Our first time ordering round table and we have lived in hollister for 12 years! The town we came from it wasn't good there. This is the closest we can get to Chicago style pizza. We order the garden pan crust and the King Arthur Supreme pan crust both were excellent! The delivery person call and told us they will leave the pizza on the porch. All together very satisfied!!!! Hollister local and I love the new decor for this Round Table. It's a little bit expensive but definitely yummy. I DO NOT SUGGEST DELIVERY, every time I've ordered delivery the order is wrong, cooked incorrectly/cold , or missing items. This is my family's go to spot for pizza as they always have a great variety of options and are super quick in preparation. I just wish the quality was more consistent. Some orders, the pizza tastes super fresh, hot, and crispy and other times it tastes like it had been left out for an hour. Nonetheless, they always have great deals, especially with coupons I get in the mail and are more often a hit than a miss, plus they have the best ranch ever. read more

Pizza came out hot and perfect with cheese, chili, and the appropriate amount of plates. The owner let us know of coupon to assist with discount and even carried a high chair to the table for our daughter. Only complaint is that after waiting past the estimated wait time we were told that a side of jalepenos would be a dollar extra and that seems a bit pricey. read more

There are so many pizza places here in town but we chose round table Pizza. It was not the best idea after all. I mean the pizza itself is amazing very good very tasty a little oily but it was good. the service we received tonight was not the best I placed my order online and it gave me a time that my pizza will be ready. How hard is it to pick up a pizza? I sent my son in to get the pizza with ky confirmation and after the third time he came to the car I went in. When I walked in, there was about 6 to 7 people with the same feeling I had because you can just feel the tension. I kindly explained what's going on and showed my online confirmation and questioned the time. My son had been told it was going to be another 10 minutes, when I asked it was going to be another 6 minutes. Time these days is the most valuable. If there was a delay in my order I should have received a notification. My online confirmation says 6:38pm, I received my pizza in my hands at 7:05pm. That's 27 minutes of a difference! Wow! Not cool! Just a quick note, there is no way they were short staffed. There was about 8-12 people behind that counter! read more

Not happy with the customer service we received tonight. Our order was not correct and instead of working with us the girl on the phone was extremely rude and unwilling to help. She was insisting that order was correct, and told me I was wrong. We have always been very faithful supporters of our local Round Table and feel like especially during these times, we want to support local. I was not looking for anything free, just wanted it fixed. An employee messed up my order when inputting it into the computer. I was supposed to be charged 125pts for a free large 1 topping pizza. The employee added an extra topping voiding the coupon by his mistake. The delivery driver tried charging me over $28!! I instructed him to call the restaurant and told him it was supposed to be a free pizza and I was just paying the difference for delivery. After speaking with the manager the driver informed me of the mistake and shrugged his shoulders and said "I dont know what you want me to do man, I've only worked here a few weeks". He then left with the pizza. I got on the phone immediately and called the restaurant. The manager on the phone was extremely rude and passed me off to two other people before I finally spoke to Melissa. Instead of making it right she refunded without permission and told me that I could not be helped since they couldn't charge my points again since the refund was already processed I would have to wait for them to go back in 24hrs or pay full price. This is absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order to feed my family. Due to somebody else's mistake I am now being punished and my family doesn't get to eat. I asked if this was true and she said "yes" we can't help you. I went in person after hanging up the phone call in disbelief. Surely im not being punished for an employees mistake? After driving to the restaurant I had to wait several minutes for "Melissa" to come out and tell me that she would not be helping me. I asked her to confirm that the information that she was telling me was correct and that she was refusing me service because another employee made a mistake. She said "yes". Other employees "Caden" thought it was funny and laughed when I told them that I ordered for my family and that my children ages 1yr and 4yrs were hungry and waiting for food. I have given this specific location 25 years of business and did not deserve the treatment I received from the staff. Everyone involved should be reprimanded for the display of service they provided. Not one person my entire experience was professional or compassionate. They made a joke out of my family's distress and insulted me in front of other customers as well. Ordering pizza is supposed to be a fun experience. It's supposed to give you a break when you're over worked and maybe don't have time to cook for a family. We are in the middle of a huge move and recently experienced a loss in the family. Round table is a almost tradition in this family for take out night and was supposed to bring some joy. I don't ever want to give this company my business again. This is only one of the many poor experiences I've had at this location. But its the only experience I've ever felt I had to write a complaint. The staff now doesn't care about their jobs or giving good service at all. They are very quick to say "oh well, if you don't like it call the number on the wall" and take no responsibility for any mistakes made. They thinks it's funny when something gets messed up and you complain. Horrible what has happened to this place. I don't know what kind of GM Oscar is. The delivery person grabbed the box containing the cinnamon twists, and as they brought it out of the bag, liquid was pouring out of the bottom of the box. The delivery persons hand was soaked. I am gladded I did not grab the box because then I would had a sticky mess over me and my floor. I had to get him a paper towel to help hime clean up. After I brought the order into our home, I realized the pasta had more ingredients on it then what they told us on the phone. This is not ok, because their are people in my house with food allergies. They should have disclosed all of the main ingredients over the phone. By the way we did ask them for the ingredients. We called them and they said they would get it out to us in ten minutes. It has now been over 30 minutes to get us out the right order. Horrible customer service. read more

Always good, fast, efficient and consistent. I don't mind paying more for quality. The staff aren't super friendly, but not rude either. We order to go always because the couple times we are their, kids were disappointed with the game room. It's more like a couple machines, and a game or two that aren't necessarily easy for little ones to use. read more

I had a long work day. I was in salinas headed to santa Nella and on the road I decided...there is no way I'm going to make it on a hour drive, to then cook, eat, clean up and finally rest. I had previously lived in hollister for a couple years and round table never failed me. While on the road I called into hollister round table and the order was placed! I ordered my favorite, XL with pesto instead of the red sauce, pepperoni, sausage and jalapeños. If you have never had this combination I suggest this be your next order. I love their new layout and remodel. I come here to enjoy a salad and personal pizza. Salad bar is fresh and pizza is always good. My mom has been a customer ever since 1988. She's been satisfied with the service, but this past Friday, she dined in, and she and my family were very disappointed with how much time it took to receive her pizza and wings. My mom and family waited about an hour to receive her food, only the pizza and not the chicken wings she had ordered. People that placed an order after received their wings before us. Which was fine until we were almost done til we noticed how long our wings were taking. Once we realized my mom went to ask them, they said they had them ready as an order to go but never took them out to our table. Once we received them, they were wrong once we had ordered mild, and we received hot once we complained, they had argued that we were lying that they had put mild, which we would know since that's the kind of chicken wings we ordered. It's not like we wanted to get more wings. We just wanted the correct ones. We had only eaten three out of 24. So I don't see what the problem was. read more

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the only excellent salad bar within 100 miles. Nowhere else can you find a salad bar with the freshest fixins and with such variety. I love that they always have peas, garbanzos, kidney beans, beets and all of the other yummy stuff that so many salad bars skimp on. And the ranch is homemade with buttermilk! Need I say more? The pizza is excellent, the staff friendly and the atmosphere and decor is much more than you'd expect from a pizza joint. And the lunch specials are a great deal. And be sure to sign up for the text coupons. Highly recommend the Hollister Round Table! Other locations, not so much. But then the Sicoli family sets the bar pretty high! read more

I usually only go to round table for lunch or right when the kids get out of school. But today we decided to go for dinner and I was not greeted by Deanna who was so rude and not only to me but to her manager. I asked to use my coupon from yelp and she proceeded by taking my phone out of my hand pushing some stuff and then handing it back to me without saying a word. I asked her what she did to my phone and she said "I used it" wow really? Thats when her manager walked up and she ordered him to go do something and he didn't get to witness her behavior. I had ordered a salad and when I went to get it there was no lettuce so I let another person know because I was sure Deanna didn't give a crap. The guy quickly refilled the salad but he was dumping it in the tray and getting the outside of the bag all over the fresh salad...sanitary? Probably not. Idk what was going on today but RTP was definitely not up to par. I mean I'm having a crappy day myself but I still walked in with a smile and kept my mouth shut when Deanna was giving me lip. Oh and then, the manager walks by - we are watching the game on the tv and he mutes it... Doesn't ask if we were watching it or if we cared. Rude! I was so disappointed with my experience. I wish there was a better pizza place here in town. I ordered a chicken garlic gourmet pizza with no onion. When I walked in to get my pizza I paid for it and then was told my pizza was still in the oven so I took a few minutes and waited for my pizza. One of the managers comes up to me to let me know my pizza was burnt. They asked me if I wanted to wait and they would make me a fresh pizza. So I said I would wait and went to go run an errand and then came back. When I got back I grabbed my pizza because I was starving at this point and my kid was hungry too. As I was going home I can smell onion on my pizza. I open the box and it was smothered with onion. I was so upset. We were so hungry so we had to pick the onions off. I called and spoke with the manager and told her I wanted a refund and she was really nice and helpful. However the next day when I went to go get my refund I took in the half of the pizza to show them and the manager didn't seem to concern that my order was messed and didn't even apologize to me for my experience. read more

Came here on Valentine'sDay after deciding to ditch the traffic on the 101.... We got 2 salad bar orders and a pizza. The salad bar looked pretty bad. The carrots were frozen, as were many of the other veggies. It was also apparent that the salad bar had not been cleaned up in a while and the ranch dressing was empty... there were no forks. We had to go to the counter to ask for some and we were given plastic forks. After preparing my salad, I knew I needed to wash my hands after using several tongs that everyone has to touch as well. The men's room was very dirty and had air dryers instead of paper towels, so I had to touch the bathroom door handle without using a paper towel to open it. Might as well not even have washed my hands. Couldn't eat my salad after this because I was grossed out. The tables were also dirty. We took our pizza to go. Not a pleasant experience. read more

The only star I can give is for the fact that Round Table pizza is good. After that, all I can say this location is legit THE WORST. After constant ordering issues that ended with them not even having our order in their system at all, we took a break from ordering here. Tonight we decided to give them a shot since it had been a while. I called in my order, got the total and everything, and when I went to pick it up, no joke, they didn't have our order. At all. Like anywhere. Even after I was told they would "look around for it." The employee talks to the manager, in front of me but the manager acted like I wasn't there. Lets start by saying, we don't cheat much on put diet. This place... Has amazing pizza. I don't understand how it could be so different from other Round Tables. The salad bar is fresh, the pizza is tasty, and the environment is clean. The wait sometimes is a little long for pizza, but so worth it. The pizza is great, and the Salad bar rocks, but I just get nervous when I order a pizza. 3 times I tried to order the same pizza pep. saug. onion and they made it wrong. All 3 times they forgot to put saug. and they put olives on it. The Manager did his best to make things right, but its just hard to trust them on future orders. read more

** BEST PIZZA ** in a town with way too many pizza joints. I've lost count of the number of pizza places, but so far I have never found one better than this one. You have to pay (through the nose) and wait (delivery is always at least an hour and I live 5 minutes away), but that first bite makes me forget all about it. I love the Maui Zaui. Fresh pineapple and crisp bacon. Sweet, salty and crunchy. It's a treat for the old taste buds. The dessert pizza is also the bomb. Gotta give that one a try. It's like a tasty warm apple strudel with lots of sugar and spice. I like that the owners support the local community too. Buy a Baler Football Card and you can get a few bucks off every pizza. You can also use your AAA card to get a few bucks off and there are usually mailers with coupons every month. Save those coupons baby. They are priceless. To compete with Papa Murphys, this Round Table also has their own version of take-n-bake which is pretty good and a little less pricey than the regular already baked pizza. read more

Always Great food. Nice looking remodeled restaurant! They may take about 45min on Friday and Saturday night to deliver but that's obvious as they are the only round table in town for now!
