    Salad bar (left side)
    Angela L.

A group of four of us had lunch here on a weekend day. During the week, they offer a special lunch buffet for around $15 or $16, which includes unlimited pizza bar, salad bar, and (I think) a soft drink. But on the weekend, it's a one-trip or unlimited salad bar only. Just FYI. Three of us ordered pizzas, while the fourth had the unlimited salad bar. I had a personal size Gourmet Veggie pizza on their original (thin) crust, without cheese. Another person had a small BBQ Chicken, also on thin crust, and a third had a Create Your Own on a Cauliflower (gluten free) crust, which comes in one size only. My husband was the lone holdout, choosing the unlimited salad bar ($10.50). We ordered at the counter (service was fast, friendly, and helpful) and our meals were brought to us in under 10 minutes. Everyone enjoyed their pizza, and my husband thought the salad bar was fine. (He said he wished it had organic produce, but who does?) [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a great location, but maybe everyone was out enjoying our great weather, because it was pretty empty for a weekend lunch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Lastly, I appreciate that their website has complete nutritional info. I wish all restaurants did.

It's a bit nostalgic to visit a Round Table since we grew up ordering pizzas from them. Since a new one opened up in the neighborhood, we must visit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was clean and the staff were super friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was as great as I recall. It's been over 20 years since I've visited a Round Table Pizza. We'll definitely visit again soon.

A Slice of Childhood at Round Table Pizza! So Round Table Pizza is the pizza of my childhood. Seriously, the memories that flood back when I take a bite of a King Arthur pizza are pure gold--family nights, the TV shows we all watched together, and, of course, the pizza. It's like a time machine for your taste buds! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Walking in, I was surprised by the decor. It wasn't your typical brown booths. No, this place has flair--black and white vibes that give it a modern, fresh look.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The multiple screens showing various sports definitely give it that "sports gathering" feel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you want a spot to watch the game, feed the family, and give the kids some money for the games while you enjoy your own game, this is your new hangout. The team working here is super friendly, though they're still getting trained. So, a little patience is needed. But let me tell you--even during training, they're better than most pizza places I've been to. While we were grabbing a quick pie to go, I think we met the owner. He was so kind and even rung up my order as a meal to save me a few bucks. On top of that, he told me that all tips go directly to the young people working there--no tip skimming by the owners! This level of integrity and fairness is why they earned that fifth star from me. If you're still reading, you're probably better than me, because I would've stopped by now. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But seriously, make sure to stop in, enjoy the ambiance, the food, and the fun. You won't regret it![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I walked into the restaurant after seeing that they were no longer accepting online orders. It was 9:10pm, I figured that was enough time to get 1 pizza, especially since they are advertised to CLOSE AT 10pm. As soon as I opened the door and stepped in, one of the staff members, looked up at loudly say "WERE CLOSED". [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were people in there with food eating, and the lights were on.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] No greeting, just a loud, unfriendly, service member. If you're going to advertise closing at a certain time, make sure you're not closing 50 minutes early.

Round Table Pizza, Rancho Cordova, CA - September 18, 2024 This Round Table Pizza restaurant just opened up a few weeks ago. We had to come in and check it out. The inside vibe seems standard for a modern day Roundtable. There were a few booths with padded seats and most tables had metal chairs. There is a lot of window space and lots of natural light illuminates the place during daylight hours. We've always been big fans of the Italian garlic supreme pizza, so we ordered a large. They have a few nice selections of beer, including Modelo and a tasty IPA made by New Glory Brewery called Ubahdank. We had hoped to get a glass of wine for my wife; however, they aren't yet serving wine. That should change soon. We waited a good half our before the pizza came out. I had already finished my Unahdank, so I asked for another. They comped me the second beer. The manager said it was his way of saying thanks for coming in and the longer than expected wait. That was very generous of him. The pizza was outstanding. Definitely hitting their trademark quality. If you're a Round Table fan, you won't be disappointed.

This Round Table recently opened and we were excited to try it out. The restaurant itself was spacious and clean, with booths, tables, and a little arcade area to the side. We ordered two pizzas (one speciality and one plain), along with a salad from their salad bar. The speciality pizza was $37.99 and the cheese pizza was $31.99. The salad was $7.49 for unlimited salad bar access. Initially, I didn't order the salad (my husband did) because I wasn't hungry but after seeing his, it looked good to me, so I went to the register to pay for one for myself. The owner saw me and told me to not worry about it, and without charging me handed me a plate for the salad. I thought that was super nice of him. You don't see anyone offering you anything free these days, anywhere. The salad bar selection was very good. Lots of toppings, chicken, and various salad dressings, like blue cheese, ranch, and thousand island. The salad bar was also clean. The salad itself was delicious--the produce was very crisp and fresh. I went back several times for more. I didn't have any pizza but my family did, and they loved it. They were generous with the toppings on the speciality pizza, no skimping. The owner came to our table afterwards and chatted with us. He was a really nice guy, down to earth and personable. We hope this location does well based on the owner's hospitality alone. We also hope the higher price for pizza doesn't deter people from trying it out. I think those who grew up on Round Table pizza recognize the quality and are willing to pay more.

Buffet bar was very clean and had great fresh food. Definitely will be coming back!

She walked in, politely said she was there to pick up an order, and when asked whose name it was under, she immediately gave her name. The owner then asked whether it was a phone or online order, but before she even had a chance to answer, he abruptly cut her off and said, "I need to know if it's a phone or online order," in an impatient and rude tone. After she told him it was a phone order, he claimed there was nothing under her name. He then checked the online orders and again insisted there was nothing there, all while continuing to speak to her in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. Believing there had been a mistake, she stepped outside to call me and confirm the order location. While she was on the phone, the owner came outside and told her they had found the order. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, he immediately began lecturing her, saying this was why they needed to know the name on the order. She calmly responded that she had given the name from the very beginning, yet he continued talking down to her instead of simply acknowledging that the mistake was on their end. What made the situation even more upsetting was that there were several customers inside who witnessed the interaction. My wife said they looked visibly uncomfortable and appeared shocked by the way the owner was speaking to her. It was obvious she wasn't the only one who felt his behavior was unnecessarily disrespectful. To make matters worse, there was no apology, no thank you for our business, no offer of napkins or plates, and they even forgot to include the ranch that came with our order. Customer service matters just as much as the food. No customer deserves to be treated with impatience or spoken down to, especially after providing the requested information from the very beginning. There was absolutely no reason for my wife to be treated the way she was. Unfortunately, the food itself was mediocre and certainly not worth enduring that kind of experience. We will not be returning, and I sincerely hope the owner learns that showing customers basic respect is just as important as serving pizza.

The place is clean, and the employees are engaging and very friendly. You can tell they enjoy doing what they are doing. It's a simple concept. Whether you want a pizza or a salad, you choose either the crust or the greens, then you choose what you want on or in it. All for the same price. Sometimes I will have a salad, today I decided to have a pizza. I had the regular crust, with the spicy tomato sauce. I did Gorgonzola and. Ricotta for my cheeses, for my meat, I did ham, pepperoni, and anchovies. I love the briny flavor of anchovies. I don't remember all of the veggies I picked, but I picked a bunch. I also had them do salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. The pizza came quick, And as always, it was delicious. I had asked if the spicy tomato sauce was very spicy, and she said, "not really.". It did have a bit of a kick, but well within what I like for spicy. All of the ingredients played very well together, and they were very generous with the ingredients. The creamy ricotta. Played well with the Gorgonzola as well. The price is reasonable, and they do offer a military/veterans discount.
