I'm extremely disappointed with this Round Table Pizza location. Tonight marks the FOURTH time I've called on a Friday or weekend night and been told they're completely out of pizza dough by 7:00 PM, even though they're open until 10:00 PM. How does a pizza place run out of dough halfway through the dinner rush? And not just once... but repeatedly? At this point, it's not a fluke, it's a pattern. You would think after the first or even second time this happened, management would recognize the trend and adjust by prepping more dough earlier in the day. Apparently not. It's incredibly unprofessional and makes them extremely unreliable. When customers call a pizza restaurant during peak dinner hours, they expect to be able to order pizza , not be told the most basic ingredient is unavailable. Very frustrating experience. I won't be depending on this location anymore. read more

A group of four of us had lunch here on a weekend day. During the week, they offer a special lunch buffet for around $15 or $16, which includes unlimited pizza bar, salad bar, and (I think) a soft drink. But on the weekend, it's a one-trip or unlimited salad bar only. Just FYI. Three of us ordered pizzas, while the fourth had the unlimited salad bar. I had a personal size Gourmet Veggie pizza on their original (thin) crust, without cheese. Another person had a small BBQ Chicken, also on thin crust, and a third had a Create Your Own on a Cauliflower (gluten free) crust, which comes in one size only. My husband was the lone holdout, choosing the unlimited salad bar ($10.50). We ordered at the counter (service was fast, friendly, and helpful) and our meals were brought to us in under 10 minutes. Everyone enjoyed their pizza, and my husband thought the salad bar was fine. (He said he wished it had organic produce, but who does?) This is a great location, but maybe everyone was out enjoying our great weather, because it was pretty empty for a weekend lunch. Another great open here in Rancho, I recently used them for an end of season soccer party, and they did not disappoint. They have a party room available which is super spacious and there is also a sliding door for privacy. They recommend ordering ahead of time for quicker service and I appreciated that so much. Their customer service was great and they even offer vegan selections and you can also bring in your own vegan cheese if needed. Their pizzas are always made fresh and are delicious. My favorite is the King Arthur's supreme and the Maui Zaui. read more

It's a bit nostalgic to visit a Round Table since we grew up ordering pizzas from them. Since a new one opened up in the neighborhood, we must visit. The restaurant was clean and the staff were super friendly. The food was as great as I recall. It's been over 20 years since I've visited a Round Table Pizza. I have always been very pleased with the service at this Round Table Pizza location. My wife and I have dined in a few times but I mostly come here when I pick up a pizza on the way home from work. The staff is always super energetic and quick to assist when we have a new coupon or an issue with the app. I have also talked to the owner a few times and he is a great guy. read more

I am disappointed with the pickup service. On multiple occasions, I have had to wait over an hour for an order that was scheduled to be ready at a specific pickup time. If customers are given a pickup time, the order should be prepared as close to that time as possible. Consistently having to wait this long is frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I hope this issue can be addressed so future pickup orders are completed on time. NEVER coming back. read more

A Slice of Childhood at Round Table Pizza! So Round Table Pizza is the pizza of my childhood. Seriously, the memories that flood back when I take a bite of a King Arthur pizza are pure gold--family nights, the TV shows we all watched together, and, of course, the pizza. It's like a time machine for your taste buds! Walking in, I was surprised by the decor. It wasn't your typical brown booths. No, this place has flair--black and white vibes that give it a modern, fresh look. The multiple screens showing various sports definitely give it that "sports gathering" feel. If you want a spot to watch the game, feed the family, and give the kids some money for the games while you enjoy your own game, this is your new hangout. The team working here is super friendly, though they're still getting trained. So, a little patience is needed. But let me tell you--even during training, they're better than most pizza places I've been to. While we were grabbing a quick pie to go, I think we met the owner. He was so kind and even rung up my order as a meal to save me a few bucks. On top of that, he told me that all tips go directly to the young people working there--no tip skimming by the owners! This level of integrity and fairness is why they earned that fifth star from me. If you're still reading, you're probably better than me, because I would've stopped by now. The worst experience I think I've ever had with a pizza place. Absolutely mind blowing. Put in an order at 6:00 PM. Told the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. Show up at 6:30 and wait til 7:00 PM. At 7:00 PM I get a phone call, while my wife is standing inside after being told her pizza is almost done, saying that their order of product didn't come in today and they can't fulfill our order. What are we doing here? If you knew you were out of product why did you take orders? Why didn't you have the foresight to cut them off when you knew you were running low. Instead an hour of our night is ruined and we are still without dinner. Do yourself a favor, go across the street to Go 4 Pizza. Better prices, better pizza, no false promises. read more

We had the buffet lunch, the salad bar was completely stocked and I enjoyed everything that was there. Plenty of choices for pizza and a drink is included. There's plenty of pizza choices brought out constantly, and Round Table is the best. The employees are so nice, it's a locally owned family business. Was hoping for a glass of wine, and was encouraged by the wine glasses hanging near the beer taps, but no luck. They intend to have wine in the future. For a large pizza (Italian Garlic Supreme) the price was $37.99. A pint of New Glory Ubahdank was $6.29. Pizza was good. Dining area is bright and airy. read more

I walked into the restaurant after seeing that they were no longer accepting online orders. It was 9:10pm, I figured that was enough time to get 1 pizza, especially since they are advertised to CLOSE AT 10pm. As soon as I opened the door and stepped in, one of the staff members, looked up at loudly say "WERE CLOSED". There were people in there with food eating, and the lights were on. No greeting, just a loud, unfriendly, service member. If you're going to advertise closing at a certain time, make sure you're not closing 50 minutes early. read more

I was attempting to place an order online and saw a store message "carry out deal large 3 topping pizza $25.99". When I went to place my order it didn't give me the correct price. So I called the store. I spoke to a girl on the phone who said she wasn't sure what deal I was talking about but if I came in and showed them, then they would honor it. I came in, showed her what I saw and she said it was for the other Rancho Cordova store and they wouldn't honor it. I said I wish you would've told me that over the phone and she said very snotty "I did". She never specified over the phone that it may have been for another location, never verified I was looking at the correct store, just said to come in, show her what I was seeing and that they would honor it. Well she lied. I would've ordered something else or used another deal. I asked her what deals they had available and she said nothing that would apply to what I ordered. Lastly, they quoted a 30 min wait. It was well over 45 min. I'll just be going across the street to Go 4 Pizza moving forward. For management: I came in on 7/11/25 at 7:30pm. read more

The inside vibe seems standard for a modern day Roundtable. There were a few booths with padded seats and most tables had metal chairs. There is a lot of window space and lots of natural light illuminates the place during daylight hours. We've always been big fans of the Italian garlic supreme pizza, so we ordered a large. They have a few nice selections of beer, including Modelo and a tasty IPA made by New Glory Brewery called Ubahdank. We had hoped to get a glass of wine for my wife; however, they aren't yet serving wine. That should change soon. We waited a good half our before the pizza came out. I had already finished my Unahdank, so I asked for another. They comped me the second beer. The manager said it was his way of saying thanks for coming in and the longer than expected wait. That was very generous of him. The pizza was outstanding. Definitely hitting their trademark quality. If you're a Round Table fan, you won't be disappointed. read more

This Round Table recently opened and we were excited to try it out. The restaurant itself was spacious and clean, with booths, tables, and a little arcade area to the side. We ordered two pizzas (one speciality and one plain), along with a salad from their salad bar. The speciality pizza was $37.99 and the cheese pizza was $31.99. The salad was $7.49 for unlimited salad bar access. Initially, I didn't order the salad (my husband did) because I wasn't hungry but after seeing his, it looked good to me, so I went to the register to pay for one for myself. The owner saw me and told me to not worry about it, and without charging me handed me a plate for the salad. I thought that was super nice of him. You don't see anyone offering you anything free these days, anywhere. The salad bar selection was very good. Lots of toppings, chicken, and various salad dressings, like blue cheese, ranch, and thousand island. The salad bar was also clean. The salad itself was delicious--the produce was very crisp and fresh. I went back several times for more. I didn't have any pizza but my family did, and they loved it. They were generous with the toppings on the speciality pizza, no skimping. The owner came to our table afterwards and chatted with us. He was a really nice guy, down to earth and personable. We hope this location does well based on the owner's hospitality alone. We also hope the higher price for pizza doesn't deter people from trying it out. I think those who grew up on Round Table pizza recognize the quality and are willing to pay more. read more

We usually order for delivery from this location. But this past weekend we decided to stop in and eat there. Location seems clean, BUT if you order a fountain drink that's a different story. I filled the cup with the clear soda (don't recall if it was 7up, sprite or another one) and there was quite a bit of stuff floating in the cup. It was disgusting. I thought it was from their plastic cup at first because it didn't really look too clean. Got a to go cup and filled up. Same thing happened. That's just filthy. I won't be ordering from here anymore. Who knows what happens in the areas that you can't see...like the kitchen. No thanks. read more

Don't trust the online order pick-up times...it always tells you that your order will be ready for pick up in 15 minutes...twice now I ended up waiting for at least 50 minutes on my pizzas. There also doesn't seem to be any organization or system keeping track of which orders came in first and need to be made first, as I watched multiple people order after me get their pizzas ahead of me. read more

This location sucks. Stay away. They were thirty minutes late in giving our pizza and we were waiting around forever. They seemed to be arguing in the back too. They have missed items so many times. It's genuinely not worth the hassle. Presumably the shift got agrivated we were upset even though they were the ones behind. No one was even doing orders or anything either. Wow is makes me sad about how many stars this locations has! We have taken our family of four to this location, probably eight or nine times now and every time the owner and the staff have been above and beyond. They are kind giving with fresh delicious food! When we go in for buffet, they ask what type of pizza they can put out for the buffet and it's always hot and fresh! Just like another person mentioned, this place can be hit or miss. We placed an order online, they said it would ready in 30 minutes and we live about 10 minutes from the location. When we pulled up, we got a call that they don't have the ingredients to complete our order!!! It's Friday night and you don't have ingredients to fulfill a pepperoni pizza!!!! This is bad management to run out of ingredients on a Friday night. Why were we able to place an order online if you don't have ingredients. This is the second time that I visit this round table pizza. The first time they took an additional 30min to give me my pizza from the promised time online. The second time, was way worse!! I ordered online and it said it would be ready for pick up at 7pm. We arrived and then they said it would be another 20min..... this was also a lie and misleading. I had to wait an additional 1 hour 30 min to get my food. This is ridiculous and will never come here again. If only they would give you the correct approximate wait time instead of some lies. read more
