I love supporting small businesses. Plus this is so much closer to home compared to Starbucks. My son loves their frozen hot chocolate and we all love their cinnamon rolls (they're HUGE) and muffins. My daughter gets their vanilla cremé which is comparable to a vanilla break frap from the other place. Workers are always super courteous. read more

I originally gave them 5 stars because I thought they had great service and it was fairly priced. However, the one time I had a real issue and had to speak to the "manager" aka the owner, she was condescending, rude, and obviously had no real understanding of how to speak to a customer. A very loyal customer at that. I would come all the time, sometimes 4 or 5 times a week. But when they charged me twice and I should them proof of thier mistake, she got nasty and insuated that I was trying to "take" money from her. I even told her to call her Square (the system they use) and she dismissed me and said I was still in the wrong. When I told her that she obviously didn't know how to talk to a guest she closed the window in my face. WOW. I will never again go here. They may have ok coffee and the people that work under her are nice. But she definitely does not know how to run a business or treat her loyal customers. I am highly disappointed at how things were handled. The crazy part is I didnt come with an attitude, just ready with my proof and explanation but she was just nasty. It wasnt until she gave me such poor service that I became upset. You dont treat customers like that. I have worked in customer service all my life and I have NEVER treated a customer in that manner. Royal Moose has some of the best coffee I've ever had. The flavor is amazing and it's made perfectly every time! Will be going back soon :)

I've gotta be honest I'm a coffee snob and hard to please. Living in Seattle and serving espresso for years caused this lol I tried RM a few times after opening up and it was sad I had to explain drinks to the employees and they were still wrong so I stopped going BUT I've been back a number of time within the last 4 months and let me say BRAVO the coffee is always perfect amazing customer service and it's now my fave stop! 5 read more

Excellent frozen mocha and chai latte. Better than starbucks. Very nice coffee shop! Staff was friendly and got our drinks to us fast.

I've never been to an establishment that charges $. 05 per packet of sugar to add to your coffee before going here. The coffee was ok, but nothing special. No warm fuzzy. read more

I saw this coffee shop driving through town and had to stop. Nice little place where I would not have expected to see a quaint coffee shop. Tried the frozen vanilla latte which was very smooth. Also had the banana muffin which came out warm and was good as well. Definitely would stop again to try some other items. Service was fast and friendly. read more

My daughter and i tried the Royal Moose first time today. She had the Turtle Mocha frozen. She states very good but overly sweet. I had a White Mocha iced, also to sweet. We both ordered breakfast croissants one with ham and the other special order of breaded chicken. Both sandwiches were huge, so the price fit them. They were both oh so good. We will definitely be visiting again when in the Middleburg area. read more
