Hours are wrong, this place doesn't open at 11am. I tried calling before 11:30 a few times and no answer. Maybe management should change the hours. I've ordered from Round Table before and I haven't again since recently. I ordered the stuffed crust pizza the first time and it was a little too cheesy for me. I was out voted so that's what we got. This time it was a meat pizza with garlic twists. I'm always surprised when the delivery person remembers to bring the ranch and usually disappointed when places forget it. RT totally came through on the ranch and tasty food. Delivery time said an hour but it showed up in about 35 minutes. read more

Ehhh I don't hate it... I had a coupon, was craving pizza, used it. My first experience wasn't bad. I will say what changed my ending feelings is they "made it right". I called in my order. Friendly gal assisted me. Let me use my coupon over the phone. Sweet. Told me 20 mins. Got their about 25 mins. Lots of workers for a small space, but that means they are giving their employees work during this time which makes me happy. They were grabbing my pizza and the front cashier noticed my 3 twists weren't there. There was some chatter regarding it and the manager (I'm assuming) informed me that they forgot and would put them in the oven now and it would be a few mins. Okay. He offered me a drink, I politely declined. 8 mins later my twists came out and I could leave. Manager informed me he added 3 more twists for the inconvenience and wait. Now I don't think I really needed the extra twists, if ya know what I mean but hey that was cool. Wife and I took Dad there on a weekend outing. One of the best combo pizzas we've ever had (the King Arthur) !! Crust was great, just right, toppings were abundant , fresh, and delicious! Same with the family salad - all snapping fresh greens and delicious. Didn't get owners name, but he was an absolute sweetheart. Wonderful service. Everything clean and tidy. Talking to him It comes through clearly that he takes pride in his place, his pizzas, and the service he provides. Truthfully was a bit surprised because some of my experiences at other Round Tables have been so-so, but this one is outstanding! What all Round Tables should strive to be. I really like Round Table and I've been a long term customer to this location. Unfortunately I'll have to go elsewhere after the last two experiences; I ordered pick up a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately realized after arriving home that they had given me the wrong order. I should have checked while in the store because the girl who took my order seemed distracted/disinterested. I called back and they first said that it was the delivery driver's fault. I explained that I picked it up myself so they then suggested that it was my fault. After looking around however, they found my pizza still at the store so they gave me a refund. Shame on me....I gave this store another try tonight but wish I hadn't. I ordered and went to pick it up. This time I checked the order before leaving and realized one of the pizzas was not correct. I brought it to their attention and was informed that the cashier didn't know what canadian bacon was so rather than asking while I was on the phone, she just put bacon. Another employee offered that they could make another pizza. I asked how long it would take and she said 10-15 minutes so I said yes. While handing her the pizza back, she then said that it would be 25 minutes because there were a bunch of orders in front of me. I live around the corner from the Lafayette round table but I ALWAYS have a better experience at the Moraga location. The pizza is always cooked perfectly with a generous portion of ingredients. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I am happy to drive to pick up pizza here rather than the Round Table near me. read more

RTP is great and this place is no exception! Plus, employees have always been friendly and have on occasion given me an upgrade because I gave them a lot of business when I was studying at St. Mary's. Even a former co-worker whose parents managed a Domino's location confided in me that she prefers RTP because they use fresh ingredients. Sure, it's a little pricy, but they are pretty gourmet. We will not be wasting anymore hard earned money here at this Round Table. They give the franchise a bad name. They just have no idea how to make a great tasting pizza at all. This latest dinner I bought was just thrown, and slopped together. It was supposed to be a King Aurther Supreme XLarge, It tasted more like a huge pile of Sausage with Salt poored over it. It was by far the worst pizza I had ever tried from there. They litterally poured probably 80 chunks of sausage on the pizza it just tasted bad too salty. I gave the dogs plenty of it. With a 20 ounce diet pepsi and a salad was $74 + dollars really over the budget if you ask me. I will just order out here where I live in Tracy 55 miles away at Round Table on South Tracy blvd, where they take pride in making sure you have a really awesome Pizza. This place is the worst. Ordered two pizzas yesterday from the app. Got a confirmation screen and number (see the attached); pizza was supposed to be delivered in an hour. Well, an hour came and went and no pizzas so I called. Guy said, "Uh, we got that order but it was voided because there was nothing in it." I said, "But I got a confirmation." The guy said, "Uh, it was voided." So then, after an 1+ hour of waiting, and a hungry son and wife, we got no pizzas. The manager did nothing to rectify the situation, nor did they try and reach out to me when, you know, a voided order came through. But wait, there's more. WE GOT CHARGED $53 for the experience (see the attached). So the next day I had to write to corporate to get a refund (which I'm still waiting for). They lost a potential long term customer. My family & I thought it would be nice to sit down as a family & enjoy a pizza at our neighborhood Round Table. We arrived at 9 PM on a Friday night. The cashier asked me whether we wanted to eat the pizza "here or to go". I replied "here" and I was promptly told that they close in 20 minutes. Most restaurants that I've been to allow it's patrons to finish their meal while they close up. I thought it would be the same here since the pizza would take at least 10 minutes to cook. I was wrong. At 9:25 the cashier came to our table and announced that they were closing in 5 minutes. Although it wasn't said, the implied message was that we needed to pack up & leave. Not wanting to have a confrontation in front of my 5-year old, we quickly gathered our things, threw the remaining pizza into a cardboard box and rushed out of the restaurant. Before we could get out the door the lights were shut-off and before we got to our car the staff was out of the building. The experience was rude & unprofessional. From now on we will venture the extra 10 minutes to the Lafayette Round Table or to nearby Mountain Mike's. We want to feel confident that our patronage is appreciated. read more

Honestly if I didn't grow up here, I probably wouldn't like Round Table - it's pretty greasy and it is DEFINITELY not worth the price. RT was my first pizza I've ever had though, and when I think of pizza, I think of RT. Pizza was at RT standards, but the customer service was terrible. Showed up with a party of 20+ (sports team) with multiple orders. Pizzas, salads, soda, wine, etc were ordered. The man at the register seemed inconvenienced with us. He brought out some orders but others (like mine) just sat at the counter waiting for us to come back (with no order number or notification that our order was ready). My husband asked for plates (since we ordered for "here") and even that seemed to be another inconvenience for this location. We were only there because it was close to where our game was played - I would never recommend this place. The "private" room was small - probably seats only 16 and gets warm. The arcade section is only a few games. But the location was clean and spacious. There are also 4+ TVs. read more

I liked Round Table when I lived in California (much of the time, just up the road from this Rheem location) - but after moving to Arizona, decided that Round Table is downright gourmet in comparison. This is my go-to pizza location in Moraga! Their pizza is really good here, nothing I can complain about the many times I've eaten here, and everything always goes smoothly with my order. The employees have been friendly and helpful every time I come and they also have a lot of TV's which is nice for watching games. They have an arcade section near the back that my 8 year old son loves to play at while we're there. I highly recommend checking this place out! It's very clean and if you're ever looking to host a kid's party, they have an additional party room in the back as well. read more
