    Standard size/one size Matcha Frappuccino

Got a Motcha Frappuccino, drinks are one size/standard. It was pretty good. The end part got a little grainy towards the end but it was still yummy. The service was fast and they came out and found you to give you your drink which was nice. And the ambiance was very laidback and had cute seating.

We previously overlooked this place because of A.K. meats next door as well as another coffee place down the block. This block is lucky to have these businesses because this Royal Ground serves very yummy sandwiches like the BLT+A, breakfast bagels, great coffees and a few desserts. It also has nice outdoor seating area that's dog-friendly, something I wish more places have. Nice service and it looks family-run. Located on Clement St. and 25th Ave.

I have been here several times to do some work and the vibes are always so amazing! I'm always greeted whenever I walk in and they know what I want whenever I come in: hot water (sometimes Thai Iced Tea) and a smoked salmon salad! The shop feels so cozy with plenty of space to sit. The ladies working are efficient and even when it's busy, they do their best to hand deliver my salad or drink! If you're in the Richmond district and looking for food or drinks or good vibes (or all 3!), definitely check out this cute coffee shop!

So I tired of another shop which while good needs some updates and perhaps baristas with a smile and started to come here. The coffee is hot and fresh the bathroom is clean and the baristas greet me as though they have seen me before which they have. This is SO unusual anywhere these days for some reason. I shall return!

Super cute and spacious cafe. Friendly and quick service. Delicious and fairly priced bagels. Yummy pastries. Good coffee. Definitely would recommend!

Coziest and super yummy cafe! I came here as a post-hike treat. The Cambodian coffee drink is probably one of the best sweet coffee drinks I've had. It's coconut flavored 1000% recommend. Everything else was great too- the pecan coffee cake was delicious. Love the vibes here, if I lived nearby I'd be here everyday trust. Workers are very kind.

Always inviting and courteous greeting with prompt service. One of the nicest neighborhood cafes in the city. I always stop here for a great cup of coffee when I'm in the area. I hope you do too.

I would say I'm a "regular" so I may be biased lol. These are the sweetest ladies! They know my name, coffee and food order by now. My faves are the lox special and avocado BLT. They get pastries delivered from a local bakery. If you see the almond croissant or blueberry cheese danish, buy them! So yummy! My 5 year old niece also enjoyed their banana berry smoothie. So thumbs up for that!

Bagel is supermarket quality . Coffee is bitter. I've given them two tries this week. Both disappointing.

This is probably the only place where the sandwiches don't taste like the store's essence…read more I mean, don't get me wrong, a store's essence from any given deli/liquor store definitely adds unique character to the sandwich and sometimes I want that in a sandwich. But when you want a sandwich that only tastes like its ingredients, Irving Subs is the spot. Their Dutch crunch is famous for being fresh and actually crunchy. Their lettuce is shredded but fresh and crispy. The salt content is just enough to bring out the flavors. And the overall composition of their sandwiches are very well proportioned. You're not getting skimped, but you're also not biting into a mouthful of a packet of deli meat. They definitely know what they are doing. Service is good and ambiance is a small humble shop on the corner of 12th Ave.

Mr.Happy is my favorite thus far. It's packed with fresh ingredients and enough to feed one hungry Mr or Mrs. You'll sure be happy after this meal. What's even better is that they have a dining area next next door. It's clean and filled with games if you just wanna hang out.

While I was waiting for my coffee, a pizza passed by with an incredible aroma. It looked so good that I immediately started looking through the menu. To my surprise, I found many of my favorite dishes on it. As a European, I couldn't help but comment on how much I liked the menu and the overall feel of the place. The food selection, presentation, and attention to detail reminded me of the cafés I enjoy back in Europe. The young woman who served my cappuccino welcomed me with a warm smile and was genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I came in for a coffee and left excited to return. I'll definitely be back soon to explore the menu and try more of their dishes.

Beware of the setting sun - it can be intense as it moves! But that's not a fault. I was greeted by cheerful, kind service from the attentive team. A number of fun and interesting wines are available by the glass - I chose an extra brut pet-nat Pinot Grigio to start and a Mendocino Sangiovese with my food. The Vitamin C Salad was flavorful and a bit unique with its pistachio vinaigrette dressing. Fresh ingredients in all the food. My Margherita pizza was a rectangular 8 piece gem, with vivid tomato flavors and ample cheese. The crust was equally delicious and suited the pizza just right. I would definitely return to try some of the different other selections. This is a place worth navigating to. Perhaps if you're headed for a little walk at Lands' End - or headed to Baker what's up , this is a great stop. I'll definitely make another visit down the road!
