been done within 5 minutes or so of the first arrivals for the group that did show up. I have to give kudos to the server for his understanding and his attempt to get the manager to come speak to us. Unfortunately one server working under a management that can't respect a customer enough to speak to them upon request is not enough to make me try this restaurant again (I was told Rudolpho is one of the owners/manager and he is who was there that evening). We do have plenty of other places we can go that are familiar with our grandson and have always been accommodating with regards to his specific needs. read more

This was our first time going there it wasn't that busy but they took forever for everything, I also told them that I didn't want certain items in my food and when I got it everything I told them I didn't want was on there, other than the service being slow the food was really good, the server's were very nice, not sure if it was just one of those days for them, but I am hoping the next time we do go back the service will be a bit faster read more

I am a very picky person . But when I come to roundtable I am always pleased . One of the things I love about roundtable is Rudy the owners realness. He helps his employees he is their boss and friend. He doesn't watch he is hands on . Tina and Renee are two of the most awesome ever people their service is above and beyond. My drinks always on point when Faiz or Patti makes them . Faiz so so kind he always knows what we want before we ask. Of course I want to give credit to the chef our food is always the bomb . Never have I had an issue with our food. I truly enjoy roundtable it's my getaway go to spot. Everybody knows your name and the they are always glad you came. Probably the most consistency in poor service that I have ever experienced. Mismanagement is probably the culprit. We have truly tried to make that our go to spot but these folks make it extremely difficult for us to make that decision. If you and your family want a care free place to dine I would definitely recommend any place besides Round Table Clubhouse. If your single and want to hang at the bar were you can request service on demand without being ashamed then this may be your place. read more

Really enjoyed our first visit to this Roundtable Clubhouse. If you have not been to a "Clubhouse" before, you will be very surprised. They seat you and provide table service. I have always enjoyed Round Table pizza and I can honestly say this was best Roundtable pizza I have ever eaten. Went to dinner with friends, and sorry to say, the food and service was horrible. The entire restaurant was disarray. We ordered drinks, wine, a beer, a coffe, water with lemon, and a glass of ice, not a tough order. Well it took about 20 minutes to get our order only to see that the water had no lemon, and no glass of ice. We again asked the waitress for the glass of ice and lemon, which took another 10 minutes to get the lemon. My friend Lori had to walk to the bar to get the glass of ice. At which time the manager came by with a second glass of ice. Well once we ordered our food, things did not get better. We had to ask several times when we We're going to get our order of hot wings. Well it took about 20 minutes to get them, after we had already waited 15 minutes. During this time the waitress gave us several excuses why she was having a bad day, and why we weren't getting our food in a timely manner. Well needless to say when we finally got out food, some of it was warm, cold. Our food order did not reach our table at the same time. The manager also stopped by our table to try to help out, but he was no help. As we sat patiently during this fiasco we could hear several other customers complaining about the service and food. The waitress did offer us a drink or dessert on the House, but by this time we had enough of the horrible customer service and decided to leave. I think if we weren't with friends I would of probably complained to the manager, but I didn't want to embarrass anyone. If you want a place where your kids can run around and play games, this is the place. It if you want good service and hot food, try somewhere else. read more

They have good food and good drinks. The classic cheeseburger is amazing. Along with the classic fries. I'm giving it two stars because they sold us on the "Make A Wish" foundation special which was: 1 medium pizza along with 6 twists. And half of the money would go to the "Make A Wish" foundation. My server said it would've came up to 23 dollars. When we got the bill they only gave the foundation just a dollar. And they charged everything separately. Now if they keep doing this I don't think my family and I will be coming back. read more

The pizza here does not taste like it was made with properly proofed yeast dough and top shelf ingredients. We've been here a few times now with friends & family, each time always hoping that the quality of the food and the service would improve with the maturity of it's staff, but this Round Table Pizza is just flat out not good IMHO. This pizza has a similar taste and quality as the pizza at the Sams Club snack bar (YUCK!), and the toppings all taste like they came out of a can, which they probably did. We've been very disappointed every time we've been here. And their wings are a total waste of money. They're very small wings, and they have a mushy/slimy texture as if they were baked, instead of having crispy skin from being deep fried. What little amount of meat is attached to the bones was tough and dry, a sure sign that they were overcooked, or sat for who knows how many days in a refrigerator. Overall, this place has been a waste of our money and we will probably not be back. read more

A group of us met on Friday, January 6. I didn't experience any problems mentioned in other reviews. My daughter had cautioned us the service was slow, but it turned out actually to be reasonable for a Friday night. They probably just had a slow start in the beginning because of the great turnout of customers the first few days that this new Round Table opened. We waited about 7 minutes to be seated. It was a busy evening. Once seated we had great service! They were very accommodating to us when we thought that we were going to need another table, if two more of our guests happened to show. We didn't know how many would be in our group exactly. Joey suggested that they prepare another table for us, ready to make the switch if we needed. When the girl at the front heard that, she put our name on the list for a larger party so that a table could be ready. She was very sweet to come to our table and check to see if we needed it after some time had passed. Our server Jessica was happy to add and change the drink order when the rest of our guests arrived. They showed great teamwork and concern for their customers. Joey took an extra interest in serving us, although Jessica was our server, and was doing a great job herself. As a Clubhouse there are a variety of choices-- not just pizza, but I should mention that their vegetarian specialty pizza was delicious! read more

This place needs help with service. When we walked in the lobby was full of people that we assumed were waiting but when we got the girls attention and told her it was just the two of us she asked if we wanted to sit at the bar. I told her we would prefer a table and she grabbed 2 menus and just started walking without saying anything. Once we caught up to her she paused, looked around at the mostly empty dining room and sat us in a booth in the corner with zero lighting. After a few minutes our server stopped by to tell us his name and said he would be right back. We waited about 15 minutes before a different person came to take our drink orders, 1 soda and 1 water. We waited another 15 minutes to get our drinks as the guy set them down and continued walking. We chased someone down for straws and continued our wait. We both pretty quickly decided we just wanted a large pepperoni pizza with original crust and were ready to order before our drinks even came. We waited another 20 minutes before we flagged down the guy who took our drink order and I asked if we could put in our order for food. He sighed and looked around then asked rudely what we wanted. As we waited some more I saw one waiter constantly serving one large group, another serving another large group, two (sometimes three) workers joking around and talking to each other at the bar and at least 3 different girls sitting people. So it wasn't that they were understaffed, maybe just not staffed correctly? I understand the focus of the servers with the larger groups because a bigger tip but to brush off everyone else is just careless. After waiting another 30 minutes, yet another person sets our pizza down and walks away. We look at each other a little confused about how to eat the pizza without any plates. We end up asking the bus boy if he can grab us some plates. Once he brings the plates back I notice we don't have any napkins so I went to another table to grab a few napkins for us. The pizza was really good but we were getting a little frustrated being shoved in a dark corner and forgotten about. We ate half of our pizza and agreed that we were full and needed a box. We flagged down someone to ask for a box and the check because lord knows how long we would have been waiting to get the check. They bring back a small box that we can barely fit the slices into and set the check on the table. We boxed everything up and put the card out and.......waited. After about 10 minutes we decided to just go up front because we saw a register up there. When we got to the front there wasn't anyone there so we waited some more. Finally yet ANOTHER person came to claim our check and said, "I'll be right back." He came back 5 minutes later and said, "sign the top one, keep the bottom, or don't...whatever". We were so happy to be out of there but as we were walking to the car I asked how much it was. My wife said, "oh it was like $35 bucks.....wait, that doesn't sound right" so she looked at the receipt. They had charged us for 2 sodas when we only got one. We went back in and told the girl at the register that they charged us for something we didn't get. She took our receipt and said, "I'll be right back". Another 5 minutes pass, she walks back, opens the register, counts out $2.99 and hands it to us without saying a word. In this case, actions speak louder than words. If it wasn't for the staff and the almost 2 hours that we spent here I would absolutely, 100% return and probably soon but after the "don't care" attitudes and 6 different people we encountered during our visit I think this place will continue to slip my mind. This is supposed to be an upscale version of round table, but it is more like a sports bar. The food tastes more like barfood, rather bland and ordinary. Food took forever and they got half our orders wrong. Also don't expect the salad bar on weekends, it's only M-F. Lots of tv screens so probably good place to watch football. The first time we ordered pizza from this particular location, the pizza took almost 2 hours to be delivered (we live 4 miles from the restaurant). Due to the lateness of the delivery, the manager provided us with a VIP coupon for a free pizza the next time we ordered, rather than refund us. When we went to use the coupon, we were informed that we are "outside their delivery range" and that we were welcome to come pick up the pizza but nothing could be done to deliver it to us. The level of service was simply mind-boggling, and not in a good way. We highly recommend turning elsewhere if you live in the area and will never order from them again. read more

Came to celebrate my birthday, and made a reservation. I had a big group coming so I needed a place to accommodate. Due to the rain , my appointment was cancelled(I booked the patio) but thanks to the manager , he worked with me and got me in a little later. Which worked because we hung out in the bar til our section was ready. Everything worked out and all my guests were happy with their food! My only complaint, the reason for the 4 stars , is because the conference room didn't have a TV or music, and it got hot with all those bodies.
