I ordered a large pepperoni, boneless chicken wings, and a fries. I would recommend trying the chicken wings and fries quality was good. The pizzas Are a little too greasy a little too much sauce. I would recommend trying out their dessert Pizza is one of the best. items on the menu staff quality doesn't take too long to get the pizza if they're not busy it should take like 15 minutes. I would just say that the price of the pizzas are a little more on the pricey side. It's a little more than what I want to pay for pizza overall, I would give this place 4 stars. Ordered a pizza for pickup and went I went to the store to grab it, nobody came to help me for 5 minutes. I was the only one in the entire store and my pizza was done and right in front of me, but they wouldn't come from the kitchen to the front to help me at all. I definitely, do NOT recommend coming here. The pour on tap isn't bad because they have about 4-5 options. I ordered a couple of beers and some cheese sticks. The first round of cheese sticks were packed together & uncooked. I took them to the counter and showed them the uncooked dough, just so they knew I wasn't being picky. I'm always hesitant to send food back because you never know. They were super apologetic and I trusted the next round would be better (see next pictures). The second try at mozzarella sticks weren't much better and went in the trash. Save your money unless you're interested in beers on tap. read more

Review #102 - 2018 I'm not the biggest fan of pizzas so whenever my family wants pizza, I'm usually not too thrilled; but, it does save me from cooking for one night so I don't mind sacrificing every once in a while. We decided to order delivery on April 26th around 7:30'ish and our pizza arrived nice and warm about an hour later. The young man who delivered our pizza was patient and polite while he waited for me to run around & look for my purse. The pizza was ok. I can't complain too much since it did have plenty of meat & my family consists of very big meat eaters. I just didn't like the fact that it was kind of dry. I did appreciate the fact that they cut the slices quite small so I didn't have to eat 1 super fat slice all to myself. I love mountain mikes but I have to say this location is Nasty!!! Every time I get a salad I love putting croutons on my salad but the bad this about this place is that every time they taste old. I have mentioned to the manager said he was going to fix it but never has. So I try to avoid getting them honestly. What sucks the most is that it's close to my job and I would always come for the lunch buffet special. But after applying cheese to my pizza I noticed the cheese shaker had a big inside and it's flying I just can't. I used to enjoy their pizza until they became a circus. I ordered a pizza & a pitcher of beer. When the pizza was ready, they kept it on the counter for about 20 minutes because they were trying to find someone to serve it. Now that the pizza has seriously cooled, I still can't get a beer. Was not very happy when I was eating lunch here. After we ordered and paid for our pizza. We start to eat and than see the lady that took our order wipe her mouth with her hands. She than wipes sweat off her cheeks and face. She doesn't stop there she lifts her hair and touches her neck. She then proceeds to open drink cooler and starts to touch all the drinks checking the dates and straightening them out with her sweaty icky hands. The owners of this particular franchise are extremely unprofessional. I placed an order for four pizzas the day before a big event. The day of the event, I called to confirm and they told me they could't make the pizzas because the power was out. I told them explicitly to cancel the order and refund my card credit card. I then called Roundtable Pizza and got my pizzas from them (they were very professional and friendly by the way). After my event is over, I see the Mountain Mike's manager left me a voicemail saying they would deliver the pizzas because the power came back on. Why would they do this after I told them to cancel the order? No idea. But then they insisted that I pay for them still! I had to make a fraud claim through my bank. I'll NEVER use them again. We came in to meet our group that had already ordered pizza. We ordered a 1/2 lb of boneless wings and 3 fountain sodas. Total was $27 and some change. Adding things up on the menu quickly in my head, this did not make sense. I asked to see the receipt and was then told that the owner had raised the price on the boneless wings and they were actually about $5 more than the price on the menu. They did not honor the price on the menu and then we waited about 30 minutes for the wings. The wings were horrible in quality. They would be better off buying frozen chicken nuggets from Safeway and reselling them. My son works at another pizza establishment and was saying how it takes him 6 minutes to make wings. It was not crowded. We will not be back. I only write Yelp reviews when the experience was exceptional or horrible. This was exceptionally horrible. read more

Love their deliveries! I've had deliveries from both their Moraga and Lafayette locations for kids bday parties and husband's poker nights. They have fresh toppings and deliver on time as promised. They have great coupon offerings on their website for online orders. My favorite is their Everest with pepperoni, sausage, linguicia, beef, bell peppers, onions, olives and mushrooms. I usually order it without the beef or sub it out for garlic. Kids like the Hawaiian and pepperoni. It's a nice alternative to Round Table Pizza. I am a regular local , whether by delivery or in person. I have gone to this mountain mikes for 6 years , and this is the best i have seen it . I could tell there was new ownership . With this being said the establishment is cleaner , the employees are more friendly and people-able. I come here for pinball and lunch specials during the week, and i use delivery on the weekends . The quality of pizza has improved significantly . I no longer feel like i am eating last nights dough that is going stale so they use it on my pizza . I am very pleased with the change . read more

There is nothing worse than ordering food for delivery for a very hungry family with kids, and it does not arrive even close to within the time frame given at the time of ordering. I ordered online and the website showed a 45 minute wait for delivery. That was fine, we were hungry, but that is a reasonable amount of time for pizza delivery on a Friday night. Keep in mind though that the restaurant is 10 minutes from our house. After two hours, and what were now starving/grumpy children and parents, I called and they said it was ready but was waiting to go out. Another twenty minutes later, I called again and they said it was just going out now. I asked what they could do for me as a customer to make up for this and they reluctantly offered 15% off my next order. Like there will be a next order! Placed an order with them via yelp and Grubhub. Waited over an hour with no status updates. When we finally called to check on our order I was told we were out of their service area and they could not deliver to us. When I asked why we weren't at least given a call to let us know they couldn't make our order they said they were too busy. This is just not acceptable customer service. [update] I appreciate the response and acknowledge that Grubhub should share some of the blame. However, if your restaurant is going to ignore an order placed outside of your service area it may be a good idea to let that party know as a courtesy. Our driver got lost one time and it took almost 2 hrs and I didn't get an offer of a discount on the pizza. If you need it more on time, schedule ahead with them.
