Man, I used to love Round Table back in the day and my buddy and I were craving pizza so ordered from here. There was a coupon on the website so we were even more excited. Order a specialty pizza and get another 1 topping for 1 cent or something crazy like that. It still came out to be like $30 -_- Next time, I'm getting pizza at Costco! $10 for a large pizza ,baby! The pizza was not good and it tasted like it was undercooked. The cheese didn't seem melted all the way. Lame. But this Round Table does sell beer. Do Round Tables usually sell beer? Also, we called in the order and they told us it would be ready for pick up in 15 minutes. We showed up 20 minutes later and we saw the people working in the back put our pizzas in the oven when we showed up. I'm 100% sure it was our order because we ordered a bacon pizza lol. read more

YOU KNOW HOW TO TAKE THE RESERVATION....YOU JUST DON'T KNOW HOW TO HOLD A RESERVATION...Wow I hate to give this place a two but I have to. First of all, I along with most of my co-workers have been coming to buffet and ordering pizza for company lunches for a few years now the pizza quality is great. Customer service is usually on point. But I came in last Thursday the 29 of August to reserve the Tustin room for Fantasy football draft party. Thinking last minute probably won't be available but the cashier and the owner opened up there reservation book and it was empty for the next day. Put in my reservation and left. Next day when we show up the Tustin room is reserved for "Jorge" and my party was moved to two tables in the dining room. After being told they don't reserve tables because Fridays get so busy. The owner knew he did us dirty because he didn't even check on us and ask how everything was going. Total BS and the place was extremely hot, only the bathroom A/C seemed to be working. Total disappointment after all the business we have thrown their way. My boss agreed and our company pizza needs will be provided by anyone but these guys. read more

I tell you what, new management at this location is 5star!!! I ordered a half pepperoni/cheese pizza for pick up, to celebrate my daughters softball win. Got it quickly and it looked great when we opened it once we got home. As we all continued to eat it we noticed a odd sweet taste..... I looked at the bottom of the pizza and noticed some thinking burnt on most of the pieces and I'm pretty sure it was the Polynesian sauce they have for their specialty pizza(Maui Zaui) Which is very good as a sauce in a pizza, not so much kinda burnt on the bottom of one. Called and spoke to the night manager Ray about it, he apologized and offered another pizza, but we had just ate the one we ordered so he offered to mail me a gift cert, I said great and gave him my address to send it to me. =Happy Customer...... Not 10-15minutes later the doorbell rang and it was Ray in person apologizing again and hand delivering the free pizza cert!!!!!! Ray if your reading this, I got to say bravo. I took some employees out to this Round Table for the lunch buffet recently. Just as we sat down to start on our salads, we were called away on an emergency. I explained this to our cashier as we all stood up at once to leave. She must have told the manager because he came out a moment later. He was kind enough to offer pizza to go with containers for our salads. Now it's not a ton of money we are talking about, but I felt he went above and beyond. Never in my 25+ years of Round Table experiences did I EVER think I would one day leave a Round Table unsatisfied, unfulfilled and just basically dissappointed. I've been eating Round Table since the days of white styrofoam pizza boxes. Always been a fan, ALWAYS. This review is only for this specific location in Tustin; do not judge all Round Tables based on this review. This Restaurant in Tustin sucks ass. I will start from the beginning. As soon as we walked in I noticed there was no salad bar. Damn, I guess I won't be getting ranch for my pizza & olives for my son. Ok, so I went against my gut in order to change up my usual and decided not to get a pan crust. I ordered a large King Arthur Supreme, 6 chicken wings and a pitcher of Blue Moon. We went to the arcade room so I can entertain myself and my son (it's a tradition and a routine to play some games while I wait) but the video games were all turned off. Ok, so I ask the one of the 2 guys who were working to please turn them on. I then asked him to exchange some change for quarters. He told me he could not because he needed to open the register. Very well, I bought 2 sides of ranch dressing. I got my quarters. I go play a few rounds of Police Trainer and noticed something was missing. I still had not got my beer. (Keep in mind we were one of the TWO customers there at the time). I go to the front and ask for my beer. I get my beer, take a few sips and our chicken wings arrive. They were not the usual cripy wings we get at every other Round Table, no- these were barely cooked enough to be edible. Now our pizza arrives. My wife and I stare at eachother when we saw the pathetic excuse for a "regular crust". OH HELL NO! These fucks are pinching the dough and making their own with it because it was as thin as a dorito. No joke. I went to the front and asked if I ordered a thin crust or skinny; he said it was regular. So, so sad. NOrmally with the pan crust, we have half the pizza left. After having to fold the slices to keep them from falling all overt the place, we were left with only 2 when we were done. Never in my life have I seen such a sorry display of quality pizza. Never. Who ever the fuck was working that day had no sense of customer service skills. THe experience at this location was horrendous. I do not recommend this place to anyone. People of Tustin, go to Santa Ana on Bristol or even 17th & Grand, stay away from this Round Table. read more

I work near this location. Used to go in when it was owned by someone else. It was not great. The new owner turned this place around in a short amount of time. I love coming to this location for the lunch buffet dealio. They put out a good variety of different pizzas for different tastes (there's almost always an all-veggie choice out, I've noticed), everyone that works there is very friendly, and so is the owner who usually greets anyone he sees. It's a pretty decent deal, something like $9 for all the pizza and salad/bread sticks you can stuff in you. Xochitl rang us up and she was super friendly and nice as well, asking us how we were. This Round Table's staff gives off such a GREAT vibe, I wish all Round Tables were like this. Pizza's pretty good, and nice salad bar. $11 for all you want at lunch includes soda. They keep a nice variety of pizza coming out so you get some good choices to pick from. Not a huge Round Table fan in general, it is good pizza just not my top preference. This place was actually better than I remember Round Table being and by a long shot. Pizza and wings were great, i got the triple play which was three different kinds of pepperoni which is not redundant as it sounds. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.The fact that the owner is out and talking to, and helping people really says something to me about the commitment he has. You really get the sense that this is a real part of the community kind of business. The neat touch that really made it special was the inclusion of board games for people to play at their tables. This review is being written by my 10-year-old daughter: to celebrate the end of my friend and my volleyball season we wanted to have a nice pizza dinner at Roundtable. We found out there was a very convenient arcade and we wanted to have some fun and make some memories. One particular game when we fed the tokens into failed to work.We contacted the staff members and they told us to keep trying they told us " try two more times "and at that point we had lost 12 tokens. We then voiced our concerns to the manager, he told us" you wasted 12 tokens, if it doesn't work by 4 tokens ask a staff member."he said this in quite a rude manner and then walked off. He then came back and we told him that the staff had told us to keep trying, at this he said nothing. He then got 12 tokens and entered them into the machine, when the game worked for him he replied," it's funny that it works for me, and not for you". We felt disrespected at the fact that since we were kids he denied us. On the bright side he returned the rest of the tokens and the meal was delicious. read more

Food was amazing. Authentic and delicious pizzas and bread knots. They do not hold back on cheeses, toppings and sauces. Pin ball machines and a nice little arcade section gives this joint a solid pizzeria and family feel. Staff is extremely friendly as well. I don't know why I haven't come here before but this is my go-to pizza place now! PS, the owner is an awesome gentleman. Super down to earth and friendly.
