If you are in a hurry, or would like your order, before you are headed to bed, do not order from this location. I ordered 1 pizza and bread sticks on a Tuesday night. The order was placed online at 6:09 with an estimated delivery of 7:09. We had to call to find out where our order was and were told, very rudely, that "it's on the way" and then the person hung up. The pizza finally arrived at 7:54, almost 2 hours after I placed the order. I could have walked there, ordered, eaten in the restaurant and walked home in the time it took for delivery. These pizza are so pricy compare to the quality and amount of topping you will get in other pizza store .it is self service.but the most that i don't like about is the TVs. I am a mom and strongly against eating and watching TV at the same time ! This place have 2 big screen TV !! I understand the fact that pizza stores makes money from beverages + pizza +sport games and events that adults like to watch .But that is occasionally . Most time i was there , there was news with disgusting scene and they didn't even cared ...so i had to walk over and ask them to turn it off or change it !! I placed an online order at 545, expected delivery was to be at 7..the order had no problem going through, even got an email confirmation. Around 730 with no pizza, getting irritated, but was giving them the benefit of the doubt. So when 745 comes around, 2 hours after ordering a pizza i decided i would call to check on it. They told me, "im sorry the online doesnt work, if you want to place an order now, be delivered by 845." I was fuming told them to forget about it!!! Ate here once and I won't be coming back. A friend and I ordered a large specialty pizza to go. The pizza was undercooked, and the cheese was just a rubbery coating that sat on top of the sauce. The other toppings weren't good either. My friend ended up getting sick after eating a few pieces, I ended up throwing in the towel after my first. He overcharged me and gave me attitude when he had to change the receipt and acted like it was my fault!? Awful pizza and customer service. Got our order wrong and didnt get red peppers we called to complain because they always get our order wrong and the manager told us not to call again. I have been waiting for 90 minutes for my pizza to be delivered. I ordered two pizzas. They said it would take 45 minutes before they would be delivered. I have 8 visiting guests from Australia, 4 are young children. This is absolutely DEPLORABLE service and they sadly are giving Round table a bad name! read more

They just raised their prices. A small combination pizza is over $19! I am not sure if this all Round Tables in the area or just the one here in Moraga, but that seems pretty expensive for a small pizza. Personally, I like the pizza from the place by Safeway (Penini's). read more

Very clean, pizza is good, your standard round table. We usually get takeout but ate here the last couple times as it is more appealing now. There is also a bar with about 6 beers on tap. The only bad thing is the smell in the bathroom, management please get the plumbing checked! read more

Horrible customer service and just okay pizza. Delivery is an absolute joke. DO NOT order from them. We figured the first time was a fluke, but they take over an hour and once the pizza was in shambles upon opening it. WOW! This last driver called my house, and *told* me to meet him halfway... as it was dark and he doesn't like driving at night. When I met him, I didn't tip... He was furious! I'll never go back. Tried to order online but the website wasn't working properly so I called in. After waiting on hold for seven minutes I gave up and called again. This time after several rings a girl answered and when I started to place my order she asked that I give her a few seconds. She put the phone down - note still an open line. In the background I could hear a girl laughing and talking to someone else (not sure if it was the same girl). After hearing another few phones calls actually being answered I started yelling to get someone's attention. Finally what sounded like a different girl answered my screaming and was completely unprofessional. She acted as though she couldn't care less. For all of my aggravation I paid over $60 for two extra large bad pizzas. The cheese and other toppings were the worst I've ever had. I don't know what type of cheese it was but it didn't taste like cheese at all. From now on I'll stick to their competition directly across the street. Been going there for over 20 years. When my boys were younger, we'd go there for their end of the season parties for soccer , t-ball, basketball, baseball etc. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I still go there for take-outs but I always use a coupon (thru the mail and also they would give me a new one when I pick up my pizza) and its a really good deal! I always get one of their specialty pizzas, the chicken garlic supreme or the King Arthur's , yum!!! The crust is always good, veggies and meats are ALSO FRESH EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! They even do 1/2 of a pizza of another type without extra charge. Great place to go if you want some fresh and delicious pizza. read more

Ordered a large Pepperoni pizza for delivery. Told it would be 50 minutes. We were finally forced to call and they said it was a minute or two away. After another 15 minutes it showed. Total time was 90 minutes. Punch line: they brought a large cheese pizza and it was cold. 90 minutes for the wrong pizza that was cold. Total charge for that cold cheese pizza was $27 after pizza, tax, delivery charge, and a small tip for the driver. That's just bad at every turn. Manager made a note to give us a small break on our next order but that's moot obviously. read more

Worst Delivery Service Ever...Worst Customer Service Ever...Plus a Cold Pizza... -Ordered a pizza at 5, requested delivery at 6:30. -Called at 7 to find out "Where is my pizza?" -After keeping me on hold, they hung up on me, saying that they couldn't understand my accent. -I had my daughter call for me...She was told that they'd been to my house already. I knew this was a lie because I'd been waiting about 20 feet from the door. I also gave my phone number and it was never called. When she informed them about this, they said I actually had been called!!! My daughter got the manager on the phone and the manager offered a $3 discount for the trouble and said it would be delivered soon. -When the delivery guy came to the door, he said there was no discount...when I objected, he said "You can go ahead and call the manager...you're not getting a discount." So I got him on the phone with my daughter, who gave him an earful, and he gave me the discount. -After he left the young girl I was caring for said, "He was really mean to you." Round Table in general is obviously not the best place to get pizza. However, my complaint is more with the atmosphere and the staff. They're typically lazing around and there's hardly ever people eating there--I guess that's your first hint not to. The place is pretty loud. They keep the TV on full blast and they also have a few (like..2 or 3) arcade games which flash and make annoying noises. All in all though, it's not that bad of a place to get pizza if you're running out of ideas for dinner. They're over-priced for what they serve, but what pizza place isn't? In regard to their delivery service, I have to say I'd much rather make the short trek down to Round Table than have them drive around for hours trying to find our house. Let me just say that we live on Rheem (the exact same street that they're located on), less than a 2 minute drive away and it's literally a straight line drive to get from Round Table to our house. However, on TWO separate occasions they got lost delivering our pizzas. Both times we had company who suggested we get pizza delivered. Both times took them over an hour and a half to get the pizza to our house. Both times we called and asked where our pizza was and they told us their driver got lost getting to our house. A STRAIGHT LINE! No turns, no nothing. Just on the street, and turn into our driveway. Absolutely ridiculous. And they still expected a tip. read more

This roundtables average 2-star reviews speaks a lot about this location. The management at this roundtable is very rude and an annoyance to deal with. Our order did not come as we ordered it (pizza came with the wrong ingredients) and the wings we ordered were undercooked and not edible. When I called to report the problem all the manger said was that they would make a note in the system and give us a free one next time. Since we paid for it the first time and didn't eat it, it wasn't exactly free. The manager said that is the best they could do. Any other restaurant would have refunded the cost plus give us free ones the next time. We will not here again and have actually found Lamorinda Pizza and Pennini's to make far better pizza with exceptional service for less money. Give them a try. read more

I have had a few questionable moments in the past year in terms of customer service. But tonight I decided I'm just never going to try coming back here again. In the past it was observing managers yelling at cashiers right as I'm paying and getting looks from staff as if I'm bothering them by ordering. Tonight I guess it just was the final straw but not necessarily remarkable compared to past visit. I called for take out and first time nobody even answered. Called again and detected slight attitude from cashier. Arrived 15 minutes later (that was the time they told me the personal sized pizza would be ready) and the high school aged cashier is talking over the counter to her friend. I interrupt them to see if my order is ready and she says it's another 6 minutes. I wait 10 minutes watching high school cashier laughing with high school friend. I go up and ask again if the order is ready. Finally she sort of tosses the boxed pizza on the counter and says "here it is." This location definitely needs to look at their training and hiring practices, because in a low competitive Moraga market you are still going to go out of business. read more

Two experiences w this new ownership and BOTH were awful. First was a delivery that took 90 minutes when was told it would be 35. Second time decided to pick up instead, and was told 20 minutes but took 40. And when asked about it all I got was I'm sorry and some lame offer for 10-15% off. I don't want any money off for service that's AWFUL I just want a flippin pizza at the time you say it will be ready! Can somebody beg the prior owner to return?!?!? read more

What horrible customer service. I've never been so disrespected by a food service person in my life. Makes me never want to order from them again. I placed an order, got delivery, the pizza was wrong. I called for them to correct the pizza, and the manager on the phone argued with me and told me it was my mistake. It was not my mistake, I made the correct order, and I even put a note in the online comment section as a reminder so the pizza would be correct. He continued to tell me I was wrong, and I had to argue in order for him to send the correct pizza, AND he said he wanted the wrong pizza back. He even told me that if I eat any of the pizza, I cannot have the correct one delivered. Why would you say that to a customer??? HOW RUDE!! We've been customers for nearly 30 years.
