Pros: the girl at pickup window was very nice and the order was packed nicely Cons: The Tikka Masala is INSANELY SWEET. It tasted like they poured sugar into it. I could not eat more than a spoonful. Nothing like any Tikka Masala I have had before. Not good. Tasted like a warm tomato sugar smoothie. The samosas: RAW STRETCHY DOUGH when I bit into it . The outside looked browned but when I bit into it I thought it had cheese... to my horror no, it was raw dough. It stretched I rarely write negative reviews but I was so unhappy with these two dishes and will probably not try any other things here.

By far the most authentic Indian food Ive had in the valley. Went in to pick up my food and was greeted by Raj. He was extremely attentive as well as welcoming. Inside was super cozy. I definitely will be recommending this place to my friends., and definitely will be coming back!

    Cleared Tabel, we ate everything

Absolutely the best indian food i have ever had ive had in my life. Im absolutely amazed and in awe of how much we enjoyed this place. everything was authentic, homemade, seasoned to perfection, and plated nicely. When we are back , we will be going again. Saved our late night cravings. Absolute angels of workers aswell!

Amazing food and service the owner Raj was really kind and gave us great suggestions on what to get and the food was delicious. Will definitely be going back highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Even though I have to drive 35 miles to get here, I would do it every time without hesitation. Their mango lassi is hands down the best--it's so flavorful, it lingers on your taste buds in the best way. And the chicken coconut curry? Highly recommended! This is, without a doubt, my favorite Indian restaurant. They have set the bar so high that I don't even want to try anywhere else! On top of the amazing food, the owners are the kindest people. One time, they were closing in five minutes, but they still welcomed us in with warmth--that's true passion for their business! I love bringing my friends here, even though it's a bit far from me, because it's always worth it. Highly recommend--you won't regret it!

A hidden gem! The food here is delicious and the owners are so sweet. We tried their mango lassi, garlic naan, eggplant bharta, chicken tikka masala, lamb tikka, and gulab jaman which was more than enough food for the 2 of us. Everything was so good and I cannot wait to be back!

I ordered their chicken tikka masala, chicken makhani (butter chicken), and garlic naan to-go from Royal Curry Cafe, and the total was about $40. Though the amounts weren't plentiful, the chicken dishes were tasty even in medium spicy! I really enjoyed the general spices and how sweet and smoothie-textured they were. At medium spicy, there was a little more than enough of a kick, but that's to be expected! Their garlic naan was okay, and I'm glad to have discovered Royal Curry Cafe!

Rice, garlic cheese naan, chicken curry, chicken naan, complimentary water, ginger ale, mango lassi

The food was delicious, and the waiter was very nice & talkative. The tables are set very nicely, it's not too hot/cold, not too dark, and the music isn't playing that loud so you can hear your conversations & just be in a quiet environment. If you're in LA, this is a must-visit.

Picture far left is curry, center is chicken tikka, 2 naans far right (cheese naan and Garlic Basil Naan).

Not good food. Avoid this place. Ordered a nanny. It looks like a fried skin. Biriyani looks greasy and taste nothing like a biriyani

What I didn't like was how my boyfriend was treated and how long it took to get my mango lassi and the papadum appetizer and the rest of the vegetarian combo meal we ordered. We waited around 25 min and finally flagged down the server to ask about the mango lassi and the food. The table behind us that arrived some time after we did were given their papadum starter, drinks, and food before we were. What was more, another server came with our food and joked our kufta dish has chicken in it. Then he said he's kidding. This was not funny. I am, after all, vegetarian. The kuftas were too thick and hard to eat with naan. I did like the garlic basic naan. The rotis were too tough. We took the leftovers but neither of us actually wanted the food. I discarded all of it. This is most unlike us as we hate wasting food but the whole experience and food itself left a bad taste in my mouth. We came here very hungry after a long day. We browsed for restaurants open after 10pm on Sunday and finally came across this place. My boyfriend had come to visit me in Santa Clarita Valley from Downtown LA. He said he tried Clay Pit in Los Angeles and it was good. So we decided to come here and I drove us. In the end, we were met with a relatively unpleasant experience and mediocre food. We will not return here.

Even though I ordered the three item combo, I ended up just buying another fourth item because I liked it so much. The service is really nice and they gave great recs. All of the curries are unique. Everything is already freshly made when you arrive so it's grab and go. They do have seating and a wide range of drinks. Chicken tikka masala reminds me of tomato basil soup but with a bunch of different spices and chicken added to it and it's comforting because you can eat it with their fragrant rice! And It was the sweetest of the four options but I personally like sweet and savory so this was up there for me. The butter chicken was more savory and garlicky. The palak paneer was my favorite, I'd order that again for sure. The cheese melts in your mouth bc it's so soft. They blend the spinach completely which I really like not to have to chew my spinach. It's very creamy and rich! I wonder if they use coconut milk? The goat curry bone in was the spiciest and most savory of the four options but was a pleasant heat that comes later. They gave good portions of meat and honestly so worth it! The two or three item combos come with naan! They share a parking lot with other businesses in the small plaza. I highly recommend coming here for Indian food. I'm coming back for sure!

We ordered a side of rice and a chicken korma curry and garlic naan. The chicken korma had excellent flavor and the garlic naan was out fresh too. The rice was a good consistency too. In fact - everything was really good - however, I do wish there was a bit more chicken with the curry. It was a little difficult for my wife and I to split the meal like we were expecting to do, and I feel like each curry is more individually suited, rather than for 2.
