Everybody has to understand when the business is first opening up there are hick ups. And certainly they had theirs. Watching football I came in to have some beers and eat wings. My water came and I had classic wings instead of boneless. Without hesitation the manager told them to take the wings back and get me some boneless wings that I had wanted. After a long day at Big Bear, we wanted some hot pizza. We came to round pizza, there was a line of 4 people and only only lady in the front. She was attending a phone call and taking an order on the phone. Finally she got us and had us seated right away. My kids didn't bother to be seated they went straight to the arcade. Arcade is affordable and is a great way to keep the kids busy during the wait. Our server came right away, was very prompt, was polite. We ordered garlics fries and two different types of pizza. We ordered take out sent our kid to go pick up. Although pizza is pricey, $33.92 for 1 pizza and twists, we really love it. A few weeks later we reviewed our credit card bill and noticed the amount charged aaas different than our online total. It was $20 over. We called and talked to asst mgr Jim, and asked for a copy of our receipt. What we saw absolutely shocked us, the cashier wrote in her own $20 tip!!! That's fraud at its best. When we questioned Jim, he said it looked like the receipt "could" of been written in by my son. It's very clear that the writing is different. He wanted to give us a gift card instead of the $20, we said no and he finally agreed. We weren't happy with how he handled it so I went and talked to Michelle the Manager. Her response to me was "what can I do for you, I thought this was handled" She didn't seem at all concerned that her cashier fraudulently wrote in a $20 tip. I was genuinely shocked that she didn't seem to think this was a big deal. Sad to say we will never visit them again. So double check your receipts. read more

This place can be a hit or a miss especially if your bar tender is the older lady with the short hair.. all the other employees are great but she made us feel so stupid being there WORST experience at round table! I came to watch a dodger game only to be ignored all night by our bar tender! Even the people sitting next to us noticed..I'm not kidding you she approached us when we first sat down at the bar.. got our two beers and kept helping other customers.. we wanted to place a food order and were trying to get her attention with no luck.. another one of the bar tenders noticed us and took down our order and gave it to her.. we then noticed that one of our beers was incorrect.. once again we tried to get her attention and it was like she was purposely not making eye contact with us.. this went on for about an hour... I literally had an empty glass of beer in front of me for a good 30 minutes before another woman who I think was a manager asked me if I wanted another drink... we were able to tell her that one of the beers we ordered was wrong and she agreed that it was not the right beer.. it was well over an hour and our food was not out.. and we had not been helped by our server.. the woman was very kind and checked on our food order who told us that our pizzas would be a few minutes longer (on top of already waiting over an hour) and she would give us a discount price for us waiting so long on the food.. finally after that our bar tender came up to us and told us our food was going to take a while and she would give us a discount on our pizza... but that was all we heard from her until the end of the night... we watched her approach and help other customers except for us. Even when we're trying to get attention.. she would approach customers that still had some beer left in their glass but not look our way when were sitting with three empty glasses.. After we were done with our meal another one of the bar tenders started approaching us more and asking if we needed anything else or wanted more drinks. We were already pretty upset and just wanted to leave.. we had to let that bar tender know that we wanted to close out because our original bar tender was not approaching us. When she finally brought the check out we reminded her about the discounted pizza because were being charged regular price... she had an attitude I really don't understand why since it was a discount they offered after making us wait over an hour for our pizza.. at a pizza place! Ordered delivery tonight and am severely disappointed again with the over all service and quality of this Round Table Pizza restaurant. A couple of months back I had the Maui Zaui pizza and was amazed with how delicious it Key word "WAS" that was the last time. We had had one that was made correctly, we have been back several times ordered the same pizza and it never was the same as the first one, simply because the cooks dont put the zaui sauce on it. Tonight we ordered delivery and specifically ordered extra Polynesian sauce and the cooks didnt even put a drop in it, they smeared a ton of red sauce on it and its literally disgusting. This is my new favorite place in highland. The garlic parm twists are amazing, order some marinara with them. And if you decide to go with the cheddar bacon twists, get ranch or their sriracha sauce to dip them in. The house chips go great with a pitcher of beer. Been there more than a few to to watch games and eat pizza at the bar. Pizza is always bomb which makes me want to give them another shot but most of the bartenders are straight garbage at service. I really don't know how a few have been fired yet. Like I said this is only service at the bar. When I ordered the girls asked XL or L and I asked is XL same price and she said yea so of coarse I'm going to say XL . When I get there the total was 26 something I asked why the girl in front said because I got XL and I explained how on the phone the girl who took the order didn't say that and she ignored me. The waitress was very frazzled. They do not serve regular iced tea only peach and raspberry. It took from 6pm to 7:30 to receive our pizza. My pizza came out completely wrong and had to be sent back. The rest of our order did not come until 20 minutes later. Service should be in unison and was not. One personal pan pizza was finished before the rest of the order came out. Have to say the garlic spiral breadsticks and Caesar salad were very good. However the Caesar salad has an excessive amount of sides of dressing. It came with 8 sides for the entree salad and at max needs 6. Just a waste of product. The best thing about the trip was the garlic sticks and the bus boys who were very prompt with removing out plates. So the waitress just came back as we are writing this and explains the issue. We went on a weeknight and it was still super crowded. There were 2 of us and we were told the wait was about 20 minutes. We waited with several other people and after about 15 minutes they said we could sit in the bar area if we wanted. As we were walking through there were several empty tables so I am not sure what the wait was for. Any how we get seated and menus. It was really busy and the servers were rushing around. We got menus and ordered water and a beer. We got the water and ordered an appetizer and our meals. We got the appetizer and my meal. We then noticed we had no silverware or napkins and no beer. We waited for a few minutes and no one came back. We saw another server and asked for silverware. Nothing, we asked again and nothing. And remember we are still waiting on another meal but we did get the beer. My husband got up and went to try and find some napkins and silverware. We asked someone again. Finally after I had already eaten my burger and some of the wings did we get napkins and silverware. Still no second meal. Finally after the appetizer and my meal were completely gone did my husband meal come. Then when we were done we had to hunt down the server for the check. I have to say the food was amazing. One of the best burgers I have ever had. That is the only reason why I gave 4 stars. Went here a few days ago to have some beers with a friend. We sat at the end of the bar and ordered our beers. It is a very nice atmosphere. TVs everywhere with games on. Once we got our beers, I notice a bunch of small flys flying everywhere. We didn't think much about until they started landing in my friends beer. We looked at it, and it was a fruit fly. We called the bartender over and showed him the fly in the beer and he apologized and poured another for my friend. He drank half of it then another fruit fly landed in it. Called the bartender back over and showed him again, he apologized and poured another beer. 10 mins later ANOTHER fly landed in his beer... called the bartender back over and he confessed that they do have a fruit fly problem there, but have done nothing about it. I also noticed in my beer that there was debris floating around in it. I don't know if it's from a dirty glass or maybe the beer taps are dirty. Anyhow, we were pretty disappointed, we were excited to have spot close for beer but looks like we'll have to find somewhere else read more

It took me 30 mins to place a order. While waiting I got frustrated walked to the bar to order drinks. Ordered 2 bud lights and it came out to $18.. Are you freaken kidding me. Gave the bartender $50 and was given back the wrong change smh. I think if youre going to charge such high prices for pizza and alcohol your service needs to be alot quicker.
